دائما اسكن فيه ولم احتاج الى تاكسي لقربه من المولات والاماكن السياحية والموظفين متعاونين

بعض الغرف كان الحمام ليس نظيفا بما فيه الكفاية كان يوجد عفن في الحمام وبالنسبة للسكن في البرج الشمالي كانت المسافة طويلة من الاستقبال الى الغرف والاصنصير يتأخربسبب كثرة المستخدمين يعني اذا بطاقة الغرفة لو كانت فيها مشكلة اضطر للرجوع الى الاستقبال والمشي لمسافة طويلة والانتظار

جميل والخدمه حلوه والمكان تروح كل شي حولك قريب

They went truly above and beyond their duties to assist us and made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed. Their professionalism, patience, and beautiful attitude made such a difference to our stay. Staff like them are a true asset to the hotel and deserve the highest appreciation. Great service, spacious and clean room! Staff were all very friendly, house keeping and room service were excellent! Breakfast variety were good and theres halal section!

Lobby is always very crowded hence waiting for lift is a little dreading but didnt make it into a bad memory of the hotel at all. still would recommend staying here!

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es gibt einen schönen Pool- und Fitness Bereich. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, sowohl eine Klong-Station wie auch der Skytrain zum Flughafen ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Aufgrund der hohen Auslastung waren Lobby und Aufzugsbereiche oft sehr stark frequentiert (was ja positiv für das Hotel ist 😉).

L’attente devant les ascenseurs des différents bâtiments est insupportable. Il faut pzrtfois attendre 10mn avant de pouvoir prendre un ascenseur pour se rendre à sa chambre.

Das Hotel gleicht eher einer Massenabfertigung! Gänzlich ungeeignet, wenn man als erwachsene Person Erholung sucht. Da man für Kinder unter 10 Jahren nichts bezahlt, ist es entsprechend laut und voll - vor allem beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Excellent hotel with a great location. This was my second stay, and overall I had a very good experience again

The main issue was the elevators. There are six elevators, but the system needs better logic, similar to large buildings where you select your floor first and are assigned a specific elevator. Currently, it feels random and causes unnecessary crowding and long waiting times. This is made worse by some inconsiderate guests who do not respect the queue and enter the elevator ahead of people who have been waiting. Also, the breakfast quality was noticeably better during my previous stay three years ago.

Muy buena habitación!! Amplía. El baño muy bien. Las camas cómodas y grandes. Buenas vistas si te toca un piso alto de las torres. El desayuno buffet es buenísimo!!!! Gran variedad y muy muy bueno! Se pueden usar las piscinas de todo el complejo!

No está muy cerca de lo turístico aunque sí de centros comerciales como el MBK. Piden 1000 baths de depósito

We zijn fan van dit hotel. Heel centraal gelegen in de buurt van verschillende shoppingmalls en verschillende rooftopbars. Hotel is gemakkelijk te bereiken met de airporttrain. Ze hebben hier 2 hele leuke dakterrassen met grote zwembaden. De familiekamers zijn heel groot en de bedden zijn zalig! Onze kinderen vonden het stapelbed geweldig. Kamers beschikken over een ruime badkamer met een goede douche. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en je hebt veel keuze. Hotel hangt samen aan een shoppingmall waar je tot laat in de nacht terecht kan. De bar aan het zwembad heeft lekkere en betaalbare cocktails .

Tijdens het ontbijt kan het wel heel druk aanvoelen omdat het groot is opgezet. Zeker tijdens evenementen.

We hebben 1 nacht in een Deluxe kamer doorgebracht, deze had wel achterstallig onderhoud en een sobere inrichting. Bijzetbedden zijn erg hard.

Hotel luxueux très bien placé pour le shopping. Très bien équipé, avec une très belle piscine. Excellent petit déjeuner, il y en avait pour tous les goûts.

Lles prix au restaurant sont un peu élevés comparé à ce que l on trouve régulièrement en Thaïlande. Il y avait Netflix et YouTube ds la chambre, mais en payant.

The room was superb! The bunk beds for the kids were absolutely huge and the room itself had so much space for all our luggage. Very clean and comfortable experience. The breakfast was also amazing and the rooftop pool was a big hit with the kids.

Location is right in the heart of the busy city. Breakfast was plentiful

The hotel feels tired generally in all areas. The check in was slow and felt overly laborious. The two tower/lifts situation is annoying when you just want to leave/get to your room.. The pool closes at 9pm which is a real shame as it's one of the draws of this hotel.

Nice, modern hotel with spacious family rooms. We had a room with double bed and big bunk bed for our daughters, nice view from 31st floor. Good quality bed, good shower, delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Pool on the 11th floor. Close to shopping malls.

Water temperature of the pool bit cold, I expected more, it is a big pool but I thought more nice vibe with the pool bar. Further the whole stay was perfect.

Corridors a bit too used. Stayed in the north tower although early booked. Msin tower much nicer dining room.

Location was great. Housekeeping was excellent. Buffet breakfast had a good variety and a halal section.

Quite a distance to walk to north wing. Indian buffet breakfast could have paratha as a choice or idli instead of upma several days I was there.

Nice hotel, can get busy at times with conferences.

El trato del personal excelente. Celebrábamos nuestro 25 aniversario y tuvieron un detalle con nosotros. Mucha variedad en el buffet del desayuno, diferentes tipos de cocina (india, tailandesa, mediterránea) Las vistas de la piscina espectaculares. Estuvimos en una planta 31, vista de la ciudad impresionante.

Man musste ständig auf den Aufzug warten, mal 30 Sekunden, mal 5 Minuten, was aber bei der Größe des Hotels normal ist...

Wij kregen een kamer op de 34e verdieping met prachtig uitzicht en erg stil. Goed ontbijt, personeel is snel en vriendelijk. Ook late checkout tegen betaling genomen, heel handig. Ondanks grootte, liften toch snel en niet wachten bij ontbijt. Ligging is gunstig t.o.v. malls en openbaar vervoer, wij gebruikten ook veel taxi's.

Het winkelcentrum eronder is armoedig. Wel handig de 7 Eleven en Starbucks te hebben. Rondom het zwembad lieten veel mensen de (natte) handoeken en servies staan, mag wat sneller opgeruimd worden.

Muy buen desayuno, camas cómodas, albornoces, todo muy cuidado. Además esta muy bien ubicado y la piscina es genial.

The restaurant is very very poor, not at the same standard of the hotel. Extremely expensive and very low quality of food. The staff of the restaurant was very aggressive and not nice at all. For you, not seat and eat at the restaurant of the hotel. Very bad experience... :(

Got a lot more 'room' than expected, was clean throughout. Kids loved their double-bed-bunk-bed. 24th floor offerred great views of the city. Decent wifi in room and throughout hotel. Kids also loved the pool (consistent 1.2m, they were tall enough to stand, so less of a worry to leave them to play and relax pool side). Had no issues with finding sun loungers whenever we went to the pool Only ate there on 2 occasions, both being lunch buffets (weekday International and Dim Sum), got great discount on both for being hotel guest, was good selection of food on both. Also had great value and quality massages from hotel spa (again, good discount for being hotel guest). Of what little interaction we had with staff (we are low maintenance), they were polite, helpful, and attentive. 1k baht security deposit for the stay which is returned (suggest doing this by cash as instant return, rather than waiting on a card refund). Location is great for food/malls/market/night market/best priced currency exchange - much within 10 mins walking distance, not always needing to get taxis. Seven-Eleven just next door is super convenient. Tip, only discovered on last day, whilst conected mall is not the best, use it as an easy covered walk way to the main sky bridge junction to malls and markets. Stayed as a family of 4 (kids aged 9 and 6), and would happily stay again on our next trip to Bangkok.

Lift transfer on 11th floor between blocks was a slight annoyance, but not a deal breaker for us. After stubbing toes a few times on the mini step up from the bathroom to room, you soon become wise.

Location was good

We had a 5 rooms reservation, its a large group - we were placed on the lowest floor the hotel had because we made the reservation with booking.com, other guests were given higher floors they had reservations with agents. We talked to other guests and also a receptionists insinuated that its bc we came from booking.com In addition - some of the rooms we got were smaller than the others, we did not get a baby cot in the room and some of the rooms had some mold in the bath tub. Did not feel lime a 5 star standard.

Far too busy - people EVERYWHERE! The pool, the reception area, the breakfast. Overrun with rude and obnoxious guests! Didn’t enjoy the communal areas at all!

Locatie is ideaal voor kort verblijf, makkelijke bereikbaarheid luchthaven. Wel een erg drukke omgeving met werkzaamheden, met taxi moeilijk bereikbaar ( zeer veel file en lange reistijd voor zeer korte afstanden). Met openbaar vervoer prima te bereiken 👍 Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid: zeer veel opties: echte aanrader! Kamer proper en netjes. Weinig geluid van buiten ondanks de drukke omgeving!

De liften: enorm lange wachttijden. Andere gasten die niet altijd even respectvol zijn: bv aan het ontbijt -> extreem druk: volwassenen die onze dochter opzij duwen zodat ze eerst een toast kunnen grillen… Komop mensen: er is eten genoeg voor iedereen! Hier kan het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen, maar dat was voor ons niet echt een aangename of ontspannen sfeer… Zwembad proper en netjes: maar wederom enorm druk: te weinig beschikbare ligstoelen voor de gigantische hoeveelheid bezoekers. Dit is veruit het drukste hotel dat we ooit bezochten!

Super hôtel, très bien situé en plein centre. En sortant de l’hôtel, on trouve un quartier animé avec des restaurants, de la street food et des boutiques de souvenirs, où l’on peut faire de bonnes affaires. De plus, on est juste à côté d’un méga centre commercial, à seulement 6 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. L’hôtel est propre et le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Je recommande cet hôtel !

It’s in the middle of a really busy road, very loud and obnoxious some times. One major flaw is the the plugs in the room are very poorly arranged. There is hardly any areas for plugs, and inconvenient.

Varied breakfast, pleasant hotel, great pool (especially for children), and good service.

The morning coffee at breakfast was undrinkable for us.

Het ontbijt was zeer goed en uitgebreid. Kamers zeer ruim fris en comfortabel. Elke dag schoonmaak. Midden in het winkel paradijs van Bangkok, en het meeste op loopafstand.

De enorme drukte en lawaai buiten het hotel. Daar kan het hotel niks aan doen, maar zo druk en lawaaierig dat hadden we niet verwacht.

Muestra habitación para 4 era espectacular, en el piso 29 con unas vistas increíbles, está en una zona muy comercial y cerca del Tren que te lleva directo al aeropuerto.El desayuno es realmente espectacular y no falta absolutamente de nada.

El tema de la limpieza de la habitación que sin informar anteriormente, resulta que tienes que dejar el cartelito en la puerta para que te la hagan y algún día con cartel y todo no la hicieron porque resulta que apareció en el suelo.De los 5 días dos tuve que bajar a reclamar la limpieza.
