GLō Best Western Toronto Mississauga Corporate Centre

Locatie is echt top. Personeel is super aardig.

Easy access, easy parking, near the highways. The lady at check in was super friendly and very accommodating.

A touch noisy since near the airport but I am a light sleeper so maybe not a reference

Cleanliness, breakfast was good

Very friendly staff Was a very comfortable stay and accommodated our needs

Rooms looks exactly as shown, nice coffee ☕️ machine, breakfast 🥞 good, the pool lovely, gym area efficient, laundry 🧺 facility really useful

To crowded the breakfast facility. They asked for a “safety deposit” held from the card shown for payment. Why? With a proper check out process is easy to check no damage or missing objects on the room (if this is the porpoise of the held safety amount), no need of this uncomfortable & unplanned “safety deposit”

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is complimentary, so I did not expect anything fancy, but it had everything you really need, including coffee, eggs, waffles, and more. There is also a large free parking lot, which is very convenient. The biggest downside was the connecting door between rooms. If you are not using it to connect two rooms, the soundproofing is very poor. We could hear the people in the next room very clearly, especially when they were talking late at night. It made it difficult to sleep, and a hotel should be a place where you can rest. On the positive side, we did not hear any airplane noise at all, so that was never a problem. The WiFi was pretty slow and not very good for working. The computer in the lobby was also extremely slow. I spent about 30 minutes just trying to print tickets for a musical. Overall, the hotel is clean, the staff is nice, and the free parking is a big plus. Better soundproofing between connecting rooms and faster internet would make the stay much better.

Poor soundproofing between connecting rooms, very slow WiFi and PC at lobby

Smell in the room

I like that our kids could go to the pool and use money to buy stuff too

We can have longer blankets

Excellent hotel featuring a modern design, comfortable and spotless rooms, good soundproofing, and excellent gym and swimming pool facilities.

Nothing to mention

Our 2 night stay was very good. Our 2 kids loved the room and everything was available. Loved the stay

Location, and very kind staff the property was very clean well kept and maintained!

The room was nice and clean. It was quiet ,no sounds from other rooms .The staff was friendly and helpful. The waterfountain was practical .

I liked the bed but my son didnt : it was too soft for him.The breakfast was ok but not wow.

Comfortable, Well located, fair price!

Breakfast.

Yes It is very nice

Le persone dello staff sono state molto disponibili. L'aria condizionata in camera era regolabile autonomamente. I letti erano comodi.

Bel endroit, propre, personnel convivial

Staff was so cooperative

Breakfast wasn't good, the other things were pery.

Overall, everything was great. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is varied, and the area is quiet. I would suggest fruit options; of the 3 days I had breakfast at the hotel, only one day had fruit.

Although the room was clean and tidy, the toilet was a bit dirty. That's something you should check for hygiene reasons.

Location

Hard water.

The facilities are clean Friendly staff Quiet Great location

L’insonorisation

Family suite was large and comfortable.

Staff could use some training on how to speak to customers. They can be quite short and rude. We had an issue with doing laundry, we were waiting for a gentleman to take his stuff out of the dryer for 2 hrs. Finally I asked if the staff could take it out for us and they said yes but they never did it. 30 min later I went back to the front desk to ask if they could take it out and they said to wait a few min. We waited another 30 min and still nothing. I went back again and the man raised his voice at me so I did the same and finally a second staff member went a took it out. It was nearly midnight at this point, it wasn't busy he just simply didnt want to do it and I understand why but there was no need for him to raise his voice. I was trying to be patient, I waited 3 hrs.

Personnel sympathique

Rien

I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

I did notice that the rooms had insects crawling around, and the air conditioning was extremely annoying as it kept turning on and off.

The pool

I asked for an extra blanket because we were traveling as a family with a baby. However, the blanket I was given was in such poor condition that it was unusable. When I returned it and explained that I couldn't use it, the staff member simply said, "That's all we have."

Les employés sont accueillant

Un service de qualité

Clean

Breakfast every day same and not even nice at all ,

Nice and clean

Breakfast options can improve, not much varieties

The decor is light and bright, and the pool was a really nice touch, as there was not much else to do in yhe area. It was also nice to be able to enjoy a bit of hot breakfast before heading out in the mornings.

The room looked clean, but the floors were dirty and the bathroom could use a good clean, especially the shower and face basin. Lots of orange grime.

Nice and clean

Breakfast options can be improved, not much varieties

Very clean room

Comodidad

Creo que todo esta normal

Everything great

Nothing

The staff was very friendly. Property was attractive and clean. Water station was a nice addition. Saltwater pool was good.

Could hear every word from the room next door. Breakfast was a bit mediocre compared to other Best Westerns.

Comfy beds, clean spacious rooms, plenty of parking, friendly staff, easy to control room temperature.

Sound proofing isn't good - woke up a couple of nights due to music/voices in other rooms. Breakfast was mediocre.

if you talk about the property is good, clean and room was spacious.

Our stay was overall okay. I requested a baby crib, which was provided, but both the crib and the mattress were in very poor condition. We did not feel comfortable putting our baby in it because it seemed unsafe and there was a risk of injury. As a result, our baby had to sleep in our bed, which meant we were unable to get a proper night's sleep. The breakfast was also disappointing. Considering the high price charged per night, I expected a much better breakfast service and quality. Lastly, the bedding setup was uncomfortable. The quilt was not placed inside a duvet cover and was instead sandwiched between two sheets, making it difficult to keep in place throughout the night. Overall, due to the unsafe crib, poor breakfast, and uncomfortable bedding, we had a very restless stay.

First all there was no shower gel in the bathroom, someone banged at our room midnight which was traumatizing for my child..I didnt like getting a joining room.

Cleanliness

Friendly staff, clean hotel room, not busy location, free parking, bring your water bottle so you can fill it from the lobby for free all the stay, very nice coffee free all day.

Breakfast itself can be better, add veggies and cheese , something else other than eggs and sussages, every day.. One of the queen beds mattresses was not firm like the other.

Quiet and fairly clean other than soiled sofa cushion

Food Lack in options

Good location Good bulding

The smell of the room was bad They use a mashine and spray to improve it little bit but not much ‼️‼️‼️ The night was cold and the ac was not worming ‼️‼️‼️ This is the second time I stayed in this hotel This time it wasn’t good considering 297 dollars per night ‼️‼️‼️

I like every thing about Glo best western, I will still like to spend time there, when ever I come to Toronto,

The bacon meet in breakfast, it supposed to be mixed like beef or chicken some days, not always bacon meat,

Decent buffet breakfast. Good price. Clean.

20 mins from the airport ($49 taxi ride from Pearson). Windows didn’t open - room got stuffy.

Cockroaches

Great location, good service at reception, will return.

Beds were comfy, rooms were big.

Breakfast options could've been better

Easy access in and out. Fitness room.

Breakfast area (Coffee) and swimming pool (Water).

Le lit était confortable

La climatisation était bruyante

Breakfast was OK. Bindi was very helpful

A bit more variety at breakfast would have been nice

Very clean

Not much items in breakfast

Staff attending to our needs, great breakfast

The room was a bit dusty when we checked we had to request for cleaning the following day

Two conditioners, no shampoo

The property was modern, well decorated and staff was wonderful! Beds were ok and one sagged on one side.

The breakfast was the only disappointing thing about the place. Food was bland and quality of meats were low. Extremely salty sausage, and poor quality of bacon that was very fatty and left clumped and improperly cooked.

Location and Cleanliness.

The gentleman who checked us in was very cold and reserved. No greetings and no info was given about the breakfast timings, location or available facilities. Quite a disappointing welcome - The soap and shampoo containers were empty and I had to ask the staff twice (2 different people) to get them re-filled. I

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

Maybe the egg in the breakfast can be better?

It was clean and convenient, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable.

I did not like to be asked for a damage deposit of $200 to be authorized to my credit card. This is unnecessary and not all hotels do that. It took a few days for the charged to appear cancelled on my credit card.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. Communication was quick and clear, and the instructions for check-in were easy to follow. They also allowed us to check in later in the evening after 7 PM, which was very convenient. The hotel looks nice overall and offers a gym, a pool, and the option to add breakfast. The room had everything necessary for a short stay.

The pool had a very strong chlorine smell. We also saw a mouse in the corridor. When we informed the staff, they said they would take care of it, but we never received any update. The room was cleaned, but the floors were still dirty, especially in the corners. Breakfast options were okay (eggs, potatoes or beans, sausage, waffles you can make yourself, bagels, toast, and cereal), but everything was cold. Another downside is the parking — the hotel states they are not responsible for theft or damage.
