Por favor revisen la calidad de shampoo e acondicionador, estan pesimo porque el pelo te queda muuy tieso y no le rellenaron

Termine en el hotel por azares del destino y me lleve una grata sorpresa. El staff muy amable, tiene gimnasio funcional y la comida mejor que muchos restaurantes. Buena cama también.

Poniéndome estricto creo que le falta una buena y profunda lavada a sus alfombras. Desafortunadamente en mi habitación se prendía un sonido de un pitido constante que no se de donde salía y podía durar toda la noche. Mala ubicación si buscas algo alrededor o salir caminando.

I was enjoyed the Pool and ambience.

In the room, the shower is not working properly and the water is coming out very forcefully. Also, the TV is unable to connect to the internet, so YouTube is not working.

Que la pantalla no es inteligente y los canales son pocos y no tan enfocados en los pequeños. tampoco me gustó que dejan que la gente ponga su escándalo en la piscina con música desagradable y que cobran el 15% de cargo por servicio en el restaurante. La propina no es obligatoria y eso me detuvo para comer en el hotel. No me parece justo, si el servicio es bueno (que lo es) se otorga y si no, no, además de que no se puede hacer eso.

Alors, nous avons payé une suite avec DEUX CHAMBRES pour trois personnes, arrivé à l’hôtel, il n’y avait qu’une chambre avec un lit, l’autre « chambre », était un petit salon avec un canapé lit et à l’heure de l’adapter pour dormir, une poubelle,on voyait les ressorts , très sale, vieux, et en plus très froid, aucun draps, pas de serviettes pour la troisième personne alors que le prix est excessif pour une suite. Le personnel ne m’a pas proposé une solution correcte et j’ai passé la pire nuit de ma vie. Par rapport au service, On aurait dit qu’on les embêtait.

the location is centrally located near the airport which was my focus. The room was clean and staff was friendly, the hotel architecture was also pleasant and reminisent of old spanish colonial times.

The breakfast was extremely dissapointing, specially given that Mexico has such a vast and rich cuisine. Instead of a proper susage they served fried hotdogs, they do better at budget hotels in the USA, there was nothing cultural about the breakfast unless you count the "salsa verde" and nachos. Even the orange juice, it was not real juice it was more like cool-aid. The gym is very basic, even though it has a large footprint to expand on, also very difficult to find since it is NOT well marked its location. The hotel seems it had better days, it looks so dirty on the outside facade, a little pressure washing would go a long way to restore its glory. Also, the main courtyard is beautiful, but just needs to have some outdoor furniture to make it stand out, at the moment is just an empty space that makes the place look abandoned, same goes for all common areas, turn on the lights, put some wood in the fire place, make the place come alive.. I guess that speaks to the staff and leadership, perhaps they dont want to invest or work.

Excelente. Suficiente la variedad del buffet para mí. La arquitectura y los interiores del hotel son Geniales. Seguro regresaremos para caminar por todos los rincones del hotel y sentarnos en los espacios q existen para ello, relajarnos en la piscina ó jugar un poco de pull, nos faltó tiempo.

El único tache q debo poner es en el olor de las sábanas, cobertor y fundas de las almohadas. No estaban sucias desde luego, sólo q tenían un olor muy desagradable, como cuando pones poco jabón en la lavadora ó dejas la ropa húmeda sin extenderla para su secado, algo así... es importante porque estás en contacto con la ropa de cama 8 horas...

No realizaron el servicio de limpieza de la habitación un día y los demás días no quedaba completa. Faltó atención para el precio. La zona desafortunadamente es muy fea.

Los cuartos olian full a humedad, incluidos los cajones, closet y toallas. Se reportó y la solucion fue ir a poner una gran cantidad de "Glade". Obviamente no fue viable organizar la ropa. Si llevan equipaje, y se estacionan en el estacionamiento, no hay forma de usar un elevador para ir a lobby o la habitación, es necesario bajar o subir escaleras. En recepción ofrecen la "ayuda" del vallet, por un costo adicional... Tambien hay un espacio de un "served by starbucks ", no sabe mal, pero no es ni cerca un starbucks. En fin, una experiencia rara por el costo...

I booked a room to sleep over with my wife, my wife was feeling sick and needed to drink a pill, the room had only one 12 oz bottle, hardly enough to drink the pill, I guess we had to share the the bottle of water.

My wife and I arrived an hour early. They let us have our room since it was ready. They were quick and kind. The place is huge with everything you need and more! Beautiful, modern yet traditional facility with large spaces. The dining was great as well! Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean. Great stay! Anytime I'm back in Toluca DoubleTree is my first pick everytime!

me gusto mucho la flexibilidad porque somos mi esposo y yo con 3 niñas de 8 años, 5 y 3 nos dejaron estar en un cuarto sin problema eso lo valore mucho porque en otros hoteles pretenden darnos 2 habitaciones y no deberían separar, el buffet igual fueron muy accesibles pq nos cobraron solo 1 buffet por las 2 niñas chiquitas, no me gusta la ubicación, la alberca bien de temperatura, pero ya le hace falta remodelación, de ahí en fuera esta muy lindo el hotel por la relación precio vs servicios e instalaciones.

The inside of the property is in good condition but the outside is terrible. I stayed there because I was going to an event nearby. I was not satisfied overall with this hotel!!

El concepto del hotel me gustaría un poco más moderno, siento que necesita ya una modernización y un poco de más mantenimiento, el hotel en general está bien, lo mejor la atención de la recepción las muchachas que atienden son muy cordiales y deben cuidarlas ya no se ve en estos tiempos, el hotel bien en bienvenida te reciben con una galleta muy rica, la alberca debería de estar un poco más caliente por el lugar unos 27 grados estaría excelente ya que no se antoja por el frío y un poco más tarde no se porque les da ahora a los hoteles cerrar antes de las 9 si vas a trabajo o sales por lo general vas entrando a las 7-8 debería ser a las 10:00 y muchas veces se hace la elección de alojamiento por los extras del hotel, el desayuno bien en especial el sábado que te dan opción a tu gusto en huevo y quesadillas a parte del menu.

Creo que los costos son elevados para lo que ofrecen. En esta visita de muchas que he hecho... mi recomendación es que revisen lo que firman... yo no lo hice esta última vez y me hicieron cargos adicionales que no correspondían. El seguimiento de ellos para la devolución fue muy mala. Los alrededores, son bastante feos, el desayuno es muy básico para lo que cuesta, así como el servicio de los meseros... ahí hay mucha área de oportunidad de mejora.

El hotel por dentro es bonito y las habitaciones son muy confortables. El personal es muy amable.

El personal muy amable, la limpieza impecable. No disfrutamos las instalaciones porque solo lo contratamos una noche, pero definitivamente descansamos.

De ser un Hilton, hoy es un Bed & Breakfast, no tiene nada que ofrecer de su oferta de valor, no hay bares abiertos, el room service se limita a pizzas y ensaladas, mal iluminado, los bares no funcionan, si me hubiera quedado en un motel me habría ido mejor.

We stayed just one night. I had much more expecation. The room was old and less comfortable. The service and checking was not comfortable and friendly. Breakfast was fine.

Se requiere mejorar el servicio en mostrador. Las personas de recepción fueron muy groseras y no nos explicaron qué servicios ofrecía el hotel y la reservación, necesitan incluir cortesía e interés por sus huéspedes. Felicidades por el chef y el personal de cocina, EXCELENTE atención sobre todo en el desayuno, el omelette que me preparó se llevó las palmas, gracias por su desempeño.

They put me in a terrible room because I booked on Expedia. I asked for change and they took one hour to proceed. Also I had to shorten my stay due a customer request. I had originallly a 3 nights reservation and they refuse to reimburse me for one night . I will never return in that place. The service at the Lobby is terrible . In two days I was there I asked to meet a manager and they never showed up .

A recently built hotel, no expense spared. Rooms are spacious and well equiped, bathroom was large, but showerhead needed replacing. Great beds (as we expect in the Hilton chain). Gym was large and with a view (for once!), with multiple treadmills, though the stretching area lacked mats Great staff, always helpful. Breakfast was great, and there is a handy cafe. Most negative is the location, essentially in an industrial area with limited shops and higher-class eateries around. There is a nearby convenience store, however. Good security.

A bit in an industrial area common for Toluca

The hotel has nice spaces and very open areas, which looks comfortable. However, it seems that management has given the staff a directive on not giving an inch to Hilton Honors members. I asked for early check-in when I reserved. When i got to the hotel, no recognition of my Diamond status. I was asked to wait until noon for my room. Asked for an upgrade: nil. NO upgrade! We got a standard room where the thermostat did not work right. Asked them to fix it, having detailed what was wrong: no fix. Then, the kicker. I asked for a late checkout. I was offered 1 hour: standard was 1200, I was offered 1300 (Insulting). I then offered to pay 1/2 the daily rate for a checkout at 8PM. NO. Only 6PM. What is wrong for granting a Diamond member another 2 hours when I offered to pay 1/2 the daily rate? They told me if I wanted to stay until 8PM, I'd had to pay full nightly rate. This is the second time at a HIlton property in Mexico I run into nonchalance and indifference to my Hilton status. Looks like a chronic problem initiated by managers.

Very clean nice hotel..unfortunately in an industrial area away from much of anything. Misleading as to airpot transfer, they do not provide one to mexico city airpot as a matter of fact not even to the localvairport as their transport seems to aways be in the shop...rooms are very clean and nice beds, no in room refrigerator , very bland...on ascale of 1 to ten i would rate it a 6. Food was good not great always served luke warm had to send back every time. Bar was beautiful but didnt have many selections....i would not return mostly due to location....
