We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The pillows were unbelievably comfortable! Everything felt clean and well maintained, and we thought it was great value for the price. The location in Brampton was also very convenient for us and easy to find.

Parking might be a little challenging on very busy days, but we were able to find a spot without any problem.

The room smelt musty , the carpet had stains and the room overall did not look that clean - the bathroom door didn't close properly and a few of the towel racks were loose- the first night I was woken up at 2:00am by a party in the next room - when I called the desk it took a while for them to respond

Staff was amazing, made me feel very comfortable staying there with my 2 dogs. The gardens surrounding the building are gorgeous and so well done. I love the idea of the flight board being right there, and the idea of free breakfast is wonderful, albeit I was too comfortable in bed to get up earlier enough for it. Suggestion: have breakfast last a little longer! Appreciated the charging ports being in the room and by the bed. And love that you have doggy pee areas and supply poop bags and a place to dispose of them! Oh and as a doggie parent the fact they give your doggies a loot bag is incredibly sweet!

The times of breakfast are super early, and if you’re on vacation or staying to relax then it’s too early. Wish the pet fee was lower.

It was very dirty

Clean and spacious, close to the airport, lots of parking availability, staff was mostly courteous and helpful.

Breakfast options are limited and the same everyday over the 5 days we stayed there. Pool hours are short and close quite early in the evening. Bathroom door is sliding type and doesn’t offer a great deal of privacy. Daily rates are at a higher end. On the last day, I asked for a larger trolley to bring down my luggage as the lady at the reception said it’s unavailable although later I found it in the storage room.

Hot water was an issue. More breakfast options are needed. More than pork should be available for all guests. A normal kettle needs to be used in the rooms instead as the coffee machine just leaks water over the counter and does not stop.

De tre nätter vi bodde där var det lång kö till frukosten alla dagar, och det var svårt att få plats i frukostområdet. Poolen var avstängd alla tre dagar för att ett barn spytt i den - inget personalen kunde styra över men synd att det inte gick att rengöra pga helg.

Nothing, terrible experience, systems were down, I canceled and they still charged me, pool was closed, there was over 25 guests waiting in the lobby while the staff just stood there, no complimentary drinks or food offered. I arrived a 4pm and guests weren't allowed to manually check in until after 8pm

I booked us a sweet with a kitchenette. There were 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The room was big with lots of space. We loved the kitchenette aas fully stocked with dishes so you can bring food and not have to worry what uoir going to eat on. Big microwave. Full fridge and was great having a freezer to keep out ice in for water bottles. Even a dishwasher! We ran it before we checked out. We had a corner room right beside elevators and ice macheine so that was super convenient. Beds were very comfty and my son loved having his own little nook behind curtain where he slept on sofabed

Only this was the hotels location. Wish it was closer to things. But disliked nothing abiut the hotel itself

The hotel lobby seemed nice. The stuff 100% incompetent in the moment.

We had been traveling since 6am, went to our event, decided by 9pm that it was getting too late to drive home and we wanted to enjoy our event longer. We made a reservation on booking.com. we even prepaid the room. When we came to get our room at 130am, the front desk agent stated he couldn't find a reservation. I provided the receipt as well as confirmation number. He simply said you'll have to call booking.com customer service. I did, they called the property and confirmed everything was done correctly. The front desk agent made us wait another 30 minutes and still refused us a room because there was no manager in at that time. We had to drive home another 6hrs!! This incident put our lives at risk, and has caused great stress. I highly suggest booking a different hotel. This one is absolutely horrible in hospitality and customer service!! 0/10 DO NOT recommend.

The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for families. The beds were comfortable, and a simple breakfast was included in the room rate. Highly recommended.

酒店在上午九点半至下午五点之间不提供咖啡吧或酒吧服务，也没有超市便利店等，对于这个阶段有用餐需求的客人不是很方便。

Sorry. What I didn’t like.The pool water was cloudy. Several teens were squealing and steaming. I had to tell them not to have one stand on another’s shoulders and do a flip off as the water is too shallow. The male at the desk wore a heavy scent. It was overpowering. I am allergic to scents. I was told at the end to mark them at the top on the survey. Sorry, no.

See above. One design concern in the bathroom- of a handicap room was the shampoo and conditioner were too high if in the tub. The covers on the bed were a very weird texture The second de doors were marked as not working and only the main door in front he other building could be used

There was no hand soap, washroom fan was not working, not enough light without natural light to get ready for party, beds have spring mattress not comfortable, beddings was not fresh. Staff was rude.

Große moderne Zimmer mit Küchenzeile. Saubere und hell. Ruhig trotz Lage zwischen Autobahn und Flughafen

Die Menge von Plastik beim Frühstück, Plastik Besteck etc. selbst die Äpfel waren in Plastikfolie eingewickelt. Der kleine Pool war leider etwas dreckig aber auch sehr stark frequentiert.

The service was absolutely fantastic — the best I’ve ever had at any hotel, and that’s saying a lot, especially traveling with three small children. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free, treating us with such warmth and care that it truly felt like home. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. Walking into our room, we were flabbergasted by how spacious and well-equipped it was. There was a full fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, and even cooking tools — everything we could possibly need for our family. The amount of counter space was insane, and every corner of the suite was designed for comfort and convenience. It felt like a home away from home — cozy, inviting, and so functional that we honestly didn’t want to leave. Home 2 exceeded every expectation and set a new standard for hospitality. We’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending it to anyone looking for a place that blends comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service perfectly.

This hotel was modern and beautifully designed. The breakfast was exceptional. It's location, however, was very close to a busy road and the night traffic was disruptive for sleeping.

Loved the size of the room and the mini kitchen was the best of anywhere I have stayed. I felt like I had my very own well appointed tiny home :)

My room was facing the highway and even though I had a white noise machine and ear plugs, could still faintly hear trucks at night. If I stayed again I would request a room on the opposite side of the building.

Der Frühstücksbereich ist relativ klein. Und nicht so einladend. Die eine ältere Dame hatte nicht so Lust zu arbeiten hingegen am nächsten Morgen ist eine jüngere Dame vor Ort gewesen welche sehr freundlich gewesen ist. Im Zimmer riecht es "alt". Am Nachttisch hat es komische Flecken. Der ausziehbare Tisch ist recht Staubig. Also nicht wirklich geputzt. Im Badezimmer hat es in der einen Schublade und unter dem wc irgendwelche Flecken und der Duschvorleger hat Löcher.

I liked the room. I didn’t like the way the door did not extend all the way to the floor allowing a gap which allowed light and lots of noise in.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel itself was very clean. Handy launderette. Breakfast is limited and is the same everyday. The same tongs were used for savoury breakfast e.g sausage patties and sweet pastries. Hotel is is in an industrial area but if you have a car everything is within easy reach. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.

I dont like the front staff, the guy at reception was not that polite that person should be at front desk. They should deal everyone with a smile when someone is working at front desk.. I didnt see any smile..

Great room especially for work trips taking more than a day or two. Suites have everything to cook so you don't have to eat out every night. Room was clean and comfortable. Gym facilities are decent.

Everything was great! Free breakfast in the morning was amazing. I would’ve rated this hotel 5 stars if there wasn’t a few things left in our room from the previous guest when we first arrived. But other than that, the staff were so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
