The hotel is easy to find on the main road through Val Gardena and has ample underground parking. The spa facilities are splendid with 5 pools including heated outdoor pool. The hotel and gardens have spectacular views of the mountain peaks. The restaurant serves exceptional food and the tariff including dinner represents great value for money. A free bus pass allows exploration of the region.

There was nothing not to like.

The location is great. Spacious room. Friendly and professional staff. The pools are wonderful after hiking. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner.

Se non ci fosse stato questo sgradevole episodio, la valutazione sarebbe stata diversa. Io e mia moglie abbiamo un bimbo di 2 mesi che una sera a cena ha deciso di fare il "pazzo". Per non disturbare gli altri ospiti ci siamo spostati nella sala adiacente vuota per calmare il piccolo e abbiamo chiesto ai camerieri se gentilemente potevano apparecchiarci un tavolo e inizialmente sembrava non ci fossero problemi. Dopo poco il cameriere, immensamente dispiaciuto e imbarazzato, ci riferisce che purtroppo la direzione, una giovane ragazza, ha respinto la nostra richiesta perché non poteva aprire una sala solo per noi, sottolineando più volte che non poteva accendere le luci solo per un tavolo e che siccome quella era casa sua, lei e solo lei aveva potere di decidere. Schifati dalla poca comprensione nei confronti di una coppia con un bambino molto piccolo, con l'indignazione dei camerieri e degli altri ospiti che hanno assistito alla cosa, mia moglie indispettita dalla situazione decide quindi non non cenare e di tornare in camera. La gestione della nostra richiesta e l'arroganza di quella ragazza in un hotel semi vuoto, lascia capire tante cose e ci ha lasciati con l'amaro in bocca. Per quanto riguarda la cucina, senza infamia e senza lode, decisamente migliorabile, niente di eccezionale. I prezzi delle bevande sono allucinanti, 5€ per una bottiglia di acqua neanche sigillata. Prezzo del lettino per il neonato 300€, da pazzi. Il frigorifero il camera ci mette due giorni per rinfrescare le bevande.

colazione non nelle aspettative di un 4 stelle, offerta limitata, spesso mancavano i prodotti in generale non ci sembrava di essere nelle strutture che da anni frequentiamo in Alto Adige

Il personale è molto gentile ed accomodante, tutti molto sorridenti e competenti. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e la terrazza con idromassaggio con vista sulle Dolomiti è veramente la ciliegina sulla torta. La struttura è molto bella e molto curata, la parte in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi è nuova e accogliente, probabilmente è un'ala della struttura che è stata inserita in un secondo momento. Le piscine sono molto curate così come gli spazi esterni. Siamo stati molto bene.

Unica pecca che mi permetto di far notare è che il personale, su alcuni servizi, non è stato molto trasparente: ci hanno invitato a mettere l'auto nel parcheggio sotterraneo, senza però dirci che il servizio ha un costo giornaliero. Stessa cosa è successa con le bevande: non ci è stato specificato che, nonostante avessimo la cena inclusa, le bevande compresa l'acqua sono a pagamento. Non sarebbe stato un problema, come non lo è stato, pagare questi servizi in quanto erano di nostro interesse, avremmo però gradito se ci fosse stato comunicato al momento opportuno. Per il resto, niente da eccepire.

За три дня пребывания номер не убирали ни разу. Это отель 4 звезды??? Полотенца не меняли. В зоне спа полотенец не предлагали. Холодильник в номере не работал, поменяли в конце второго дня. Произошел конфликт со старшим официантом. Во время первого завтрака нам предложили поменять стол без объяснений причин. Мы поблагодарили, но отказались. Пока мы ходили за блюдами, табличку с нашим номером убрали. Мы попросили вернуть. Персоналу это не понравилось, но табличку вернули. Когда мы пришли на ужин, наша табличка стояла на другом столе. В день отъезда на завтраке наш стол стоял не сервированным, без указания нашего номера. Воспринимаю эту ситуацию, как попытку персонала оскорбить клиента, что немыслимо для серьезного заведения. Моя просьба к администратору дать имя официанта, не нашла понимания, старшая сотрудница на ресепшине также отказалась представиться. Эта ситуация представляется абсолютно недопустимой. Очень разочарован.

Struttura bellissima,con spa, piscine esterna e interne Posizione tranquilla da cui si possono facilmente raggiungere con i frequenti bus( a cui si accede tramite il Qr code fornito dall’hotel) tutte le località da dove partono le escursioni. Colazione varia e abbondante, altrettanto la cena con ottimo buffet di antipasti. Personale estremamente gentile.

You need a car because it’s outside Ortisei. There is a free bus line though.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren in dem Neubau und hatten ein neues,Zimmer. Leider fehlt es an einer persönlichen Note. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein.

Strefa SPA dokładnie taka jak na obietnicach. Ciepłe baseny dostępne nawet jak pada (zasłaniane na noc i złą pogodę), jedno jacuzzi i sztuczne jeziorko w którym można się zanurzyć! Dużo leżaków. Cudowne miejsce do odwiedzenia latem. Śniadania nie zawodzą, opcja niepełnego wyżywienia to nie tylko śniadanie i kolacja ale też poczęstunek w ciągu dnia. Piękne widoki, nie można się napatrzeć. Pokoje czyste, dużo luster (np jedno nad łóżkiem)

Wszystkie napoje dodatkowe (woda do kolacji) dodatkowo płatne. Woda w lodówce w pokoju dodatkowo płatna. Uważam że woda mogłaby już być w standardzie przy takiej stawce za pokój. Dobrze że nie trzeba było płacić za kawę do śniadania 😂 Lokalizacja też daleko od miasta więc ciężko wyskoczyć wieczorem, raczej trzeba założyć pobyt w hotelu albo poruszanie się samochodem. Ah - i parking też jest dodatkowo płatny

Confesso um que me decepcionou bastante a acomodação. Pelo preço, eu esperava uma experiência de resort de alto nível. O café da manhã é muito bom, o jantar foi ok, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e as piscinas com massagem são bem boas.

Achei o quarto bem pouco confortável, após abrir a porta havia um lance enorme de escadas a subir pra acessar ao quarto. Achei pouquíssimo prático, a gente com malas, tendo subir uma escada dessa altura. Embora tenha gostado da área de spa e piscinas, achei o horário muito restrito: se o sol só se põe as 21h, pra que limitar o acesso à piscina até 20h? Outro ponto foi o fato de um hotel desse porte não ter ar condicionado no quarto! Sei que nas Dolomitas faz frio, mas fomos no verão, num calor de 30 graus e não tinha ar!! Outro ponto que me incomodou foi cobrarem a água consumida no jantar (que estava incluso no regime de meia pensão) sendo que não era uma água de supermercado, era uma garrafa com água do filtro do hotel! E ainda a 4 euros!!!! O maior valor de água que já paguei, sendo era do filtro e estávamos ao lado da nascente da maior fonte de água potável da Itália. Enfim, não voltarei! Há opções melhores nas Dolomitas e com custo benefício melhor.

הזמנו סוויטה . הסוויטה היתה מרווחת ,ברמת נקיון גבוהה. היה חסר מזגן כי היה חם ,ממליצה להתקין מאוורר תקרה לפחות . האוכל היה מצויין והשירות מעולה. נהנינו בבריכות ובג'קוזי . ממליצה על המלון הזה .

Mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten. Aan receptie erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijtbuffet is goed en bij halfpension voorbuffet en nabuffet zeer gevarieerd en lekker.

Bij halfpension is vlees en vis prima. Jammer dat elke dag de groenten overkookt zijn en groenten en aardappelen al vooraf bereid zijn en dus niet vers.

직원들도 모두 친절하고 부대시설도 깨끗해서 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 조식도 매우 만족스러웠어요.

כל דבר לוקחים כסף. ממש לא לעניין. המיים שבמקרר בחדר בתשלום של 4 יורו. החדרים ישנים. כשהגענו לקבלה אמרו שאפשר להחנות את הרכב בחנייה של המלון ולא ציינו פרט חשוב שזה בעלות של 11 יורו ליום!!! בנוסף כשביקשנו מים בבר בהזמנה של שתייה חייבו אותנו ב-2 יורו על כוס מים. הפקידות בקבלה לא שירותיות ולא נעימות. הזמנו טיפולי ספא- היו במחיר גבוה ולא ברמה גבוהה.

Excellent service and immaculate

lovely hotel in a great location for skiing. The spa facilities are amazing. This was our second visit. The food choice and quality was excellent. Ortesei is a 15 minute walk and is the nicest town in the Dolomites.

the bar area organist, for my tastes was too loud. the non spa facilities could do with some attention for example the games room could have better ventilation and the gym more loose weights. But I am being picky.

ragazza alla reception (poi risultata essere la proprietaria dell’hotel) si è dimostrata estremamente poco professionale. Al mattino abbiamo chiesto di prenotare un ristorante, ma ci è stato risposto in modo secco che non c’erano posti disponibili. Ho proposto diverse alternative — attendere un orario diverso, mangiare più tardi o prima, oppure ordinare la cena in camera — ma tutte le proposte sono state accolte con risate e liquidate come “impossibili”. Quando ho espresso il mio disappunto e ho chiesto almeno una soluzione concreta, ha reagito nuovamente ridendo e ha dichiarato che non avrebbe nemmeno provato a contattare altri ristoranti per nostro conto, sostenendo di sapere già che era tutto al completo. Un atteggiamento inaccettabile per chi lavora nell’ospitalità. Vorrei inoltre segnalare lo stato dei materassi dell’hotel: sono talmente vecchi e usurati da formare una profonda avvallatura, rendendo il riposo estremamente scomodo.

The problem with this hotel is because it is out of the main town and away from the ski lifts they have a mini bus shuttle service to bring you to the main town and to the main cable car to start your day skiing. like all ski hotels this is in with your price of your stay. Also to collect you at the end of the day from the area where the cable car is but they only will collect you at the latest at 5.00pm which is an absolute joke! many people are still skiing down to the town at 5.00pm or having a drink or a coffee to take some time to wind down and it is not enough time to collect guests that want a full days skiing. The resort is extremely busy and very very hard to get taxies so on three occasions i was left stranded after a hard days skiing in the town. on the three occasions it took hours to find a taxi to get me back to the hotel very late wich ruined my evening. I was absolutely furious that they simply do not take care of there guests leaving them stranded for the evening and not collecting after five. 6.00 or 7.00 pm would be far more realistic as i have skied for 40 years and never experienced a hotel that does not take care of there guests in transfers to and from the resort. So i am very unhappy at this hotel as there response when i complained was not very good either just shrugging their shoulders so i would never book this place again.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt bei Verena und ihrem Team. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und hochwertig und der frisch gepresste Saft einfach toll. Das Abendessen war wirklich sehr gut – eine gelungene Mischung aus Geschmack, Zubereitung und Präsentation. Die Atmosphäre war freundlich und angenehm. Würde ich definitiv weiterempfehlen. The hotel bar and restaurant, also the spa area were great, great view and quiet surrounding area. The staff was very friendly.

The room was a bit outdated, needs refurbishing, but all in all comfy. There is a 25eu/day tax for pets, wich is a bit much, in my opinion. There is a new annex of the hotel, that probably has new rooms. At breakfast we didn`t had a table assigned, and in the second day we sat down at the table we had eaten the day before, and we were politely asked to go to another room, because that was not our table (but we didn`t had a table assigned).

Stunning area and just 2 min walk from the bus stop. Good breakfast. Amazing spa facilities. So many different saunas and places for relaxation. We loved the outdoor pool. Staff are really friendly and accommodating

Very good big room. Had a sofa and two armchairs. Nice balcony and a lot of natural light, with the easy option of blocking it. Clean room and nice bathroom. Great spa area. Nice varied breakfast.

A small shower, and the hot swimming pools were not hot enough.

Staff were amazing and location is perfect, easy parking. Loved the spa and relaxing atmosphere. Food is delicious, make sure to have dinner and breakfast. Dog friendly! Will 100% be back.

We had an amazing stay here! We stayed in the suite with hot tub which also had a swing on the balcony which was amazing. The room was immaculate and comfy. The breakfast was amazing. All of the staff were lovely & friendly! We will definitely be back again in the future. Thank you!

Leckeres Essen, nette und hilfsbereite Kellner (!), gute Lage.

Bei unserem Check-in wurde in keiner Weise erwähnt, dass das Parken zusätzliche Gebühren mit sich trägt. Uns wurde lediglich gesagt „die Parkgarage für Ihr Fahrzeug finden sie direkt dort drüben“. Beim Auschecken wurden uns für das Parken pro Tag 11 Euro berechnet. Wir waren natürlich bereit, diesen Preis zu zahlen. Jedoch erwähnte ich, dass es nützlich wäre, diese Information den Gästen bereits beim Check-in zu geben, um unnötigen Unmut zu vermeiden. Ich wurde mitten im Satz mit den Worten „Das ist kein Kapital, das können Sie selber im Internet nachlesen. Wir müssen Ihnen das nicht extra mitteilen“ unterbrochen. Weiterhin war die Mitarbeiterin im Wellnessbereich sehr unfreundlich (nicht nur zu uns, auch zu weiteren Gästen). Beispielsweise erklärte sie uns in gebrochenem Englisch, dass der Poolbereich auch nach 20:00 Uhr noch nutzbar sei. Lediglich die Sauna müsse man zu dieser Uhrzeit verlassen. Um Punkt 20:00 Uhr lief sie dann „basta“ „finito“ „raus“ rufend und klatschend durch den Poolbereich, um alle noch anwesenden Gäste zu vertreiben. Bei einem günstigeren Hotel würden mich diese Punkte nicht stören. Aber bei einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie finde ich so etwas nicht angemessen.

The pool, spa, and all the facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff was so nice and went out of their way to accommodate us. The food was excellent! Beautiful views.

It was slight, but there was an odd scent in our bathroom. It was still very clean though.

Nice spa area with indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a beautiful view of the mountains. After a day of hiking in the mountains, we went down to the spa and the pools to relax. This is exactly what we had in mind when booking a hotel with a spa. As a small note, the jacuzzis were too cold to be enjoyable. I also liked the hotel building’s façade—chalet style with flowers on the balconies. Other hotels in the vicinity feature this as well, but I appreciate it nonetheless. The breakfast buffet is nice, although the selection is somewhat limited compared with other hotels we’ve visited. The hotel owner personally staffs the breakfast stations, juggling tasks—omelets, pancakes, etc. A good word about the hired staff: they’re all extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Sadly, the same cannot be said regarding the family-member staff (the owners). This is a family-owned hotel, so you can expect to see the family staff around. They’re easy to spot—they’re the ones who didn't appear to be in uniform. More on that below.

With all this hotel has going for it, I’m actually amazed it managed to leave me with an overall bad experience. To start off, this is a family-owned hotel. We had an unfortunate interaction with the owner, who seems to manage every little detail personally. She was manning the reception desk when we approached her with a minor issue—or so we thought. A neighboring guest was smoking for well over an hour on the balcony adjacent to our room’s window. As it was late August, our room was quite hot (no A/C), but we couldn’t open our window due to the smoke coming from the balcony. Long story short, approaching the owner didn't help. Her response was unhelpful and abrupt: “Can we switch to a different room?” “No, I’m sorry.” “Could you say something to the other guest?” “No, I’m sorry.” As a side note, if smoking on the balcony is indeed permitted, then please designate a section of the hotel in which the balconies are also off-limits for smokers, so that non-smokers, like me, would be able to open a window. But this isn’t the real issue. Another small but telling example is the parking area. I personally heard the receptionist explain to several guests, upon checkout, that garage costs are extra and that this is explicitly stated in the hotel terms (yes, I know...). It's just that we couldn't find any alternative parking, so this charge felt effectively unavoidable for anyone arriving with a car. I don’t really mind the extra cost. I also didn't say anything while receiving the same speech. I’m just surprised at how the discussion focused on T&Cs rather than addressing the issue. My advice to anyone visiting this hotel: if you have an issue, and assuming it’s not life-threatening, best keep it to yourself. Why ruin an otherwise nice vacation? I found myself trying to avoid the reception area for the rest of my vacation.

Tout, le personnel est aux petits soins, les repas sont exceptionnels, le spa également ! Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique ! Certainement le meilleur hôtel où nous avons séjourné ! Merci à toute l’équipe !
