Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Hôtel bien situé pas trop loin du centre ville et de la gare. Le plus un parking payant est juste situé à côté de l’hôtel ce qui n’est pas négligeable à Florence. Il faut le réserver.
Chambre demander surtout une chambre donnant sur la rue pas côté cour intérieure. Cour qui sert de dépôt de tout donc avec des odeurs, impossible de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes et d’autant plus que le voisin d’en face qui est à 3 mètres à la vue directe dans votre chambre. Climatisation qui fait un bruit infernal toute la nuit. Petit déjeuner moyen. Cher pour un 3 étoiles.

Blizu je predivna crkva Ognisanti koju preporučujem pogledati, kolodvor Santa Maria Novella, šetnjica uz rijeku. U blizini je nekoliko lokalnih bistroa u kojima poslužuju doručak, a pošto sam imala doručak u hotelu tamo bih pila moj prvi jutarnji machiato prije nego odem u istraživanje grada.

A 15 ou 20/25 minutes à pieds des principales attractions. Très proche de la station de taxi si besoin. Chambre spacieuse. Salle de bains bien équipée. Tout était propre.
Nous avons trouvé le lit inconfortable.

We got to the room and it looked nothing like the photos. The walls were dirty, the room was tiny and beds hard as a rock. The windows looked out at a wall with no sunshine. This might have been acceptable if paying a much lower price. Also, in order to walk to/from the property, one must traverse an area that is very sketchy and risky coming from the train station. We paid our city tax, walked into the room and immediately booked another hotel to stay in instead of this place. It is not like the photos. Please beware. It looked like a university dorm, not a hotel room with 9.4 rating.

Klimaanlage etwas laut, wie ein Wasserfall. Währene zweiter Nacht hatte es Hotelgäste neben meinem Zimmer, welche sehr laut waren. Türe war offen und es wurde laut telefoniert um 2300 Uhr. Nicht der Fehler vom Hotel. Einfach unglaublich, was es für Flaschen gibt. Natürlich habe ich mich darum gekümmert!

In quella stanza, il rumore dell'acqua che scorreva attraverso il muro era costante. Era impossibile riposare a causa del rumore continuo. Inoltre, penso che avrebbero potuto fornire un lenzuolo in più perché l'aria condizionata era accesa di notte e non c'era un piumone, solo quello fornito con il letto.

Quarto muito limpo, instalações novas, itens de higiene disponíveis, cofre, frigobar com agua, refrigerante e suco inclusos na diária. Excelente localização, 10 a 15 minutos da Ponte Vecchio ou, Duomo, ou Igrejas. Estacionamento na frente, o que é ótimo, e fora da ZTL, cobrado a parte 30 euros por noite. Recomendo o hotel com certeza!!
A cama é muito confortável, mas pra um casal, acontece que são 2 camas de solteiro que são juntadas e colocam um Pillow top de casal. O meio da cama acaba afundando, que é justamente onde divide as camas. O quarto, assim que chegamos, tinha um leve cheiro...parecido com cigarro. Mas após a limpeza, diária, resolvido. Nada disso compromete a hospedagens, apenas para mencionar.

Alla ricezione abbiamo incontrato due ragazzi giovani, dove lei era gentilissima e lui molto freddo e inaccogliente.
