The hotel is situated among the mountains. The view is great. Breakfast and dinner were very good.

No A/C. Even in September it would have been helpful. Some staff could have been more hospitable. Restaurant staff very good.

One of the best hotels we stayed in italy. Staff were courteous and attentive. Room views were breathtaking. Pool and outdoor jacuzzi was soo relaxing. Dinner options changed every night and it was delicious.

I really don't know why everyone wouldn't stay here. From the location (bike to Alpe di Suise), the views in all directions, the horses, the activities, the spa, the pool, the breakfast, the dinner....Everything was spectacular.

1. The bathrooms -- deep and unsafe bathtubs instead of the much safer and easier in-and-out shower stalls 2. The mandatory very early check out time of 10:00 am 3. The limited manue of the a-la-carte restaurant that does not change daily. So if you have sone food alergies you are likely to have to chose to eat the same food every night

If you get a chance to stay here do. Stayed in a mountain view room on a half board early September. Went to Seceda cable car on the way (expensive but totally worth it). Everything about this place was special - drinks outside with the amazing alpine view of the dolomites, the pool spa and outdoor hot tubs (my wife said the stress less massage was one of the best she'd had), the dinner and service was excellent, as was breakfast.

Das Hotel beziehungsweise die Angestellten bemühen sich sehr um Ihre Gäste. + Grosses Zimmer mit einem bequemen Doppelbett + sehr tolles Spa mit einem Schwimmbecken innen, welches eine angenehme Temperatur hat und 3 Whirlpools aussen mit toller Aussicht + Sauna und Dampfbad sowie Ruheräume im Untergeschoss + Bademantel wurde zur Verfügung gestellt + gratis Parkplätze + das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet + da wir einmal vor dem Frühstück los sind für eine Wanderung, hat uns das Hotel eine Verpflegungstasche bereit gelegt mit 2 Sandwich, Wasser, einem kleinen "Milchdrink" und einem Apfel pro Person. + grosse Auswahl beim Welcome Drink + extra Lounge für Hotelgäste abselts der Tagesgäste

- das Wlan funktionierte mal besser, mal weniger gut - bei unserem Zimmer (Nr. 20) war irgendeine Lüftung laut zu hören. Dies auch noch am späten Abend, irgendwann nachts hat es dann aufgehört. Ansonsten war es sehr ruhig.

The location is perfect! The receptionists were very nice and friendly. The male waiter in the other restaurant was exceptionally professional and provided the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel. His friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out and deserve special recognition.

Every morning at 6:59 a.m., the cleaning staff started moving furniture, cleaning and using a vacuum machine, which was extremely loud and woke us up. The rooms are also poorly soundproofed, so noise from neighboring guests. For a summer stay, the lack of air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room was also inconvenient. When opening the window, there is no insect net, so a lot of insects enter the room. We were also told at reception and in the restaurant that dogs were allowed in one of the restaurants. However, during dinner the second evening, a waitress told us that dogs were actually not allowed there. The service from her was also disappointing, so we decided not to dine at that restaurant again.

העובדה שהמקום ללא מיזוג אוויר פוגע בהנאה. היינו תחיל בחדר סטנדרט שהיה פחות טוב ועברנו לחדר בדרגה היותר גבוהה והיה טוב מאד

기대하고 간 수영장은 그냥 그렇고요 야외 온수풀은 두개만 운영해서 들어가기 힘듭니다. 식사는 너무 좋았으며 고객을 참 사랑스럽게 대해줘서 좋았습니다. 방은 가격대비해서 좋지 않았으며 방음이 잘 되지않아 옆방 아이의 울음소리가 시끄럽기 들립니다.

차를 가지고 가서 올라갈땐 걱정이 없었는데 마을로 내려가는 방법을 물었을때 차를 가지고 마을로 내려가 주차를 하거나 30분을 걸어 내려가는 방법만 있다고 했습니다. 혼자만 들은게 아니고 다른팀도 듣고 위로 올라가는 케이블카를 선택했습니다. 그런데, 호텔 아래로100m쯤? 걸어가면 리프트가 있었습니다. 시간은 일찍 멈춥니다. 좀 더 배려있는 안내가 필요합니다.

There is amazing view of the mountains. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Very cosy atmosphere and the staff was welcoming. The spa is great with relaxation rooms , outdoor jacuzzi and more. The location is great for trips in dolomite. Less than 15 from Ortisie and other towns.

하프보드였는데 저녁식사 나쁘지 않았고 조식도 맛있음 방에 냉장고가 없음 (맥주를 시원하게 먹고싶어서 아이스버킷 방에 가져다줄수있냐고 하니까 미니냉장고를 가져다주셔서 감동ㅜㅜ) 야외자쿠지 3개? 있는데 뷰 미침

위치가 산 꼭대기에 있어서 차가 꼭 있어야함 초보운전이라면 숙소까지 운전하기 위험할수도,, 위치가 산꼭대기에 있는지 모르고 예약했다가 깜짝놀람 ㅎ 6월 중순쯤 묵었는데 방에 에어컨 없어서 더웠음 ㅜ 창문 열어도 덥고,, 숙소 뒤에 농장있는데 똥파리들이 숙소까지 들어와서 창문도 활짝 열기 찝찝함

Everything! Everyone was extremely attentive and it seems as if all of the staff had been trained professionally. They all cared and it truly showed. The food & beverage host was second to none and is an amazing representative for this property!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Everything made for a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. During the summer, the rooms can get quite hot. Unfortunately, opening the windows at night is not a good solution because many insects come into the room. Adding air conditioning or installing insect screens on the windows would make the stay much more comfortable.

Where do I even begin? There were black hairs on the mattress, and it was so hard that it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The half-board food selection was also very disappointing, with very little variety. There were flies constantly flying around the food on display, which certainly didn't make it any more appetizing. Normally, I would expect a much wider selection when staying at a hotel with half board. The only positive aspect was the waiters, who were reasonably attentive. However, that alone is not enough for me to give more than 1–2 stars. This hotel definitely does not live up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. I expect much better service from the moment I arrive, and I certainly don't expect to stand waiting for 10 minutes before a staff member notices me because they are busy talking on the phone. To me, that is simply poor customer service.

However, they refused to take responsibility for my financial loss or reimburse me. They have also ignored my messages for over a month. I suffered a loss of approximately R$5,000. The hotel itself is excellent, but the way they handled this situation and their customer service afterward were extremely disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at Monte Pana. Our room was spacious and clean, the spa facilities were great and the breakfast selection was excellent! All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, a special shout out to Florian who was so friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us at home. Thank you Florian!

I love Monte Pana Dolomites hotel and mountains. Excellent Breakfast! Had a gondola ride from the bottom to the top of the Seceda. Beautiful visitation!

The restaurant, food, staff and views were all amazing. The restaurant, bar and spa staff were particularly friendly. The hot tubs have the best view. We walked straight from the hotel out into the beautiful mountains. It was a great stay.

The only 2 things that could improve would be a small fridge in the rooms and normal cups (not paper and plastic).

원래 '스탠다드 더블룸(23m2)'으로 예약했는데, 3단계나 업그레이드를 해서 '수페리어 스위트룸(45m2)'으로 해줘서 너무 감사했다. 캐리어를 올릴 수 있는 간이침대와 식탁이 있어서 너무 좋았다. 호텔에서는 사쏘롱고의 북쪽면이 보이는데, 호텔 주위의 경관이 너무 멋졌다. Half Board 였는데 저녁,조식 모두 좋았다. 첫날도 자꾸찌에서 피로를 풀었고, 다음날은 낮에 비도 많이 오고 기온이 쌀쌀했는데 자꾸찌와 수영장의 수중 지압과 사우나(매우 좋음)에서 피로를 잘 풀었다. 무료버스 티켓도 3일간 잘 사용했다.

주차장에서 건물 안으로 캐리어를 옮기는게 계단밖에 없음. ㅜㅜ

The hotel has everything you need, the food is really good, the spa is amazing, the staff members are very friendly.

The rooms and the hotel need renovation, everything is perfectly clean but outdated. The rooms have no aircon, that could be a problem in hotter months.

Wir waren 1 Person weniger und hatten mit Halbpension gebucht, obwohl wir das vorher per Mail mitgeteilt hatten, wurde uns kein Nachlass für die Halbpension gewährt. Das das Zimmer nicht stornierbar ist, leuchtet mir ein, aber das Essen verstehe ich nicht. Man erklärte mir das kommt, weil ich über Booking.com so gebucht habe.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The views are stunning, the location is excellent, and the facilities are great. We especially enjoyed the pool, and our 20-month-old loved both the main pool and the children's pool. The breakfast was excellent, and we also had a very good dinner at the hotel restaurant. The room was a bit warm, and we also needed a refrigerator to store our son's medication. The staff responded immediately by bringing both a fan and a refrigerator to our room, which we really appreciated. We would happily recommend this hotel.

The location was great. Lots of walks right from our door - and beauty so setting for drinks/ dinner We had a good, and there was plenty of space for him to run around outside before we went on walks - he had to go on the lead through most of the main walks around the dolomites The waiting staff at dinner were attentive. The main waiter/sommelier was brilliant at recommending wine and served it very well.

There is no air con. Fine for most of the year - but we visited in June when it was 33 degrees, which made it rather hot in the hotel room at night

Mínus bola trošku izba,pôsobila staršie,zaslúžila by si trošku modernizácie a hlavne klimatizáciu ,nakoľko sú už leta aj v dolomitoch cez 30 stupňov,tak v izbe je v noci v pohode 26-28 stupňov ,čo už nie je komfortne na spanie .

风景很美，早餐种类丰富，距离刀锋山、休斯高原都很近，停车场很大很方便。夏天去的时候桑拿泳池都没有人，几乎包场。

如果夏天晚餐和温泉时间可以延长就好了，回来晚了就赶不上。

vengo in questo hotel da anni, che sia estate e inverno ci sono sempre molte cose da fare. partenze per sentieri, skipline, maneggio per bambini e ottima posizione. a nopi è stata data una suite senza chiedere quindi camera ampia, disponibili per un late check out fino le 11:30 gratuito. piscina e spa, facilmente prenotabili maggi e trattamenti senza rischio di non trovare posti. cena sempre abbondante, se lo chiedi ti danno i bis senza problemi. rimane sempre una conferma in zona. capita che vengano lanciate delle offerte su booking e in base al periodo che si prenota, il prezzo è davvero vantaggioso e fa concorrenza agli altri in zona.

Prostorný pokoj s výhledem na hory, luxusní snídaně, parkování u hotelu. Byli jsme s jorkšírem, nebyl žádný problém. O psech na hotelu jsme ani nevěděli.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Monet Pana Dolomites. The location is beautiful and offers a great challenge for hikers, nestled just below the stunning mountain peaks, with excellent access to the surrounding trails. The hotel was clean. While the interior design and furniture are somewhat outdated, everything was in good condition and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a good choice for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway in a fantastic location.

酒店自带停车场，停车方便。酒店本身在半山上的草场上，旁边就是草场和上下山的缆车站。酒店自带泳池和桑拿，可惜我没去享受。酒店的室外花园直面修斯高原的另一面山头。入住时酒店还赠送了每人一杯酒吧饮料，吃过晚饭后可以到室外花园烤着火炉，喝着饮料，躺着看日照金山，听着不远处草场的牛铃声叮叮当当响着，神仙的景色不过如此！作为一家4星酒店，早晚餐还不错，半食宿晚上包的也是四道菜，出品还行，也算对国人的胃口。还有沙拉自助，总体不错。

这家酒店位于Monte Pana缆车先的中站位置。可是入住不大方便坐缆车上，因为下段缆车都是吊椅。感觉拉箱和大包小包行李坐缆车不大行（本人没试过）。而且6月份缆车16:45左右就停运了。上下山的路比较陡，不过山上除了酒店就只有缆车站和农场的人了，很少对向车。路况不错，路也算宽，只要注意慢慢开，普通车上下都很方便，单程也就几分钟到达。结论就是-----非自驾慎选。

Clean and comfortable.

The location is excellent and so close to the many wonderful views and activities in the area. We have never stayed at a more beautifully located hotel. Majestic views and expansive property with trails and the wonderful sound of cows with bells. There are so many wonderful things that are geared toward children as well. The breakfast is amazing and so yummy. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. What a wonderful hotel that we hope to return to again one day.

Half board was only available if you purchased it for your entire stay.
