Habib al rahman and Habib khan were spot on always cleaned our rooms gave us towels and always gave water they made us feel at home staying at makarem staff like this makes makarem a great place to stay 5 stars 👍

Herkese yardım etmek için can atıyorlar.

Hygiene wise was not as expected from hotel with a good reviews on the app Found things from the previous guest..

Nice and clean

Breakfast was good

I wasn’t privileged to experience the breakfast because I was informed that my package didn’t include breakfast.

Open breakfast to all lodger to encourage high patronage

Stayed for 3 days with family (3 ladies in 1 room): One of the best hotels in Macca. Spotless clean! Near to Haram , excellent breakfast, helpful and caring front desk team , will definitely visit again.

Nothing

nice hotel close to haram

Closeness to the haram

Very tight rooms, we didn’t have enough space to open our suitcases. We had to open them in the beds.

Location, cleanliness, excellent staff

Next time i will be there

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and I had a great experience. The place was welcoming, clean, and very close to the Haram. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Saud. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Nothing

I had the pleasure of staying at Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel for the second time within the same week, from 3 September to 6 September 2026, following my first stay on 30 August. After such a wonderful first experience, I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again—and once again, it exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank Abdullrahman at the reception, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Just as during my previous visit, he went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and kindly arranged my room before the official check-in time. His warm welcome made me feel immediately at home. What impressed me most is that every person in the hotel was willing to help. The staff were genuinely friendly, respectful, and caring. Their kindness gave me a beautiful feeling—as if my mother and father were still looking after me. This level of hospitality is truly special and something I will always remember. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, comfortable, and very well maintained, and its location close to the Haram makes it extremely convenient, especially for Umrah and prayers. The breakfast was wonderful, with a very good variety and quality, and was another highlight of my stay. After staying here twice within one week, I can confidently say that Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel feels like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah. Thank you to all the staff, especially Abdullrahman, for making my second stay another truly memorable experience .

Nothing

Cleanliness, friendly staff and the location.

There’s nothing I can think of

Hotel was in a great location, Makarem Ajyad had an Arabian culture vibe going on, felt very authentic, the staff were a great help, especially brother Mohammad Abdulmnan the bellhop, told him ahead of time for my checkout, and he went out of his way to make sure our luggage was set in the vehicle, without even letting us pick up the luggage, and even got us checked out of the hotel without having to reach out to reception, great service, great workers and helpers, from reception to the house cleaning service, to the bellhops, great work, will definitely recommend Makarem Ajyad to anyone that would like to stay in Makkah, an absolute great location for Umrah, barely 8 minute walk to the Masjid white tile boundary.

The Wifi was spotty in our room. Maybe it was because of the location of our room on the first floor, but the Wifi should be taken care of.

It’s very clean and near the harm

There was some noise coming from the above room occasionally

Excellent place to stay very close to Haram

Nothing

The price was normal as compare to other hotels

Overall hotel is 5 start but the food and other services were not matching. Very few options available for dinner, and food quality was average

Everything and spicily close to the Haram

The location is 4 min away from Alharam. The room is very clean, and the service is excellent.

TThe room facilities should be better; the fridge is not good, and there is no shower kit.

The service guys are good

Sadece yakınlık geri kalan herşey hayalkırıklığı 1 yıldızlı otelden hiçbir farkı yoktu.

Herşeyi odalar çok eski lamabalar kapatılmıyor prizler sorunlu ikram bile vermediler istemeyle banyo setlerini tamamladılar. Tavsiye etmiyorum

Makarem Ajyad Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent, very close to the Haram, which makes it extremely convenient for Umrah and prayers. The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable, and very well equipped. The staff were professional, kind, and genuinely friendly. Check-in was very quick and smooth, and I was especially impressed by their kindness in giving me my room before the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after travelling. Everything about my stay was excellent, from the location and cleanliness to the comfort of the room and the quality of the service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Makarem Ajyad Hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. A truly excellent experience!

L emplacement parfait

I used to stay at the same hotel many years ago, and the Makarem group have made vast improvements to the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and supportive. The breakfast is really worth it as it was substantial and had great variety. It's not too far from the Haram as well.

None...

It was clean, comfortable and good size beds, decent size rooms, staff were helpful and pleasant

It was more a 4 star hotel and not a 5 star as stated. Little things such as fixtures and fittings in room were not maintained. Breakfast options could have been better Wasn’t as close to the haraam as I expected

The hotel was 3 mins away from haram . Amazing services .great breakfast. Polite staff

Cart / shuttle service

Our stay was very enjoyable, particularly due to the exceptional hospitality we received upon arrival. Mr. Abdullah at the front desk warmly welcomed us after a long and tiring journey, making us feel valued and comfortable from the very beginning. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to guest experience ensured a smooth and pleasant check-in process and left a very positive first impression. We would also like to extend a special thank you to the security team for their outstanding efforts in managing the car parking area. Their organization, professionalism, and willingness to assist guests significantly enhanced the overall experience and made parking convenient despite the busy location. One area for improvement is the housekeeping service. While adequate, the level of attentiveness and guest engagement could be enhanced to better align with the high standards demonstrated by the front desk and security teams. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay in a convenient location close to the Haram, supported by excellent reception and security staff who contribute greatly to a positive guest experience.

Good

I like all

Friendly and respectful staff, clean facilities and close proximity to the Haram. Breakfast food was great too.

Location

Bad housekeeping service( not cleaning regularly, poor drinking water served, towels not enough changing… ), uncooperative reception staff with bad manners, breakfast locations in basement with no ventilation. The electricity had cut off for 3 hours without ventilation and light inside the rooms, during this period the water was cut off also .

The kind staff at the front desk Mr. Abdullah who welcomed us after a tiring journey, made us comfortable and feel valued. The first experience in the hotel he gave made our check in very pleasant.

The housekeeping staff don’t care much about the guests.

The doorman always opened the door with a friendly greeting, making us feel at home. The bellboy was very quick to bring our luggage up. Clean rooms and unbeatable location close to the Haram. Mojammel and Naeem

Located in a great spot very close to the Haram. The room was clean, quiet, and modern. The service was fantastic across all departments, especially the bell staff who were always fast and reliable Mojammel and Naeem and khorshed

Easy check in with close proximity to haram. I was helped by very responsive staff at every step

Everything was top notch

Professional Staff, Cleaniness and location.

Limited car parking space. Sometimes we can’t reached them by personal car due to barriers.

Excellent location, very close to the haram. Hotel the haram court yard is 5 mins walk. Hotel to first floor tawaf area is 8 minutes via the ramp. You can hear the azan, get out of the hotel and still get inside the masjid alharam for salah.

The sound system of the hotel prayer room is very poor and ruined the experience.

The location, staff hospitality

Rooms needs more ventilation and air exchange.

Excellent location with only 5 mins walk to the haram court yard.

Poor sound quality in hotel prayer room

Location is very close to Haram.

Everything was good , location is near for haram , food was good . Special thanks for haneyah in room service for help and amenities

Grate location

Room are a bit dated.

Near to Haram. One can pray in the mosque of the hotel with the harm. Room was spacious. Staff was good.

Need to improve the dinning facility. No menu available in the room. Difficult to approach by personal car. No parking facility available and had to park the car in Misfelah Car Parking.

Location, facilities, staff, near to haram, near to all services

Nothing

Close to haram and shopping stores and restaurants

Wish breakfast option is included more variety like oatmeal and fruits
