L'endroit est exceptionnel. La chambre était magnifique et notre hôtesse Naz est une personne qui aime les relations humaines. C'est un trésor de gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner était fantastique et nous avons eu le droit à des oeufs sur le plats faits en direct. Naz parle couramment anglais ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Elle a un sens de la décoration plein de poésie. Par ailleurs la maison est très ancienne comme le montrent les photos sur le site Booking

Tout était formidable

Il y a certains hôtels qui ne nous quittent jamais vraiment tellement on s’y est senti bien et l’Adanos Konuk Evi en fait partie. Naz est une excellente hôte, souriante, à disposition mais jamais envahissante. Elle vous aidera à planifier vos journées avec bon cœur et adaptera son planning pour s’adapter au vôtre. Ainsi, lorsque nous avons dû partir tôt, elle s’est levée plus tôt pour nous préparer notre petit déjeuner. Lorsque nous avons dû attendre quelques heures après le check-in pour notre bus, elle nous a laissé nous installer sur sa terasse à l’ombre pour y faire la sieste. Ces petits gestes rendent la halte innoubliable. Les chambres sont également très agréable, la pierre les rend fraîches et on s’y sent comme dans un cocon. Nous y avons très bien dormis et aurions aimé y rester une nuit de plus. Avec un peu de chance vous rencontrerez aussi peut-être Chico, l’adorable chat de Naz :) Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est délicieux avec tous les matins une partie fraîchement cuisinée par la maman de Naz.

We had such a lovely stay! Naz was an amazing host and really made us feel welcome. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Naz was also so helpful with everything , giving us recommendations on places to visit in the city, helping with airport shuttles, and even making sure my allergies were accommodated at breakfast. It really made a difference and showed how much care was put into our stay. The location was perfect for us. It’s in a quiet area, which was really nice, but still only about an 8–10 minute walk to the city centre. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Thank you, Naz, for making our stay so special!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. Great hotel with a true cave atmosphere. The location is excellent — at sunrise, the terrace offers a stunning view of the hot air balloons floating right overhead. Special thanks to the hostess, Naz. She welcomed us, checked us in, and showed us everything in detail. Every morning she prepared varied and delicious homemade breakfasts. Naz also arranged our hot air balloon tour for us — completely hassle-free on our side. Very welcoming, warm, and attentive atmosphere. We loved everything. Already recommended the hotel to our friends and would happily come back ourselves when possible.

Очень приятное и аутентичное место! Сразу окунаешься в атмосферу Каппадокии. Большой номер, со своей террасой с видом на Аданос и окрестности. Удобная кровать, своя кухня! На территории много мест для красивых фото. Удобная парковка. В 10 минутах ходьбы супермаркеты, кафе, набережная. Хозяйка очень приветливая, готовит сытные и вкусные завтраки. Показала на карте локации для посещения и всегда на связи! Хорошее соотношение цена/качество! Всем советую

К сожалению из-за погоды не запускали шары в наши дни проживания.

A wonderful accommodation with spacious rooms, in an authentical style! Our apartment has a balcony from which you can watch the balloons rising in the morning! The host, Naz, is very welcoming and prepared for us a very good breakfast every morning!

Ens ha agradat la tranquilitat, l’amplitud de l’apartament, la frescor que hi ha dins d’un allotjament-cova, els detalls cuidats de tots els espais, l’esmorzar i l’amabilitat de la Nazlim.

Rommene er i typisk « Cappadocia style» , er veldig komfortabel og er utstyrt i alt du trenger. Frokosten er bra. Gå avstand til bussholdeplassen der du kan ta minibussen til Uchisar ( Uchisar Castle ) og Goreme. «ballong show» med privat taxi ( bestilt i resepsjon) er «et must».

Det er faktisk ikke noe jeg likte ikke ved dette stedet. Men du må være klar over at Avanos er et liten by og ligger litt utenfor «hovedstaden Goreme « - 10 minutter med taxi.

The place is beautiful with a wonderful view. Breakfast was delicious with many homemade items. We were recommended to stay in Goreme because of its proximity to Cappadocia's main attractions, but we found it quite crowded and busy with tour buses. Staying in Avanos turned out to be a much better choice, more authentic and enjoyable while still providing easy access to the region's highlights.

Notre chambre était magnifique, bien décorée avec une grande terrasse très agréable! Le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent et nous nous sommes régalés. L'emplacement est calme, un peu éloigné de l'agitation du centre, mais seulement à 10mns à pied. Nous avons pu stationner nos motos au calme devant la seconde entrée de l'établissement ☺️! La communication avec l'établissement a été TOP, Naz a été au petit soin avec nous, que ce soit pour nous conseiller sur les sites à voir, ou pour s'occuper de notre linge, encore merci à elle!

Loc minunat, camere spațioase și foarte frumoase, amenajate în stilul autentic al Cappadociei, cu mult lemn, piatră și o atmosferă caldă și liniștită. Curtea și terasa sunt superbe, mai ales seara, cu priveliștea asupra orașului și atmosfera aceea specială care te face să mai stai „încă puțin”. Micul dejun a fost excelent, iar Naz este una dintre cele mai calde și atente gazde pe care le-am întâlnit vreodată. Ne-a făcut să ne simțim mai puțin ca turiști și mai mult ca niște prieteni veniți în vizită. Am venit în Cappadocia pentru peisaje, dar plecăm cu amintiri frumoase datorită oamenilor și locului acesta minunat. Cu siguranță ne vom întoarce.

Naz非常专业和友善，把民宿打理得井井有条，早餐也非常好吃！我们住了三天，每天早餐都有些不同，但是都很好吃。我们没有租车住在这里，因为距离巴士站很近，所以去哪里也都很方便。 再次感谢Naz帮助我们预定了热气球和去开塞利机场的大巴，让我们的旅程格外顺利。总之十分推荐，希望有机会可以再来！

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés Kappadókia felfedezéséhez, különösen ha nyugalmasabb helyre vágyik valaki a zsúfolt túrista központoktól. A teraszról páratlan kilátás nyílik, főleg hajnalban a felszálló hőlégballonokat csodálva. A szállás hangulata, dekorációja nagyon tetszett. A szállásadó vérbeli vendégfogadó kedvességével és segítő készségével. Kiválóan éreztük magunkat! Bátran ajánljuk a helyet!

Отличный отель, в котором продумано всё до мелочей! Особенно хочется отметить великолепные завтраки — всё было очень вкусно, разнообразно и с душой приготовлено. Хозяйка невероятно дружелюбная и внимательная: подробно рассказала нам про все туристические маршруты, посоветовала интересные места и отличные рестораны, где можно поесть. Благодаря её рекомендациям отдых стал ещё более насыщенным и комфортным. В номере было безупречно чисто, чувствовалась забота о гостях. Приятным бонусом стало то, что нам предложили номер более высокой категории за ту же цену — это было очень неожиданно и приятно!!!

I like that place because it’s human, peaceful, kind place with kind people. It’s a familial place. Perfect to discover the region, the people and the culture. It’s a personnalized experience. You can arrived with no plan and no program and fix your plan thanks to your host who know perfectly the region and can connect you to real people and not mass tourism. It’s a perfect way of you are sensitive to that. And a good place too to acess to the facilities in the city of Avanos. I recommand that place for its authenticity

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Nazlim est extrêmement accueillante, toujours souriante et d’une grande gentillesse. Elle nous a énormément aidés et conseillés tout au long du séjour, et nous a même aidé à reserver certaines activités, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Son sens de l’hospitalité a vraiment fait la différence. Les chambres sont très grandes, avec une vue très agréable, et surtout impeccablement propres. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et varié, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. L’hôtel offre également un excellent rapport qualité-prix. L’emplacement est idéal : plus calme qu’une grande ville comme Göreme, tout en restant bien desservi et pratique pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Отдыхали с ребёнком , были на машине. С парковкой никаких проблем не было. Нам очень понравилась гостиница, наш номер был просто сказочный, даже лучше чем на фото. Мы были удивлены, насколько все уютно, чисто и тепло. Отличный матрас, большая кровать, горячая вода, чистые полотенца, собственная кухня со всем необходимым, замечательный дворик и балкон. Очень милая и гостеприимная хозяйка Назлим накормила нас вкусным завтраком и проводила. Спасибо большое!

Diese Unterkunft können wir von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und gleichzeitig ruhig. Naz ist die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich vorstellen kann. Nazlim est adorable, très à l’écoute et profondément sincère. On a adoré l’endroit, les informations, notre appartement avec le balcon sur la vallée, sa belle maison, ses animaux (chiens et chat) les plats et confitures du petit déjeuner réalisés par sa mère, la déco… Tout ici est à l’image des turcs en Capadocce ; profondément gentils et attachants. Le service est impeccable La disponibilité de Nazim a été exemplaire. Elle nous a aidé pour les réservations. Les petits déjeuners nous attendaient à tout les matins. Nazi est sympathique, agréable et à l'écoute des besoins de ses clients.

I stayed 2 nights and It was one of the best days in our travel. Very kind host🤗 Super tasty breakfast - we really couldn’t eat all of it. There also was a friendly cat Chiko and we spent some hours with my daughter hugging it. The area of hotel just amazing - the joint zone - very comfortable and cosy, with super view to Cappadokia. We had 2 rooms, one of them with the balcony to mountain. Hot water was without any problem. Kind host recommend some restaurants and booked for us table where we chose. We came by car and it was 5 minutes to get to shop or any place in Adanos (in city there is lovely embankment, highly recommend). 15 minutes to the Love Valley. Shortly it was very comfortable and friendly place

Шикарное тихое место для самостоятельного путешествия по Каппадокии! Находится в 10 минутах езды от Гёреме, поэтому наличие машины обязательно, но оно того стОит. Аванос тихий городок с множеством гончарных мастерских. Можно заказать мастер класс. Сам отель на 4 номера, что делает его очень уютным и персональным. Наш улучшенный номер включал 2 комнаты, кухню, балкон и камин!!! Путешествовали в не очень теплую погоду, поэтому вечером живой огонь в камине в скалистой Каппадокии - это особенное чувство! Хозяйка отеля Наз невероятно приветливая и готовая помочь в любом вопросе. Прекрасно говорит по-английски, что избавило нас от необходимости пользоваться турецким переводчиком 😊 Наз дала нам карту местности и отметила лучшие маршруты и подсказала на чем можно сэкономить) В итоге у нас получился действительно авторский личный тур с максимально низкими затратами. Спасибо за гостеприимство ❤️

Great host kind and welcoming. Avanos is just a few strides away with great food and a lovely riverfront. The hotel/bed and breakfast was beautifully appointed with lots of pottery and great views of the balloons in the morning. Breakfast was great simit and baked goods all prepped with love by the owner. The room worked perfectly for me and my mum. Stay in avanos not goreme for the real feel of Cappadocia.

It was super pretty as this hotel is cave hotel. The decoration was so cute in the room. And the host Naz is so sweet. She introduced Cappadocia green and red line tour to me in details. She also prepare breakfast according to my preference.

I was there in winter timing. It was snowing during my stay. However the heating did not have enough power to make me warm. I had to wear hoodies inside the room. Also WLAN did not work for me at all.

Отличные номера. В нижних номерах нет вентиляции, но это особенность номеров, стилизованных под пещеру. Отличные завтраки. Наличие кухни с полным набором посуды. До магазинов 10 минут пешком. При наличии автомобиля жить в Аваносе предпочтительней чем в Гёреме, с точки зрения цен. Хозяйка -супер. Спасибо тебе Наз.

В комнатах было слегка прохладно, но и на улице было -15, что для данного региона аномалия.

The host is really warmhearted and welcoming. The breakfast is outstanding. The room is clean and comfortable. We stayed here during off season so our room got upgraded for free!!! It was winter time but the heater kept the whole room very warm. Even though it’s a bit far from Avanos downtown, but it’s just 10 minutes walking distance to the city center. Highly recommend this place if you ever decide to stay a couple of nights here in Avanos!

I can confirm what everyone else says about Naz: she's very helpful and kind! She gives good advice over WhatsApp and she replies within seconds if asked about anything. I can also confirm what everyone says about the amazing home made breakfast! The sofa-bed is comfortable (tried it myself 😊). Parking is in front of the door. Cleanliness scores 10/10. The location is within 10-15min waking to Avanos center with its restaurants and 15min drive to Göreme. We could see the hot air balloons in the morning from the comfort of our balcony. Someone in the previous comments wrote that there is no air conditioning, so let me correct this: there are TWO air conditioning machines in the living room. There was coffee and tea in the room and was refilled upon request. Naz, thanks a lot for making our stay wonderful!

The hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place was very well maintained. Naz was very welcoming and made our stay even better. I really enjoyed my at Adanos Konuk.

Потрясающий атмосферный небольшой многоярусный отель. Очень уютно и тепло. Красивые элементы декора. Хозяйка Назлим была очень внимательна и заботлива, подсказала куда съездить, что посмотреть. Очень хороший завтрак, всё свежее и вкусное.

На мой взгляд маловато освещения в гостиной. Хотя в пещере и не должно быть светло)
