Fabulous breakfast. Clean and comfortable.

The 'air conditioning' didn't work well for us. It uses a floor system that didn't cool as much as we hoped. (Or, we never quite figured it out) Also, no tea kettle in the room. I drink tea early AM and in the evening. There was no way to do this in the room.

Bei einem Smarthotel könnte man erwarten, dass der Smartfernseher funktioniert. Das italienische Programm ging, aber bei allen anderen Optionen kam nur error oder Problem. Eine Verbindung zum Haus WLAN, ein sign-in nur error. Zum Vergleich, in einem anderen Hotel hatte man Österreich, Schweiz, und Deutschland Fernsehen. Eine andere Rezension hatte das Fernsehen auch beanstandet, aber es ist offensichtlich nichts unternommen worden.

A great property with great amenities for hikers or skiers, and an amazing breakfast at the in-house restaurant. A definite hip vibe with lots of common space to gather. Although the hotel is not in the town of Santa Cristina, it's easy to access everything nearby. It is just off the main highway with an easy on/off bus stop right across the street. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were delightful. We stayed in summer and took advantage of local hiking (super easy access to a number of chairlifts & gondolas), but this would be a great home base for winter sports as well.

性价比不够高。希望早餐每天能更换品种。洗衣机可以多几台，收费最好便宜一点。

早餐食材非常新鮮美味，旅館風格新穎，環境舒適。我們在此度過愉快的4天。

Breakfast was awesome, very tasty, excellent choice for everyone (vegans, vegetarians included). I loved the breakfast, outside facilities and lazy bags as well as the common area inside.

Overall experience was good. The rooms are basic, very clean with comfortable beds but basic, so I didn't like value for money.

No fridge or water in room, toilet paper was cheap, towels were old and flat. No headboard, only one pillow, tv was aged. No tea/coffee making facilities. Room was basic, poor value for money.

Very comfortable, great breakfast with a very diverse selection of food. The eco conscious selection of products in the bathroom was really appreciated. Would recommend this spot.

While the hotel made great effort to not use any plastic in the room/ bathroom they fell short in the breakfast room. Yogurt came in single serving containers rather than a large bowl to serve from. A minor thing but lots of plastic yogurt containers in the trash.

The breakfast offerings were vast. The room felt like a dorm room, although the patio was nice.

We arrived at a time that no one was working the front desk so we couldn’t check in. It would have been helpful to have some closet space or a little refrigerator- the rooms are sparse!

Very modern facilities, nice breakfast and room had an amazing balcony with a great view. The free bus pass was also so useful! Staff was very friendly as well.

The TV, WiFi didn’t work for us in the room and so we used data, the wifi worked when downstairs however. In addition, the room was very hot at night and we could not control the temp.

Very good selection for breakfast but tight space especially during busy mornings. They have dedicated small space for personal eating with free clean cold and hot water for drinking. Free parking!

Can’t think of anything!

The location is good, between the center of St Christina and Ortisei and with a free regional bus ticket. Breakfast and lounge area feels elevated and the food including the breakfast is really good.

The rooms are very basic and small, there was a lack of power sockets (3 in the whole room including one in the bathroom), which for a triple room is too little. The reception works only part of the time in the morning and then again in the afternoon until 7 pm which goes with the smarthotel label

The hotel was very nice ans clean and at a perfect location to get fast into the nearest village by bus.

Close to hiking, amazing breakfast- wide selection of delicious choices. Laundry facilities were clutch. And ice machine was a treat! High tech, self service oriented.

Extra cost to store luggage $10 euro but we got our own private closet and key to go in/out as needed.

Per tre persone, impossibile stare in una camera cosi sottodimensionata, anche perchè mio figlio è un adulto, non ci si poteva muovere. Ribadisco per tre persone non accettabile, soprattutto tre adulti, buia senza vista esterna, bagno cieco. Per una notte ok ma per un soggiorno più lungo i lati positivi del Saslong non sopperiscono le gravi mancanze della camera. Con rammarico difficilmente torneremo e la mia pubblicità per la vostra struttura non può essere positiva.

The staff was very helpful and kind, and the location was good.

The hotel was extremely noisy. We could hear the restaurant downstairs and noise from other rooms, making it feel like we were all in one room. We could not sleep properly, which negatively affected our trip. The breakfast was very poor with almost no variety. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the room was extremely hot despite setting the temperature to the lowest possible level.

На жаль, наш досвід перебування в цьому готелі був дуже неприємним. Під час бронювання ми чітко вказували побажання щодо великого двоспального ліжка, але його не врахували — у номері були два окремі ліжка. Крім того, номер був не дуже чистим, а найгірше — у ньому ми виявили тарганів. Для готелю такого рівня та вартості проживання це абсолютно неприпустимо. Дуже розчаровані, адже очікували значно кращих умов і рівня чистоти. На жаль, не можемо рекомендувати цей готель.

Parking places were a little scarce.

I didn’t have very high expectations at first, but despite the rooms being quite basic, I found the hotel surprisingly comfortable. The bed linen and pillows were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel also has a lovely terrace. Overall, I think it offers very good value for money. The only area that could be improved is the level of assistance from the staff. There often seemed to be no one around, and since check-in and check-out are done online by yourself

Buona la posizione, lontana dalla confusione di altre località della Val Gardena, ma con fermata dell'autobus praticamente sotto l'hotel. Ristorante in sede. Buona la colazione. Possibilità di parcheggio. Bello l'accesso al mini-giardino per chi alloggia all'ultimo piano.

Very basic structure. All extra are to pay for, like drinking water and baggage storage. For the price you would expect a free bottle of water or, even better, a water fountain.

Todo me encantó. El hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable, el servicio fue excelente y las instalaciones muy completas. ¡Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir!

Mooi inrichting van t hotel, bij boeking gratis openbaar vervoerkaart, zodat je overal naar toe kan gaan. Ligt tussen Ortisei en Col Raiser in. Ontbijt was zeer gevarieerd en lekker.

Als je kamer met oneven nummer hebt lig je aan de drukke wegkant. Wij zaten ook nog eens boven de keuken, zodat je de vette lucht rook van de keuken. Daarnaast vond ik t veel te warm op de kamer. Geen airco, maar zelf klimaatsysteem. Kan beter. Ook de kitrand in douche was niet schoon. Prijs was veel te hoog voor de kwaliteit. Bij 3 nachten voor €900,- had ik wel iets meer verwacht.

Hotellet lå litt i utkanten av St. Cristina, så det var et lite stykke å gå når vi skulle ut å spise på kvelden.

The hotel is decent. It is well designed and theoratically/functionaly hosts you.

It was designed at the minimum. The walls are bare, except two unclear pictures. Rooms are small. No amenities in the room. You can feel how they did the EXCEL for this. No place to put your bathroom bag. Long waiting time for elevator in the morning busy hours. Overall feels like a hotel designed by a business person, measuring their returns on every Euro.

Breakfast is exceptional, complete with sweet and savoury of all kinds, with healthy and nutritious choices. The free parking and bus pass are definitely a plus. Location is great also.

The wifi in the bedroom is a bit slow and I don’t think it’s hygienic to allow dogs at the breakfast table, especially not to sit on the chairs.

It’s really modern and nice. The staff were absolutely fantastic and always ready to help! Also best breakfast ever! Location was great for hiking.

Nothing to note

Modern and comfortable hotel. Large restaurant and living area on ground floor. We were there when its marshmallow night and its super fun. Beer there was also delicious, the Blue brand. Room was a bit tight, there are only 2 plug outlet in the room(another one in the bath room). but the balcony is big and comfortable. Overall experience was very nice.

돌로미티 지역 특징인지 모르겠으나 객실 내 냉장고가 없음(공용 공간에 냉장고 비치되어 있음) 조식이 7:30부터라 단체관광객이 있으면 10분 전부터 줄 서있고 복잡함.

Struttura molto moderna, posizione ottima tra ortisei e santa cristina facilmente raggiungibili in bici o con i mezzi pubblici.

Het is een prachtig nieuw en modern hotel met allemaal automatisering waardoor je snel je kamer hebt. Daarnaast hebben ze vriendelijk personeel dat je graag helpt waar nodig!

Wij hadden een kamer op de derde verdieping en daarbij keken wij op de buren uit. Daarbij keken de buren ook soms zo bij ons naar binnen.

Mooi hotel maar vooral een fantastisch uitgebreid ontbijt
