Air-conditioning...after first night all family had sore throat...even after +21 degrees was comfortable but too dry air...baby and me are still coughing, dust allergy

Checking out the gentleman was very friendly, but checking in, the lady was rude and even took a phone call cutting me off. I couldn’t even ask best place to park and enter for our room. And parking is all in the back we found out. Only one other employee ever acknowledged us or made eye contact, and before we had even checked out one of the cleaning staff walked in on me in the bathroom. Never announcing herself or knocking even though there were still bags in the room. Highly unprofessional

La piscine était comme à l abandon Le petit déjeuner est très sommaire et le sol était tout le temps sale et collant dans la salle de petit déjeuné Gros problème au niveau du ménage quotidien, je n ai jamais obtenu 4 serviettes de bain, soit je n en avais pas du tout, parfois 2 et parfois même ils m ont donné des serviettes prévu pour la piscine car ils n avait pas assez de serviettes de bain. Sur 7 nuits j ai eu le problème tous les jours, je l ai dis à l accueil ou aux femmes de chambres mais le problème a persiste tout le long de notre séjour Le barbecue était noir de saleté, inutilisable La localisation si vous souhaitez visiter Toronto n est pas pratique car le tronçon pour y aller est toujours embouteillée quelque soit l heure donc vous mettez bien 1h pour vous y rendre Depuis début août 2026 un restaurant indien collé à l hôtel s est ouvert donc toute la journée de jusqu’au soir fermeture du restaurant l odeur du restaurant indien persiste dans l hôtel. Les alentours sont en travaux et assez bruyants si vous êtes niveau rue Je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel

On l’aimait à cause de la grandeur de la chambre et qu’il y’a 2 lits. Mais là, le service est rendu affreux

Le 8 août après un long voyage à Niagara, nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel et nos 2 cartes de porte de chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes à la réception et il n’y avait personne pour nous aider. On est allé chercher de l’aide dans l’autre hôtel à côté et dans le restaurant à côté,personne n’était capable de nous aider. Quand la réceptionniste est arrivé, aucune excuse. On a perdu la jouissance de notre chambre pendant 30 minutes à cause de cette situation et en plus on était fatigué. En plus le petit déjeuner n’est plus comme avant. Une seule personne qui sert tout le monde et manque de variété. Merci

It was an awesome experience. The staff were cordial environment neat and tidy. I like the fact that I can cook and all basic kitchen utensils were made available.

La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. L'hôtel est récent avec un patio agréable dans la cour malgré sa position sur le parking. L'endroit est facile d'accès pour se garer.

Le lit clic-clac dans le salon est peu confortable. La profusion de vaisselle jetable est horrible au petit déjeuner et très peu agréable pour manger. Malheureusement la piscine était floue lors de notre passage.

Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. En este caso la habitación tenía nevera, lo que se agradece para tener agua fresca en verano. Hay mucho sitio para aparcar alrededor del hotel. La piscina es pequeña pero para darse un baño suficiente. El desayuno es muy básico. Para visitar Toronto puedes dejar el coche en el aparcamiento disuasorio de la línea amarilla del metro que está relativamente cerca y te deja directamente en el centro de Toronto.

The room was good and the bed was comfy

When we got to our room we did not have basic items in our room as described. Had to ask twice to get towels, sheet and blanket was provided for the pull out bed but no pillows, and had to ask. There was 1 dinner plate only (room booked for 3). No forks or spoons, only knife and measuring spoons. When we asked we were brought 3 forks still not spoons. One of the glasses provided had a chip. No dish towel for dishes etc. When we booked the room with a kitchenette this was all listed as supplied. The garage outside by the area we parked was not emptied the first 4 of the 5 days we stayed. On the last day it was taken out and left in bags by the garbage can. Needless to say the next morning it was a mess as it looked like the raccoons had gotten into it. The bathroom had an old toothbrush on top of the shower head with an old bar of soap in there. I had to clean it before we could use it. Lights were burnt out and the door to the bedroom was terrible and stuck repeatedly. Breakfast was not as described, and very disappointed in it

The location of hotel and room supplies were very good. Staff was also good.

There is improvement required in the property. It feeled like there is no air circulation in the hallways. Air conditioning in room was working fine. Breakfast can also be upgraded specifically quality of coffee. There is only one elevator and sometimes we had to wait longer for it.

The room smelled like urine very disgusting. After letting them know about the room they said they don't have any more rooms, after complaining to write a bad review suddenly the room was available. The next room was ok microwave was very greasy. Will never come back here or any best Western hotels

The room temperature was difficult to regulate. It was either too cold or too hot, and it was rarely comfortable. We stayed for several days, and the breakfast menu was exactly the same every morning, with no variety. While our overall stay was fine, improving the temperature control and offering more breakfast options would make the guest experience much better.

The room was spacious and accommodated my family, tidy in the first day, with lots of light. Having the dishwasher was very good and a full size fridge helped a lot.

There were lots flies in the room the minute we walked in and they could get rid of them. On our second day, they offered to change our room but we said no as we had already settled in that room and had to deal with the flies for 7 days. They never cleaned the bath tup and only provided soap and shampoo- as their house cleaning. Garbage taken every two days. Only 2-3 staff encountered were nice. One at the front desk-likely a manager and two in the kitchen, the rest were not customer friendly especially the male at the front desk- very bad customer service and not even remotely interested in helping you. However, this was the opposite of his colleagues at the front desk- did everything possible to help make u[our stay better and even offered to take $100 off our bill. The food was the same everyday with no variety, toaster old and smokey every time one uses it, package machine very old. They likely won't see me there for a while unless things change drastically.

It was amazing

The hotel was very clean, with a great breakfast selection and all the amenities you could need. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas as well.

Accommodation for my 2 sons and I was good, big room with large kitchen and living room area.

Breakfast was basic. Area was not particularly scenic but close to mall. Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable as metal bars provided through thin mattress.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié la vaisselle du petit-déjeuner (assiettes et Goblet en carton et les couverts en plastique), aussi dans la chambre le moteur de la climatisation se trouve dans un petit placard, donc lorsque la climatisation est actionnée ça produit un bruit qui dérange surtout la nuit (voir la photo).

Would not recommend this hotel. And despite this they denied giving us a partial refund. Trash. Location is far from everything. Atmosphere isn’t the worst, but the crowd in the breakfast area was enough to turn me off from going the second day. Waste of money in my opinion.

The air conditioning was not working during my stay. The staff were unhelpful and treated me poorly. I had to leave the hotel because the problem was not fixed. Customer service was extremely bad, and my experience was unacceptable

I really enjoyed the staff, breakfast and of course the hotel being centrally located to most site seeing locations and close to airport.

The room had a wet and musty/fungal smell, especially in the bedroom. I informed the team, and although they did clean and refresh the room, the issue was not resolved. I believe the AC system requires maintenance and deep cleaning to eliminate the old or moldy odor. In addition, the AC unit in the bedroom was noisy. the hotel in general little old , and need some attention for cleanness

The room was perfect for a family with a small child for an extended stay. Staff thoroughly cleaned the facility daily and location was close to all the activities we planned.

The towels need upgrading- small in size and scratchy / not super absorbent.

The room was comfortable and very quiet. The blackout blinds worked great, the breakfast was good, and I felt safe throughout my stay.

There were several cleanliness issues that negatively affected our stay. The most concerning was a towel that appeared stained or burned. It was difficult to tell what had happened to it, but it certainly did not look clean enough to be provided to guests.

There is a strange smell in the lobby

We really appreciate this location because it's close to the airport and offsite parking. It's also great to have the kitchen with a full frig and freezer, as well a microwave, dishwasher and stove. We took our meal and warmed it up and were thankful for the easy clean up before we left early the next morning for the airport. The shower is big and has a rain shower head too, which we always a perk!

It was a bit noisy as people move about in the halls and get settled but once they got into their rooms, the noise was far less.

The Residency by Best Western was a cute little hotel situated out of the main city of Toronto. We hired a car and the hotel had free parking, which was ideal. The location is a wee drive from the main city, but close to the airport. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the kids loved the waffle machines and the food options. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean and were ideal for us as it had a kitchen for us to cook our dinner meals. A few different food options close by and a supermarket. Close to a bus stop too if needed. We enjoyed our stay here.

De hotelkamer is ruim, schoon en netjes onderhouden. Het ontbijt is goed en alles wordt regelmatig bijgevuld. Op 7 minuten rijden is een groot winkelcentrum en Toronto ligt op 25-35 minuten tijden. De kinderen vonden het zwembad heel fijn.

Niet alle personeelsleden spreken duidelijk Engels en we moesten een kopie afgeven van ons paspoort. We hebben dit geweigerd maar oké vonden we het niet.

Free parking. Bright clean. Spacious room! We had the one king bedroom with a full kitchen and living room. Comfy bed. Black out curtains was the cherry on top.

Was very loud on our floor. There was a kids hockey team staying on our floor. They blocked the entire hallway, set up their goal nets, and were playing hockey for hours. We used the stairwell from the third floor. Since it was impossible to walk through the hallway to the elevator. Neither the staff nor the adults who accompanied those kids thought about fire safety or any unforseen emergency. We didn't complain. However, this should have been addressed by the staff.

Location & spacious room.

Low breakfast quality and almost no varieties. Housekeeping didn't change sheets for the whole stay of 3 nights and didn't change towels for the last day as they didn't have clean towels ready. The hotel didn't provide tooth brushes / paste like other BW locations .
