Sicuramente il buffet e gli orari del buffet, a causa degli orari piu' di qualche volta abbiamo saltato il pranzo perche' hanno fasce orarie molto ristrette. Idem per la sauna e piscina, orari molto ristretti.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026All-Inklusive, Zimmer waren für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend und nett eingerichtet. Das Buffet war sehr vielseitig und mehr als ausreichend. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Qualität der Cocktails schwankt doch ziemlich, je nach Mitarbeiter. Teilweise werden Kundenwünsche unterschiedlich gehandhabt.

Úplná drobnost. U snídaně často chyběla pomazánka/ Cottage. Stačilo by dát do větší nádoby.

Staff was not very supportive in some instances. For example I was told that on my checkout day at 6am I would have found my breakfast in a takeaway bag but they haven’t given it to us at the end. This is disappointing.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026We hadden een comfort kamer geboekt. Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade naar een familie kamer, zonder extra kosten. Het is een mooi hotel, voorzien van alle gemaken. Eten is echt super goed, ontbijt is ook super goed. Personeel super vriendelijk. Het is een soort van all inclusief hotel, voor de kinderen is er de hele dag door drinken beschikbaar. Voor de ouders is er aan de bar heel veel drankjes verkrijgbaar die ook,onder all inclusief te verkrijgen zijn. Zodra je bent in geboekt krijg je een nassfeld karintien pas, waar mee je gratis gebruik kan maken van alle kabel banen die open zijn, en nog veel meer faciliteiten die je met de kaart/pas gratis kan gebruiken. Voor de kleine kinderen zijn er de hele dag door activiteiten. Ik zou nog veel meer kunnen vertellen, maar dan wordt het een boekvorm. Ik zou zeggen ga er zelf een keer naartoe, echt de moeite waard.
Zwembad wel een beetje klein, binnen en buitenbad die met elkaar verbonden zijn, kan er erg druk zijn.

Absence parkovacích míst. Jídlo bylo sice v balíčku all inclusive, ale spousta pokrmů bylo z polotovaru. Vývar byl umělý umělý, často přesolený. Jinak nabídla opravdu rozmanitá.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Čistý hotel, dobré jídlo i pití, voda vždy k dispozici. Mnoho atrakcí pro děti, příjemný personál. Krásné prostředí, výhodou jsou lanovky zdarma - prázdninová karta. Příjemná relaxační místnost pro individuální i skupinové cvičení.
Bazén je malý, není určen k plavání. Účtovali nám jinou cenu, než byla domluvena s Bookingem. I když Booking garantoval nižší cenu při nevratné rezervaci, částku si z účtu nestáhl a hotel pak fakturoval vyšší sumu cca o 10%.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Das Personal ist super nett und die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Mahlzeiten sind qualitativ hochwertig und liebevoll hergerichtet.
Das Wasser im Schwimmbecken leider zu kalt. Babybereich ist nur ein Planschbecken, ohne Entertainment wie mini Rutsche o.Ä. Mini Falkyland ist zwar süß eingerichtet aber es gibt effektiv gar keine Spielzeuge. Keine Bälle, Bücher, Spiele… Es gibt ab 3 J. eine Betreuung in einem extra Raum, da darf auch sonst keiner rein zum spielen (Dort gäbe es interessanterweise genügend Spiele). Das war sehr Schade, denn ein 1 jähriges Kind kann somit nur im Mini-Falkyland „spielen“, wo aber gar nichts zum spielen gibt.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Thoroughly enjoyable stay up in the mountains, which was also helped by exceptionally good May weather - we had 5 days of blue skies and mid 20s temperatures. Apparently there had been significant snow as recently as mid May. We arrived by train from Klagenfurt, with a transfer up the mountain from Hermagor Station costing 50 euros. See my review of the B&B hotel Klagenfurt to replicate our twin centre stay and see Lake Worthersee. The hotel is lovely and located in the heart of Nassfeld that has several hotels, an Intersport and a few bars and cafes (mostly attached to hotels) that were just opening for the summer season. Rooms were entirely comfortable. We had 510 and 511 (note only 1 level up from reception). Both had large double beds with two single bedding sets. The TV featured France 24 in English. Food was great with a good choice at all meals. Hot and cold breakfast options, coffee machines, fresh juices etc. Lunch and dinner always featured soup, pizza, pasta and a choice of meat, fish and veg options. There is an all inclusive drinks menu including Aperol, white rum, vodka, wines and beer. There are also slushes and alcohol free choices and self service water and juice stations. We had an allocated table for breakfast and dinner. The local walking is great. We did multiple 5-7 mile ascents and routes around the local peaks. Use the Kamoot APP for detailed maps, but be mindful of the 'difficulty' rating - a 5 mile walk with steep climbs can take 4 hours. The pools (interconnecting) are nice, but not massive (and quite shallow) and often busy. The saunas etc are designated naked. The entertainment programme was fairly low key - we had bingo one night and a singer another night. There are two pool tables (2 euros per game). There are kids activities, including character 'Falky' photo opportunities, but our boys are now too old for that. Staff were hard working and friendly (their name badges indicate languages spoken). I'm struggling for negatives, but it's worth highlighting this is a family hotel so there were lots of children. Some might find the local area too remote / quiet, particularly as the summer season was just beginning. Our balcony deckchairs were also a bit weird and could only be used fully reclined. The resort card gives free access to a couple of chairs lifts, but they were only open one day during our stay. Our return transfer back to Klagenfurt airport was 220 Euros and took just less than an hour and a half. Would not hesitate to return at some point in the future.

DIE GOIABAR ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.Die kann man den ganzen Nachmittag bis Abends besuchen. Tolles Service und ganz viele Cocktails.Sehr angetan war ich von den Alkoholfreien. Der Wellnessbereich ist ganz grossartig Auch den Fitnessraum haben wir genutzt. Die Piste ist ganz bequem in einer Minute erreichbar Das Schigebiet ist ein Wahnsinn. Unglaublich viele Pisten mit traumhaftem Schnee. Ein vom ersten bis letzten Tag gelungener Urlaub. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Ubytování je moc hezké, moderní. Úplně odhlučněné pokoje, takže nebylo vůbec slyšet sousedy ani lidé z chodby. Výborné jídlo, veliký výběr. Wellness bylo taky výborné. Lyžárna s vyhřívanými skříňkami je také super. Určitě se znovu vrátíme.
První den nám trvalo, než jsme našli SPA sauny. Nikde nebyly žádné šipky nebo ukazatele. Jen jsme věděli, že je ve 3. patře, ale že se musí jít přes bar nebylo nikde ukázané. Ale jinak vše parádní.
