Doubletree by Hilton Vienna Schonbrunn

During breakfast, the waiter named Ferenc was very kind and helpful.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t working one evening.

Sehr gut

Frühstück hätte besser sein können

Locatie en kamer

Te grote en lange gangen naar kamer.

Location was ideal for visiting the palace.

Great staff. Good location. Spacious clean rooms

Clean, comfortable and a very nice stuff

Calm and clean

SUPER

NO

Blisko komunikacja.

Keurig hotel, goede bedden.

Rooms is very clean and comfortable. Everything is good at this hotel.

Sauna faciliteit was buiten gebruik

Blisko do centrum, niedaleko zoo.

Alles!!

Veľkosť izby, blizko do centra

Location

Small issue washbasin has issue which made me feel meh, and I told this to staff but rest everything 10/10.

The hotel room was quiet big and I had a good sleep

The wellness was not working and I really don’t like that they charge for guests the parking it should be included in the price

Garagenplatz teuer, im Liftbereich sehr schmutzig

Location was great for walking to palace and hop on off bus.

Our air stopped working so had to move rooms at 2am but at least they had one a little down from us. Parking should be cheaper for guests.

Modern hotel with great facilities and convenient location for visit to Schonbrunn Palace

Parking a little expensive

Das Foyer, die Lage, die Erreichbarkeit mit Öffis.

Der extrem teure Snackstand im Eingangsbereich.

Breakfast was really excellent, the room clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly. Paid wifi has excellent quality. We had rooms looking to the road and the small railway bridge nearby, so my son spent a lot of time in the window :).

I could not find out -- is dining possible at the hotel? There was zero information about hotel facilities in the room. Checkout also took a very long time -- there were two guests requiring special attention and it completely blocked the line.

Personal beim Check-Out sehr unhöflich.

Breakfast was excellent .

Everything was up to the expectation only the shower was not working properly. The water was coming out when using the shower and the floor got wet and became slippery .

Clean

Ligging

Het is meer een conferentie hotel

Very nice hotel with amazing location - in walking distance of Schonbrunn. Perfect choice for accommodation in Wien.

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal

It was clean

The AC was not working the whole night. We called the reception around 4 times no one answered

Hygiene

Douche in de badkuip

The accommodation was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and came with private bathrooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was nothing to complain about regarding the rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with dozens of different choices available.

The only downside was the parking. It was very conveniently located right underneath the building, so we could reach it almost immediately by elevator. However, the price was quite high. We stayed for one night, and parking cost us around €30 for 24 hours. We were aware of the price in advance, so it wasn't a surprise, but considering that the accommodation itself wasn't cheap, the hotel could have included parking in the room rate.

Location as well as the cleanliness

Odlican odnos cene i kvaliteta. Nije nam prvi put da boravimo ovde :)

Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Hotel empfehlenswert.

Es war sehr kalt, durch die Klima

Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber Tolle Lage

Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Urozmaicone śniadanie. Czysto. Cicho. Spokojnie.

Sehr nettes Personal.

Location was quite and enjoyable. Rooms were spacey and comfortable.

Air conditioning was not working properly at our arrival time and we had to change our room two times. Hotel must check that AC is working before providing the rooms.

Mi piaciuto molto il personale e accoglienza 😃

It was a great experience to stay at Double Tree Hilton at Vienna. The facilities were great and staff was welcoming.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage zum Schloss Schönbrunn.

/

Lage ist super. Zimmer war sehr groß. Personal super freundlich.

Lokalizacja, pokoje z 2 łazienkami. Duży wybór na śniadanie.

W recepcji podczas check-in obsługiwał nas Dymitr ( lub podobne imię ukraińskie).

Velikost a cistotat pokoje

Very comfortable beds ,kids loved them so much, and even me,as experienced and very strict about my sleep , traveler, must say they were very comfy. The location was also amazing for the purpose of visiting the castle and zoo. Good breakfast, and quite alright priced parking. Bartender was very professional, and the breakfast waiters too.

As a manager of 5* property myself,I’ll tell you just that, if guest comes with complain, you don’t argue, you not trying to prove them wrong. You listen, show empathy and investigate. If I’m telling you the rooms are not connecting, you better not try to make me look stupid, and check first, before you respond. If it wasn’t for my family time,I would address this issues right at the spot, however didn’t want to spoil our private time. Also please, and thank you should be in your vocabulary. Shower holder in the room 303 was broken,if I leave alone, that the rooms definitely wasn’t “deluxe family connected rooms “ but more handicapped and assistance room. I’ve purposely chosen your chain ,as mine has only low cost properties in Vienna. But the experience didn’t meet my expectations.

Parking teuer

The location fitted my purposes…

The safe wasn’t working properly and I couldn’t reach the reception as the room didn’t show the reception number.
