L'Hotel Wulfenia ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa sotto tutti i punti di vista. ​L'hotel è moderno e curato nei minimi dettagli. Le camere sono estremamente accoglienti e vantano una pulizia davvero impeccabile, un aspetto per noi fondamentale. ​La cucina è super: menu di 5 portate ottimo, ingredienti di prima scelta e presentazioni curate. Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff del ristorante sempre professionale e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. ​L'area wellness è un'oasi di puro relax. Le saune e le piscine sono molto belle e l'intera zona spa è organizzata benissimo, perfetta per rigenerarsi dopo una giornata di trekking. ​Un ringraziamento di cuore va in particolare alla sig.ra Patrizia, che con la sua straordinaria gentilezza, disponibilità e calore ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale e indimenticabile. ​Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati dal primo all'ultimo giorno. Torneremo sicuramente, perché quando si viene trattati così bene, ritornare è una certezza!

L'hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato è stato una vera e propria gradita sorpresa, distinguendosi per tantissimi punti di forza che hanno reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Servizi eccezionali e tanto divertimento: L'area benessere è completa e curatissima, con piscine interne ed esterne e un idromassaggio davvero rigenerante. Fantastica anche la spaziosa sala bar, equipaggiata con un'ampia varietà di giochi gratuiti (biliardo, biliardino, scacchi, ping-pong, carte e molto altro), ideale per trascorrere le serate in totale relax. Ristorazione di alto livello: La cena è sempre stata ottima e abbondante, articolata in ben 5 portate con un'ampia scelta. Un plauso speciale va allo staff di sala: i camerieri si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutarci con la traduzione del menu (scritto in inglese e tedesco) e nella scelta dei vini più adatti. Ringraziamo tutto lo staff, e in particolare: Mauro, Romina e Mihael. Camere impeccabili: Pulizia e ordine ai massimi livelli. La camera, dotata di una bella e spaziosa terrazza panoramica, offre numerosi servizi inclusi che fanno davvero la differenza. Un Plus prezioso: Graditissima sorpresa la Holiday Card inclusa nel soggiorno, che ci ha garantito l'uso gratuito di tutti i trasporti (seggiovie e impianti compresi). Ci ha permesso di salire comodamente in quota ed esplorare senza pensieri le bellezze naturali della zona. Infine, la scelta di soggiornare a fine agosto si è rivelata vincente: essendo tra i pochi fortunati ospiti del periodo, abbiamo potuto godere di tutti i servizi e degli spazi dell'hotel in un'atmosfera ancora più intima e rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente!

Domanda difficile, ma se devo proprio scegliere: la sintonizzazione dell'ampia TV con i canali italiani: i principali erano presenti ma senza segnale e non visualizzabili. Devo dire che questa caratteristica non dovrebbe dipendere dall'hotel, ma dalla conformazione della zona. Ma questo non è mai stato un problema!

Wspaniały hotel. Zaczynając od rewelacyjnego personelu, który witać Cię na recepcji szampanem i od siebie podwyższają standard pokoju, po pięknie urządzone wnętrza, super baseny i wyśmienite jedzenie w restauracji. Pokoje duże i przestronne z pokaźnych rozmiarów łazienką. Pełen minibarek w cenie pokoju. Największym jednak plusem jest okolica i karta dzięki której można za darmo jeździć pobliskimi wyciągami (a to oszczędność około 100€ na dzień - 1 przejazd zwykle 20-25€ a można jeździć bez limitu).

Jedyny problem to brak klimatyzacji w pokojach o niższym i średnim standardzie co w okresie letnim bywa uciążliwe. Na szczęście jednak po zgłoszeniu problemu wstawiono nam przenośny klimatyzator :) Słabiutkie drinki w barze przy basenie zewnętrznym.

Hotel molto bello e curato nel design, con camere spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. La posizione è perfetta: l’impianto di risalita è vicino e ci sono diversi bei sentieri facilmente raggiungibili. Molto apprezzati anche i piccoli dettagli, come l’acqua gratuita in camera e il set di cortesia particolarmente ricco. Le piscine, sia interna che esterna, sono ampie e ben curate, così come la bella zona relax.Cena di 5 portate buona e ben curata. Colazione semplice ma con tutto quello che serve. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora alla reception, molto accogliente, sempre sorridente e gentile. Anche tutto il resto del personale si è dimostrato disponibile, attento e sempre pronto ad ascoltare e soddisfare le richieste. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Struttura molto bella e curata, con una splendida zona Spa e tre piscine, di cui due esterne, una salata e riscaldata e una con idromassaggio. Pulizia impeccabile, sia negli ambienti comuni che nelle camere. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la posizione dell’hotel, vicino a un paio di funivie, comodissima per esplorare la zona senza dover utilizzare continuamente l’auto. Personale sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Nel mio caso, avendo alcune allergie alimentari, hanno cercato di venirmi incontro e ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità. La presenza di due cameriere italiane ha inoltre facilitato molto la comunicazione.

Purtroppo, però, la cucina è stata la grande delusione del soggiorno. Per un 4 stelle superior e considerando il prezzo, mi sarei aspettata decisamente di più. I primi, soprattutto, sono risultati molto lontani dagli standard a cui siamo abituati noi italiani. Anche la carne, pur essendo proposta in diverse occasioni, risultava spesso poco saporita e priva di gusto. Le verdure erano frequentemente troppo crude e anche le alternative preparate per le mie esigenze non mi hanno soddisfatta.

Friendly, attentive and always with a smile, they remembered our preferences from day one and made every meal feel special. Their professionalism and warm personalities were a highlight of our stay. The hotel itself is in a great location and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately the quality of sleep let us down. The mattress in our room was worn out and uncomfortable — too soft and sagging in the middle — which made it hard to get a proper night's rest. For a hotel where guests come to recharge after a day in the mountains, this is a real drawback. I would suggest the management invest in replacing the mattresses. Otherwise, the stay would have been much more enjoyable.

Прекрасный отель превзошел ожидания! Все от заселения до выезда на 10 и выше баллов! Прекрасная команда, великолепное обслуживание в ресторане. Еда супер! Мы много путешествуем, но такого прекрасного сервиса не встречала давно, как будто были у родных в гостях. СПАСИБО ОГРОМНОЕ. Номера большие, чистые ,комфортные, приятный бонус: велкам набор в холодильнике! Отдельное спасибо всем менеджерам и администраторам на рецепции( нечаянно забронировали на 1 человека) , но все решили мгновенно и это лучший отдых. Вернемся однозначно! Не раздумывайте, бронируйте!!

Das Abendessen verdient die 4 Sterne Plus. Das beim Frühstück, ein Schokodonut und Croissant (ich nehme an nicht selbst gemacht) das einzog Süße ist, ist schwach, genauso das innen gatschige Käseomelett.

Beim Betreten des Hauses empfängt einem eine dunkle, enge Rezeption und ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Chlor und Schwimmbad. Wirklich ärgerlich ist, dass beinahe das gesamte Personal der deutschen Sprache nicht einmal für eine einfache Konversation ausreichend mächtig ist und sofort ins Englische wechselt. Immerhin steht das Hotel in Österreich. Und das nächste Ärgernis folgt wenn man in der Bar ein Glas Rotwein bestellt. Uns wurden zwei verschiedene Weine zum selben "Empfehlungspreis" von 8,80.- verrechnet. Die ganze Flasche hätte 36.- bzw. Knappe 50.- Euro gekostet. Und dass die Hausherrin in der Bar ganz ungeniert ihre E-Zigarette dampft ist einfach überheblich und zeigt viel von Charakter und was man von seinen Gästen hält. Dass es im Zimmer bis zu 27 Grad hatte wurde von den Herrschaften an der Rezeption darauf geschoben, dass wir die Vorhänge tagsüber nicht geschlossen hätten. Erst der Chef erklärte uns warum es so warm ist....das ist auch aus anderen Bewertungen zu entnehmen. Somit...danke, aber eine Wiederholung des Aufenthaltes wird es nicht geben, zum veräppeln muss ich nicht in ei. 4 Sterne Superior fahren. Ach und zum Abschluss...die offenen Fächer im Schrank waren sowohl bei unserer Ankunft als auch vier Tage später von einer satten Staubschicht bedeckt...man konnte mit dem Finger gut im Staub schreiben.

Minden nagyszerű a hotelben. A személyzet kedvessége, a hotel felszereltsége, a reggeli ételek, a vacsora kínálata, a wellness részleg, a szoba kényelme fantasztikus. Második alkalommal ezért jöttünk vissza, ha Nassfeld, csak a Hotel Wulfenia.

Даже не знаю с чего начать. Это один из лучших отелей, где я останавливалась. Обслуживание 10/10, расположение 10/10, еда 10/10, спа 1000/10. Завтрак очень разнообразный, персонал всегда рад помочь. Имеется бильярдный стол и настольные игры. Напитки в баре супер. Обязательно вернемся!

Hotel má úžasnou polohu přímo na sjezdovce. Pokoje jsou komfortní, dostali jsme dokonce zdarma upgrade na deluxe pokoj. Snídaně bohaté, velký výběr , a ještě vajickové menu, které dělali na minutku. Večeře formou menu byly úžasné. Hotel má i svou dobíjecí stanici, kterou jsme mohli využít zdarma.

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die meisten sprechen aber kein deutsch. Die Lage ist super, das Abendessen war meistens gut.

Frühstück für den Preis nicht adäquat, keine warmen Speisen wie Pancakes oder Waffeln, keine speziellen Eigerichte, keine frischen Säfte, insgesamt die Auswahl zu wenig. Spa Bereich ist viel zu klein, die Liegen sind extrem eng gestellt, man hat null Privatsphäre. Der Ruhebereich ist ein Durchgangszimmer, hellhörig, laut und in keinster Weise entspannend. Die Duschen bieten null Privatsphäre, jeder der gerade in der Sauna sitzt sieht einem beim Duschen zu.

The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, which truly made a difference. The location is excellent, and the valet parking service is very convenient. We had a very pleasant stay.

There is definitely room for improvement in the culinary offering. Overall, the hotel is missing that special extra touch that would make it feel like a true 4**** property.

This is simply the best ski hotel I've been to, and I've been coming here for years now several times a year. Absolute perfection.

Bei unserer Ankunft wartete bereits ein kostenloses Upgrade auf uns, zu einem grösseren Zimmer in der 4. Etage mit tollem Ausblick. Leider war es im Zimmer immer eher kalt, die Heizung schien nicht richtig zu funktionieren.

Wir waren grundsätzlich begeistert vom Spa, jedoch etwas entäuscht darüber dass der grosse Aussenpool als salziges Solebad gekennzeichnet war, dies war jedoch nicht so. Auch war der Pool unserer Meinung nach zu kalt eingestellt. Auch wurde unser Zimmer aus unerklärlichen Gründen 2 mal nicht geputzt.

I don’t even know where to begin the praise for this place! Everything was excellent! From the room, to the spa, and the staff, my God, the staff! Nicest people you could ask for. The fact that it’s adult only ensures that you get plenty of rest and quiet. But this does not mean boredom! Let me detail our experience. We booked a standard room. When we arrived, they told us they upgraded our room which was the first pleasant surprise. Then, seeing we had a dog, they asked if we want to dine in the restaurant or in the lobby bar, because dogs were permitted in the lobby bar. We had breakfast in the lobby and dinner in the restaurant. Then, each one of us got a vacation card, which we could use for all kind of activities, like the lift, rafting, museums and so on (some were for free, others discounted). In the room, the first fill of the minibar was free (like whaaat??), we got a bowl and treats for the dog. The toilet is in a separate room from the washroom, which if you’re the lady in a straight couple you know is a plus 😅 the shower was huge and they have the nicest toiletries (even lip balm!). The room was also super quiet, or maybe we did not have any neighbours. In the restaurant, we were always seated at the same table, which was really nice. For the breakfast you can order 3 kinds of eggs, there’s cheese and salami and the others, but also muesli, fruit, baked goods and jams. Oh and some super crispy bacon! The dinner is 5 course, and for the soup and the main you can choose from a variety which is really nice. The food is top notch! I still think about the lamb I had and the mango and chilly sorbet (that made my mouth hot and cold simultaneously). The spa is nice and quiet, there are 2 pools and a jacuzzi. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax. And lastly, the staff. Everyone, from the reception, to the guys from the bar and the restaurant are super professional and nice. Everyone loves dogs and will pet them at any chance.

Maybe the fact that there were not that many shelves in the wardrobe and not much space for the robe and towels to dry.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist ein wahrer Genuss. Zimmer sind sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Bad/WC für ein 4,5 Sterne-Hotel zu klein/eng, Frühstücksbuffet war „sehr überschaubar“ für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie!

Angefangen vom herzlichen Empfang, über das Spa Angebot hin zum köstlichen 5-Gänge Menü. Alles hat bisherige Uraubserfahrungen übertroffen. Das gesamte Personal ist so freundlich und sympathisch, als wäre man schon ewig Stammgast. Das Zimmer super toll und riesig. Der Spa Bereich einladend, sehr gepflegt und eine Oase der Ruhe. Das Abendessen auf Sterne-Niveau. Die Lifte konnten wir als Wulfenia Gast kostenlos nutzen. So kann man von der ersten Minute an, seinen Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.
