Hotel Executive

I really liked the hotel’s decoration, the friendly and helpful staff, and the wide variety of breakfast options. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, but the distance was not a problem. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the bathrobe and slippers. On my second day, they even upgraded me to a larger room, which was a lovely surprise. I had a very pleasant stay!

Front desk was very accomodating & helpful. We got our room very early.

The hotel is a bit old.

All the workers, very friendly and helper, the breakfast and the bar.

The bathroom small.

This is by far the best hotel I stayed at. It's the second time and it did not disappoint. It actually exceeded my expectations. A big star for the Manager and a star for all the staff who have the same commitment to give their best. Nothing is a problem. Just ask and they will make the magic. Breakfast is excellent. Tea was nice and hot!! :) The great thing, it's away from the centre hustle and bustle just 8 mins from the Santa Maria Novella station.

Nothing was bad.

poor breakfast

Loved our room cleaner. The room was impeccably kept. I wish I knew her name. She was great!

Nice staff

Very small rooms and very dark and dingy

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing! The room was great.

The hotel is closer to the station, making it easy to walk there. The room was satisfactory and met my expectations; bonus points for being super clean.

It would be great to see some improvements for breakfast, specifically by adding more healthy options.

The rooms and bed impeccable, the breakfast and the bar the lady he does wonderful cocktails.😊

The shower is very small.

The hotel was spotless. The staff were amazing- very welcoming & exceedingly helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good with a huge choice on offer. Our triple room was great and had 2 bathrooms which is most unusual

Friendly staff. Nice room. Delicious breakfast. What more can one ask for

Staff was so kind and helpful.

It is clean and very-well maintained. The breakfast was excellent!

Nothing.

Mobilio e pitture murali

Letto matrimoniale con materassi singoli. Tenda doccia in tessuto

Everything👍👍

Localização, simpatia, disponibilidade e sempre predispostos a satisfazer o cliente e a ajuda-lo

Hotel czysty. Personel bardzo uczynny i pomocny. Śniadania bardzo dobre

nic

Great location, beautiful building.

Small gym, lack of water machines in the gym or anywhere in the building.

Nice room & location

Air conditioning to be improved

The breakfast could be improved. The location is very good.

The breakfast need to improve.

Ottima posizione, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Personale gentilissimo e mi hanno fornito tantissime utili indicazioni! Tutti, compreso quello notturno. Hotel pulitissimo.

Great location, quite and spacious. Great selection of food for breakfast.

Letto comodo.

Great spot to get everywhere to see the amazing sites.

Just to be picky the curtains weren’t heavy so very light in the room at night and in the mornings.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, elegant lobby, clean and comfortable room. Once it was a real palace.

Rooms were a good size and clean. Close to the train station for those travelling in and out of Florence by train.

A little bit further out from the hotspots, breakfast is ok but not great.

The concierge was excellent, very helpful and kind. The best place I’ve stayed in, magnificent.🫶

Nothing

Tutto perfetto,dall’accoglienza fino al check-out

Nulla da segnalare.

Service was great. Breakfast was great. Love this hotel

???

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Personal (echt Old school Profies).

Spacious and nicely decorated, lovely staff

Nothing

20min walk to all the main attractions. Breakfast was continental and a good selection. Room was small but adequate for 3 people. Mini bar topped up daily and the cleaner for rooms was marvellous. Hotel smelled beautiful.

Air-conditioning was controlled centrally so very hit and miss. Mattress on main bed needs an upgrade.

Breakfast is great, much variety and good quality. The rooms have good AC, comfortable beds and amazing decor. Modern smart TV with chomecast and netflix, etc

In my case the wooden blinds were cinched so they could not be opened and it made the room darker

The hotel is gorgeously decorated, both the reception as well as the room. The room was comfortable and well stocked. Most importantly, the staff were extraordinarily polite and helpful with anything and everything I needed, including helping book restaurants and excursions.

There is very little to not like.

Close to center Room is clean Friendly staff

V okolí spousta restaurací a dalších podniků.

Rien

Hotel is neat and clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable, location close to the river makes navigating the old town much easier

This hotel was beautiful, the rooms immaculate, and the hotel staff were actually smiling and helpful!

N/A

Rien

Only a 10 minute walk from the train station and very easily walkable into town with multiple shops and restaurants nearby - Hotel executive provides luxury rooms and luxury service at a reasonable price point. Would definitely recommend!

The room was very big and clean. Close to station.

Excellent location for my needs. nice breakfast, and super friendly staff. I've used the parking service - was very useful. wifi is good and working.

I've been in peak-summer heat wave, and the air-conditioner didn't do enough...

Niente.

Colazione buona, parti comuni molto piacevoli.

The staff were all wonderful, people at the check-in even helped with my luggage, and staff in the dining area was very attentive to everything. Everyone's English was also very good and they were so helpful with all my questions. Everything was clean and pretty, food was yummy, would love to go back here someday.

My phone signal was a bit weak, but hotel wifi is excellent, so i just used that.

Ottima posizione, personale molto accogliente e camere pulite e confortevoli.

Rien

Personale gentilissimo, disponibili e professionali.

The room was a bit small. Other than that perfect!

The location was great

First room had a terrible smell, second room was very noisy, however the third room was good

Comodidad, buena ubicación

Todo muy bien

Staff very helpful. Good location. Clean property & had a comfortable stay. Good breakfast.

Absolute elegance at Hotel Executive. Heart of Florence, impeccable service, stunning rooms, timeless charm!

La gentilezza e l’accoglienza

La mancanza del ristorante

The staff was kind and welcoming. They helped us with our bags.

Very professional team there. Polite. Helpful. Responsive.

Nothing

The hotel's cleanliness and comfort were the highlights. The room was cozy and comfortable, and everything was available; the beds were comfy. The hotel location was perfect, walking 1 min to the bus station i used and 20 mins max to the key touristic destinations, and surrounded by a lot of shopping options, a supermarket and restaurants.

Excellent service, breakfast and comfort

Nothing

Great location. Friendly staff. Interesting building. Nice room

We had a wonderful stay at HE! From our initial welcome until our departure, they entire staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room, breakfast, and gym were all excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Florence!

This is a really charming hotel with a well-trained and helpful front desk staff. Situated a short 5 minute walk from the train station and half a block from the Arno River, the location is away from the crowded tourist areas, but still steps away from restaurants and shops to make it easy to grab a meal nearby. We enjoyed the spacious room with a separate sitting area and a king sized, the abundant breakfast spread each morning with indoor and outdoor seating, and even the aperitif hour in the plush lobby with a nice selection of bites and nibbles. Truly a lovely hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
