The breakfast selection was quite limited. We especially missed having fresh vegetables and a wider variety of food options.

Our 5th stay here over the years with Family. Best Hotel with most polite staff and great buffet breakfast and restaurants. Amazing pool and gym with a walking track which I used daily. Great fun, Great memories. Must stay only at Amari when in Bangkok.

Beautiful entrance lobby. Delicious breakfast. Good location. Helpful staff. Beautiful cocktails from bar. In house thai restaurant was fantastic.

Pool area was over-run by loud children. The area needs zoning or parents need to understand they shouldn't take over entire pool. No where to 1 adult to relax as all families took all loungers over whole area.

Room was very good and staff were attentive. Unfortunately some other guests let their children run aro nd the foyer and bar area. That spoiled the ability to relax in the evening

overall, this is a great hotel. Rooms are clean, big and comfy. We chose to go for the non-renovated rooms which were just about enough for us. Breakfast is really good. Staff at breakfast were really attentive, quick and professional. We booked the hotel VIP van to take us to the airport. more expensive than Bolt of Grab, but actually arrived on time and was a good choice.

the elevators were the biggest challenge, You call the elevator, and this is one of those 'smart' elevator managements where you put your card against a reader, and it will choose one the the 6(?) elevators for you. apparently this really does not work well there, as we had to wait almost every time for quite a while. definitely can improve on this. one more thing, which is beyond the hotel control is the road works outside. this is challenging if you commute by taxi's, and given how busy Bangkok roads are anyway.

We had a wonderful stay at Amari Bangkok. The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Chef Bell at Amaya Food Gallery. He was very kind, welcoming, and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious dishes. His hospitality truly made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay at Amari Bangkok again!

מעליות איטיות, ווי פיי חלש מאוד, הצוות לא מאוד מסביר פנים, מאוד קשים.. הוציאו אותנו מהבריכה כשהיה קצת גשם בלי הסבר, אי אפשר להכנס לחדר אוכל עם גופיה.. הרגיש מאוד קשה ולא נעים..

L’emplacement est vraiment un point fort . Les chambres spacieuses avec douche et baignoire. Le pdj très complet

שירות מדהים, חדרים מרווחים, הנוף המשקיף על העיר, נקיון החדרים. ארוחת בוקר מעולה

את הגבלת האפשרויות לעלות לקומה מעל. כל אחד יכול לעלות עד לקומת החדר. כשמגיעה משפחה 16 איש עם ילדים ונכדים זה בעייתי. כי כל אחד ממוקם בקומה אחרת. צריך לבקש בקבלה את האפשרות להוסיף את כל חדרי המשפחה

سرعة تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة. سرعة الاستجابة لاي احتياجات. 4 مصاعد تخدم النزلاء مما يسهل الصعود والنزول. المطاعم رائعة .. ومن وجهة نظري كانت الافضل والانظف في بانكوك.

موقع الفندق في قلب العاصمة موقع حيوي ونابض بالحياة وقريب من كل شي تقريباً .. لكن يعيبه الازدحام الشديد فـ اي مشوار قصير 5 دقائق مثلاً ياخذ 30 - 40 دقيقة بالتاكسي مما يسبب الملل والتعب والارهاق لطول فترة الانتظار بالشارع .. وهذا يعتبر اسوء مافي الفندق. حمامات السباحة .. بارده جداً ولا يوجود بها تدفئه .. مما سبب لاطفالي نزلة برد شديدة. اطلالة الغرفة كانت مع الافق وتم دفع الفرق لذلك .. لكن تم اعطائي غرفة ذو اطلالة على انشاءات واعمال ترميم لمشروع كبير. بعض الغرف متهالكة جداً وتحتاج لتجديد .. قمت بتبديل احدى الغرف لكونها قديمة جداً وتم اعطائي غرفة جديدة.

Breakfast and location was good.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping experience fell well below expectations. On two consecutive days, I had to contact hotel services because the small towels had not been replaced after the room was serviced. Having to repeatedly follow up on such a basic housekeeping requirement was disappointing. In addition, the pillows were in very poor condition—extremely flat and uncomfortable—and clearly not at the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. These may seem like small details, but they have a significant impact on the overall guest experience and should be addressed.

Le personnel est très attentionné et très efficace. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, les salles de bains également les avec baignoires et douches séparées . Le petit déjeuner est de qualité avec un très large choix.

L’attente aux ascenseurs parfois un peu long. Il manque le sèche cheveux dans les chambre (petit détail) et l’eau de la piscine un peu froide.

If you forgot the excess key & wrongly get down wrong floor after that you can’t come out because of this I stuck more then 30 minutes there & there is no help phone on each floor

Mooi hotel met een hele fijne sfeer. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime en schone kamers. Heerlijk Thais restaurant in huis.

Het enige was de locatie. Middenin het shopping gebied. Veel winkelcentra in de buurt en daardoor wat minder levendig in de avonden en minder restaurants in de buurt. Als je wil shoppen zit je daar perfect!

Superb location for the city. Many shopping malls are within 3 to 5 minutes' walk. Clean big comfortable rooms. Good breakfast served. GYM was good. Helpful staff. Will come back again.

I have been staying in this property since watergate days! Very convenient location around Pranam and access to skywalk around central Siam paragon and Big C.

They touch key with access to the elevator doesn’t work sometimes and it’s annoying when you have to request housekeeper to make the elevator calls for you.

Fantastic value for your money, with a lovely pool and a prime city location! 🏊‍♀️🏙️ The hotel boasts several restaurants, so you won't need to venture far, though they are a bit pricier than local options for lunch and dinner. The hotel's a bit old, and the furniture isn't well-maintained. They also wouldn't remove a sofa and extra bed for our baby cot, even though they admitted we accidentally had an extra bed.

כשמזמינים חדר זוג ועוד 2 ילדים על תאשרו כאשר יש מיטות נפרדות ל 2 אנשים.הילדים ישנו איתנו ביחד כלומר 2 במיטה ליחיד.

החדר היה מרווח, נקי ומודרני. הצוות היה נחמד ונעים תמורה ממש טובה ביחס למחיר

המון בנייה באזור ויש פקקים משמעותיים. לא מספיק אפשרויות מערביות בארוחת הבוקר

כמעט הכל , קרוב למושלם . היה חסר חדר ילדים

The location is fantastic, if you plan to shop like we did, this is the place for you. All malls are at walking distance. The breakfast spread was huge and delicious. They have good Indian and Italian restaurant. Staff is very kind and friendly. Very clean and well kept.

The bathrooms could be designed a bit better, looks dated for a 5 star. The flooring could be wooden instead of carpeted, the bathroom could use a bit of renovation.

1-اصوات السيارات في الشارع مزعجه كانها تمشي في ممرات الفندق علما اني اسكن في الدور33 2-اصوات اعمال البناء في المبنى المجاور مزعجة 3-عندما تاخذ تاكسي للعوده للفندق فالاسعار مرتفعة جدا بسبب ازدحام منظقة الفندق اغلب الوقت 4-القيمة مبالغ فيها جدا مقابل الخدمة ويوجد خيارات افضل وبسعر اقل بكثير بالقرب من فندق اماري 5-عندما تسكن في الادوار العلويه عليك الانتظار طويلا لانتظار المصعد خصوصا في اوقات الذروه

The location is excellent - close to shopping centers and halal food places. The breakfast was very good - thank u Mr Ten for being so super with the different omelettes ordered and always smiling. Rooms very clean

Had to remind staff that we needed extra towels, water and as we were 3 in a room we had to make do with 2 cups and two glasses
