Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Kameralność i otwartość obsługi. Zwłaszcza sympatyczny i życzliwy oraz usłużny kelner B. Widok z balkonu był powalający- wprost na szczyty gór! Czułam się jak w domu. Spokój, którego potrzebowałam i cisza. Strefa SPA komfortowa i bardzo dobra. Czystość na 5. Szkoda jedynie, że jeden pokój z wanną był podczas naszego pobytu nieczynny. Bardzo smaczne i ładnie podana kolacja i gustowne nakrycia. Chętnie wróciłabym zimą.
Mało komfortowa dla mnie ubikacja i prysznic w pokoju. Przeźroczyste szyby sprawiały, że nie było przyjemnie i spokojnie z nich korzystać. Wystarczyłoby aby były całe mleczne.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The area is very beautiful with many things to do, walks and so on. The lady at the check in welcomed us perfectly even before checkin time. The room was spacious and the balcony had a wonderful view on the mountain. We were lucky enough to park the car right in front of the entrance (only 2/3 parking spots) but more parking is easily accessible close by. Dinner was fine, breakfast was better.
Bathroom was stylish but unpractical, giving no privacy at all. Pillows were like empty bags of air, but that's pretty common in hotels in that area. During checkout the girl, not the one that checked us in, tried to confuse us NOT speaking in English at all (the staff was otherwise perfect in that sense) trying to charge us for drinks or restaurant stuff which was included.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Das Hotel liegt in Laufnähe zur nächsten Bergbahn. Ein richtig schönes Zimmer mit atemberaubendem Panoramablick auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war trotz der Lage zur Straße ruhig, sauber, sehr bequem und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Sanitärbereich im Zimmer war hell, sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Essen war gut und reichhaltig.
Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Sehr schönes Hotel in einer angenehmen, überschaubaren Größe, tolle Lage zum Sessellift, Hotel ist außergewöhnlich sauber, geräumige Zimmer, toller Saunabereich, zuvorkommende und freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen, leckeres Essen. Das Team geht auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein - man fühlt sich willkommen und sehr wohl. Es war bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt (diesmal mit Familie) - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Je třeba ještě trochu zapracovat na večeřích. Prosklené dveře na záchod nebyly úplně příjemné.

Die Gastgeber sowie das gesamte Personal sind überdurchschnittlich freundlich, herzlich und äußerst zuvorkommend – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt und bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Besonders beeindruckend ist, dass die Gastgeber auch mehrere Restaurants auf der Skipiste betreiben – auch dort wird man mit viel Engagement, Freundlichkeit und bester Qualität verwöhnt. Man merkt in jedem Detail, wie viel Mühe und Leidenschaft hier investiert wird. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Światło w łazience. Łazienka oddzielona jest od pokoju szybą. Nie da się zaświecić światła w toalecie tak, aby nie raziło osoby na łóżku.

The location is perfect — only 20–30 meters from the ski lift, which makes snowboarding extremely convenient. The hotel has a very warm, family-like atmosphere. The room was comfortable, the ski room well organized, and everything overall worked smoothly. The food was very good, with a special thanks to Tonka, the cook, for consistently delicious meals. What truly made our stay exceptional were Bobo and Melita, who made us feel at home from the very beginning. Their kindness, positive attitude, and genuine friendliness made all the difference. Always smiling, attentive, and incredibly efficient, they created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere every day. Thanks to them, this became one of our best hotel experiences. We will definitely come back.

The food was excellent, and both breakfast and dinner fully met our expectations. Of course, the location is great—just a few steps from the ski lifts. Kein Abendbuffet, 3Gerichte ( Fleisch, Fisch, Vegetarisch) zur Auswahl, beim Frühstück war das Personal schlichtweg überfordert Kaffee und Eigerichte müsste man bestellen, aber bis der Kaffee kam war man mit dem Frühstück schon fast fertig, sonst Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung. Für den Preis hätte ich mir da mehr erwartet.

Room was spacious. Badrobe and towels available for sauna. Staff was nice. We could enter our room prior check in time.
Food was pretty mediocre, especially vegan option but they had plant based milk. Tv was really small. Ski room didn’t have locker for ski equipment.

Es gab keinen Parkplatz, nur eine zahlungspflichtige Garage um einen stolzen Preis. Parkplatz auf gut Glück! Einige Gäste benehmen sich nicht einem 4 Stern Hotel entsprechend (lautes Telefonieren beim Abendessen und lautes Schnäuzen in die Stoffserviette! Nicht Einhaltung des Handyverbots im Ruhebereich der Sauna)

Elérhető garázsban parkolás is , ami a mi esetünkben nagyon jó volt, mert az ott tartózkodásunk alatt fél méter hó esett!

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026The only thing that matched the hotel's offer was its location. It is really perfect. Breakfast was a little varied, every day the same salami, the same cheese. No variation, in a hotel of this level there should be more variability.
The hotel's service offer does not correspond to **** Wellness without a pool, garage - cars are parked in a wide area, without a system. We expected an Austrian-style hotel with Austrian cuisine and Austrian hospitality. And you will definitely not find that in the mentioned hotel,forget about it. We were disappointed with our stay, it didnt meet our expectations as we were used to from other hotels in AT.

It also features a nice relaxation area with saunas and rest area. Kitchen deserves a special mention as the food was exquisite throughout our whole stay.
