Es war vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Möbel sind etwas veraltet und abgenutzt. Der Kühlschrank hat leider nicht funktioniert und war stark überhitzt. Aber: Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles war sehr sauber und das Personal sowie das Management waren äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles.

Precioso hotel de estilo chino , instalaciones impecables y habitación muy cómoda. Excelente desayuno Nos habían dado una habitación pero olía a tabaco, al reclamar nos la cambiaron por otra enseguida.

Excellent facilities, very good restaurant, the concierge who looked after us (Jones) did a brillient job of organising all tourist activities.

- Room was great -- spacious, comfortable, beautiful (the bed was so comfy, one of the best sleeps we had) - Breakfast -- LOTS of choices for everybody - Location -- very central, you'll get to the city's main points of interest very easily and quite nice restaurants all around (Chinese bbq, crayfish...) - Staff was helpful -- shoutout to Alice who helped us to make some tourist attraction bookings - Very accessible swimming pool and gym (including a reformer!) - Loved the amenities in the room -- very qualitative - The A/C is very easy to use - Overall the hotel is just beautiful -- the lobby is just breathtaking

- The sauna and hammam... people literally on their phones with their swimsuit on and the door half opened... clothes were just hanging there... - If we need to be picky, there was no soft close of the toilet seat

The location and the staff are amazing, very helpful staff. The hotel is clean and tidy and very well located near the main attractions - other than the Terra-cotta warriors obviously -. Great choice of local restaurants with all sorts of food types just by the hotel. So good!. The hotel can also assist booking private tours and transportation to and from train station and airport. Special thanks to Jones and the ladies at the front desk. If we go back to Xi’an we will stay here again!

The lounge access hours were not very good, the hotel car for the transfers is very old, but this didn’t really add negatives to our stay.

Das Zimmer war wunderbar, groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Bad hervorragend. Die Glastrennung zum Zimmer ist sehr schön und ausgefallen. Die Lage war sehr gut, in der Stadtmitte. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Hervorzuheben ist der sehr aufmerksame Service.

The place is located at the heart of Xi'an City Wall, just 500 meters away from one of the entrances in a very nice neighboorhood, quiet and full of places. The hotel's breakfast was very good, with tons of options to choose from. The room was huge, with a huge comfy bed and super clean. The staff members were amazing. We took a massage in the hotel and it was totally worth it. It also has a nice gym.

Nothing, we loved Xi'an (it was our second time in the city), and the hotel was exactly what we wanted.

Все было прекрасно, вкусные и очень разнообразные завтраки - с них началось наше знакомство с китайской кухней и локальной кухней Сианя! Отличное начало! Шикарная локация, близко к стене, гастро-кварталу, рядом есть большой торговый центр и улица с ресторанчиками (советуем через дорогу справа, который работает вечером и был открыт в 1986 году) и магазинами. Отдельно хотим сказать ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО менеджеру консьерж-сервиса по имени Jones, он был заботлив, предусмотрителен, у него идеальный английский и благодаря ему мы: 1. Во-первых, не поехали в дождь на закрытую гору Хуашань; Jones буквально остановил нас перед посадкой в такси! 2. Во-вторых он проверил адрес нашего следующего отеля и обнаружил, что мы ПЕРЕПУТАЛИ ГОРЫ И ГОРОДА 😂😂 и забронировали отель в ХуаНшане (это рядом с Шанхаем) вместо Хуашаня (рядом с Сианем). Спасибо от всей души за спасенный отпуск и наше время! В вашем отеле было чудесно, если мы будем в Сиане еще раз, то обязательно остановимся у вас снова! P.S. А еще приятно радует цена на Хилтон в Сиане

Entree van het hotel, de aardige Jones die ons zo goed hielp, het uitgebreide ontbijt.

Wij hadden voor 3 personen geboekt en dan krijg je een 2pk met 3 kleine bedden en voor 2 personen ontbijt. Begrijp ik niet. Extra bed en ontbijt bij moeten boeken.

Das Hilton in Xian ist perfekt. Das Hilton ist wunderschön eingerichtet und zudem qualitativ und nachhaltig gebaut. Die lge ist super und zentral. Die Einrichtungen sind ausreichend; der Pool und das Gym sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles perfekt! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

We needed two rooms and hotel provided connecting rooms, which was super comfortable. Location was very convenient not far from the entrance to the city wall.

We could not figure out how WeChat works for room service. It would be very helpful to have a menu and a room service number as an option to order food.

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel et nous en sommes ravis. L’accueil a été exceptionnel du début à la fin : toute l’équipe était chaleureuse, souriante, disponible et toujours prête à aider. La chambre était confortable, le lit très agréable et le cadre général de l’établissement vraiment plaisant. Tout était propre et bien entretenu, ce qui a rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité de l’équipe, qui a accepté de prolonger notre heure de départ après notre demande à la réception, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la fin du séjour. En résumé, une excellente expérience à tous les niveaux. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Kaum oder kein englisch sprachiges Personal, auch an der Rezeption nicht. Für ein internationales topp Hotel unüblich und schlecht. Auf den zweiten Blick vieles eher abgenutzt und älter.

Prachtig hotel met mooie ruime kamers en een uitstekend ontbijt. Ook het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt in een leuke gezellige buurt, prima uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen.

La propreté, le personnel gentil, serviable et professionnel, l’emplacement, le petit-déjeuner, la chambre très confortable, excellent rapport qualité prix.

The room and service were exceptional, also the Spa and massage service, 10/10. The lobby is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen on a hotel.

We stayed at the Hilton Xi'an for 2 nights and we were very pleased with our experience. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect, it’s very close to the main sights, which made exploring the city easy. The hotel offers a paid taxi service (about 100 CNY). A special thank you to the administrator, Sultan Elchan, for his excellent service and for being so helpful with any questions or requests we had. Highly appreciated!

Bed was amazing, breakfast superb. No complaints, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, everything worked very well and the entrance hall is a work of art. Would definitely recommend and would also stay again. We had a minor problem in our room, that was promptly resolved, they were very professional.

Hotel maravilhoso, lindo. O quarto de um conforto acima da média. Os funcionários sempre prestativos e gentis. Limpeza excelente. Ótimo restaurante de culinaria ocidental. Fizemos todas as refeições no hotel. E a localizai também ótima. Certamente escolheremos o mesmo hotel numa outra estadia na cidade.

O único senão, que não comprometeu a estadia, foi a reposição dos pães e assemelhados no café da manhã. Pareceu-me não estarem tão bem preparados para o turista ocidental.

숙소가 조용하고, 근처 로컬식당들이 많아서 좋았습니다. 택시를 타더라도 위치 설정하기 좋았습니다. 붐비는 위치를 조금 벗어났기 때문에 소음이 별로 없었습니다. 야식 먹기에도 가격도 저렴하고 좋았습니다.

관광지랑 조금 떨어져서 걷기는 조금 애매합니다. 택시타면됩니다.

Location is great. Rooms are comfortable

The hotel room is dated. The tv is small and of the old type and the picture definition is poor so I can’t really watch anything. The safe was low in battery and the problem wasn’t rectified even after giving feedback.

Прибыли в 9 утра - нас заселили, без доплат. Улетали и попросили поздний check out в 2 p.m. - нам бесплатно дали до 15 часов. Рядом нашли вкусное кафе, у входа, на завтраке не бедствовали из=за выбора блюд.

早餐很豐盛, 選擇很多. 酒店經理Jones在建議周邊景點和餐廳也幫很多忙, 讓我們旅程更加順利. 地點很方便, 去華山或是兵馬俑從酒店出發, 都可以省去很多交通時間.
