The location is tranquil. You can have the lake view just outside the room. Just about 20 minutes’s walking distance to the town centre. The room is comfortable and fully equipped.

My room is at street level and is a bit noisy sometimes but no big deal. Just happened to experience earthquake in one night but there was no particular notice or checking from the hotel. May be it was too weak.

Views of The Remarkables and lake were excellent. Surprisingly quiet given how close to the main road it is. Good cooking facilities.

Needed to carry luggage up a flight of stairs to the room.

The views from the lounge area was absolutely fabulous, and overall the suite was comfortably furnished! The staff were super friendly and gave us recommendations for companies they liked for car hire.

The shower specifically is built in a way that it tends to get the whole bathroom wet, I would like to give the feedback that the showers be fully enclosed. The internet is also fairly spotty.

Very pokey considering the price as it was really on the high side. Beds were pretty hard, could of done with a softener directly on the mattress, also pillows very flat. Terrible trouble trying to get the TV to work, turning it off was a major challenge as was turning it on in the first place. 2 hot plates and no oven was disappointing compared to the other units we stayed in in NZ.

The amenities in each apartment were great for making simple meals and saving money by not having to eat out for every meal, and the staff were great to deal with.

The location is about a 15 minute walk to town, which can be quite enjoyable under the right conditions, but with inclement weather or tired kids after a long day, it’s sometimes necessary to order an uber to get into town or back to the apartment.

I got the lake view room, which provided a perfect view of the mountains at sunset. Since the hotel is on a hill, the view was actually not that different from taking the gondola. The room was very large and included a kitchen. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the free underground parking. The bathroom had some free toiletries and the shower was comfortable. The room was cleaned daily.

The main downside is just that the area is a bit less walkable because of the location on a fairly steep hill. It didn't matter much to me, but people who have trouble walking are better off booking a place downtown.

First of all the view and what a view . Apartment was first class throughout 15 mins walk downhill to centre . Ok 15 m uphill (but with a few drinks didn't notice at all). If you wanted to bring in and cook enough there for a light lunch or dinner. Wifi and staff knowledgeable and efficient. Just ask for recommendations and they provide . Was in a lake view studio and to the other reviewers I could see the lake which meant lake view ( a partial lake view as someone said its still a lake view ) .

4泊中3はくめまでタオルを取り替えてくれず、さすがに取り替えて欲しいと書き置きの手紙を残して観光に出かけた。帰ると新しいタオルは置いてくれたが、古いタオルがベッドに積まれていた。感じ悪いと思った。

I loved the views

The location is perfect! Views from all apartments, so nice to wake up to! Very spacious and love the kitchen to be able to buy a few groceries. Great idea for washing machine and dryer available to guests for a $4 fee.

Really really need some sort of shower screen for the shower, water goes everywhere!

Great room, and fantastic view.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a self catering motel apartment with kitchen so we were pleased that rooms were serviced every day with beds made, apartment cleaned and additional coffee, tea, toiletries and tissues provided. Location was good with an easy walk to central Queenstown. There were beautiful lake and mountain views in all directions from the windows and balcony.

For three nights, we paid nearly 980 dollars, including 1.8% credit card fees. It is really expensive compared to the room facilities. Though complementary tea-coffee was provided, no milk was provided except on the arrival day. We had to pay 1.50 dollars for each bottle of 300 ml milk from the second day onwards. It is disgraceful. On the 3rd day, the supply of tea and coffee was poor, and I had to ask the cleaners for these. No body lotion was provided. We did not have this experience during our 4-day stay in Christchurch and Tekapo hotels/motels. We were given a very poor room near the stairs, and very often we heard the noises of other people. The room had very little privacy. Furthermore, although the first receptionist was friendly, the second receptionist (known as the manager) was not welcoming. This is disappointing. More importantly, there are no restaurants/food shops nearby. We had to walk 15 minutes (during an extremely cold period) to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is annoying.

Great view, clean, warm (underfloor heating in bathroom). Private and quiet. All the amenities we needed. Loved the milk on arrival and the tea and coffee refilled each day. A very friendly arrival at reception too

That when the house keeping came they turned our heater off.

Staff were welcoming and excellent. Room was more than i expected, clean, warm, comfortable, well appointed. 5 minute walk from town centre. Would stay again and highly recommend!

The unit has a hob for cooking but no extractor fan. You are requested not to cook any smelly foods. However, any type of cooking in a lounge area without an extractor fan is not ideal.

morgan was very friendly and knowledgeable about local hotspots. she also upgraded us to a better room for free. the room and location was fantastic, whereby we had a view of the lake and mountains from two separate windows. we were very satisfied with the room, amenities and staff.

Loved this place. The view was fantastic. We got the best abs biggest suite. Was not expecting a two floor apartment and it was perfect. It had a washer and dryer. The location was perfect. Felt like we could have stayed much longer and comfortably.

Well appointed apartment in a prime location with a lively view. Has a kitchen (hot plate, microwave, etc., cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery). Spacious bathroom with spa bath. A short walk down hill to a walk along the lake and into the botanic gardens and downtown. Bus stop also a few minutes from apartments. Downtown is two bus stops away or a short walk - but coming home will be uphill!!! Helpful staff.

Beautiful views over the water, fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Lovely modern apartment and I had the surprise of a free upgrade. The receptionist was helpful lending me a Bee card to visit Arrowtown and booking a taxi for me.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Doors need large room numbers , as other guests mistook our door for theirs trying to unlock it in the late of night ,which was a little disturbing.

Great location, easy 10 minute stroll to town. Basement parking a huge plus as was heated bathroom floor! Very comfortable bed & room size was good.
