Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Toronto Mississauga

Clean very clean

Breakfast over cooked

Nothing

It was filthy and smelly

Wonderful bed. Helpful staff. Clean, clean, clean. Decent breakfast

Nothing

Continental breakfast

I do not know because you guys never sent me a confirmation number from Fairfield so I could not stay their and had to walk 1.2 miles down the road to another hotel

The front desk staff (tow very nice ladies) was fantastic and did everything they could to make my stay a very good experience. My requests indicated during the booking process were read the staff delivered.

Some other guests having a loud party from midnight to 3 AM in the morning during my last night. Obviously Fairfield cannot do much about this. Some people suck! It would e nice to have room door that do not slam and make noise when you close them.

Staff and rooms were awesome

Breakfast was excellent

Loved everything

Everything was well organized and the staff were really nice and respectable.

There was no hand lotion in the room we had an outlet issue on the window side night lamp.

Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and rooms were clean. Surprised there was no Hair dryer for the girls.

Crying baby kept us up and we just couldn't call and complain on a baby crying. We didn't sleep well due to this. No hair dryers in the rooms is a negative.

The staffs very accommodating 🥰

The staff were good and the breakfast was nice

The toilet did not flash well and the showers are too tiny

Not far away from the airport. For us as a family perfect stay. Coming from Niagara and visited Toronto in daytime. Heading home next day and so nice overnight stay for less money.

Nothing

Clean

Yes, parking was very good, I liked the swimming pool.

ok average

Free parking good breakfast nice indoor pool

The room is clean, and fast transaction, nice breakfast buffet

Good breakfast and big spaces. Room Nice and clean.

We were there for 3 days. Our room was not. Leaned once!! Very poor service.

This was a nice hotel close to the event venue we were attending. The only recommendation would be better lighting and makeup mirrors in the rooms. We were there for a wedding and it was hard to get ready without the proper lighting.

was nice stay

clean and spacious

I was able to check in early, and the front desk staff were very nice and professional. The shower in the room had orange mildew in the corners of the shower. The room itself was small but I was by myself, if there was more then 1 adult it would have been crowded. The indoor pool was very cold, I was looking forward to relaxing in the pool. I specifically looked for hotels with an indoor pool. There was other guests in the pool area and also said the same thing. I should have taken pictures but I did not.

Beautiful and clean, courteous staff. Smack in the middle of Niagara and downtown which makes it a perfect spot

The staff was courteous and the hotel was clean.

Great locations, pleasant staff, good breakfast, quick check in. Would recommend.

Room smells bad, service was terrible, things that were supposed to be provided during your stay, you had to ask for it to get it. Such shampoos towels, when we checked in the staff was very rude and she didn't help provide upgrades or extra sleeping bedding for my child one of us had to sleep on the floor on the blanket, thank you for your terrible service.

The location was convenient, as it was close to the airport.

There is no outdoor recreation area available.

I would like to take the time to say thank you to all the amazing staffs. I forgot my baby playpen and without hesitation a staff member was at my door with one.To the beautiful and kind ladies who were working this weekend in the breakfast area, you guys always have a smile on your face. Thank you for your hospitality

Very nice and clean place, felt safe, walking distance to restaurants

Great stay

No safe box in the room, not enough power source for phones charging, otherwise every thing was very good

very nice

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was satisfactory. The property was clean and the lady at the from desk was pleasant.

very nice i like your all services

Excellent breakfast, super clean everywhere, very friendly staff, big sized rooms.

Not many food options but quality breakfast. Liked easy parking.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the Marriott brand name, but I later realized it’s a franchise, so the quality is not consistent. The rate was high when I booked, and I regretted my choice the moment I entered the room — there was a damp smell, the style felt very dated, and it was not clean at all. At night, a few people were drunk, standing by the door, drinking and making loud noise. There was no warning or action taken, even though this is a hotel, not a bar. I requested towels and a few other items, and they told me they would not bring them to the room — I had to go to the front desk to pick them up, regardless of the time of day or night. Overall, this experience has made me lose trust in the Marriott name.

Location, friendly staff and clean room

The location

The staff behaviour

Great property.

Overall a good experience…newer hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, but breakfast pretty average. Coffee was so bitter we couldn’t drink it. Didn’t care to stay for breakfast the next morning.

I liked the gym and pool

Breakfast was good

We really liked being at this Hotel. However, just one thing that was a bit off was that they were probably short staffed because when we called the service desk to get more towels as it was 4 of us staying in a room, they just said that we don’t have anyone at the reception and that you have to come and collect them. Which was odd. Plus we didn’t really had any cutlery in the room so again instead of them dropping it, we had to go all the way down to get it ourselves. Other than that, staff was good, hotel was clean, pool area was a bit splashy due to too many kids, gym was calm just basic not too many trendy equipments. Rooms were nice and the way we were 4 people and probably partied till late at night, there were no complains so that was good.

Affordable

Nice hotel

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property is very clean and in excellent condition, which made for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Location

Didn’t clean our, never made the beds and no clean towels replaced

Nice clean big room

Refrigerator have no freezer

Only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t buy snacks from the front desk with cash.

Fantastic

Tasha from the breakfast kitchen was very very good and professional. She is very helpful! She deserves good raise!! The hotel manager was so helpful and very generous!!! I would definitely come back !!'

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very polite and respectful.i would definitely visit this hotel again

Clean, quiet and spacious.

I stayed at this location during a recent business trip to Mississauga and Brampton. It's clean, reasonably priced and includes a basic breakfast. There are several restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. It is close to the 407, 401 and 410, so you can get back on the freeways quickly. I would use this location again when conducting business in the area.
