A comfortable stay and relatively good value for money

Decor is a little dated and tired.

It was comfortable enough for a short stay of two nights.

The breakfast wasn’t great.

The property was quite dated - the photos aren’t an exact reflection of the property itself. There were no appropriate cooking equipment- no oven racks in the oven, 1 small pan, and 1 small fry pan The bowls were children’s size

No air conditioning, needs updating, room smelled of Indian food. Floor creaking upstairs, water pressure not fantastic

I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed my time here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was lovely.

Appartments need bit love, maintainence on walls , room doors and hallway

Hotel parking was great. Dinner food was nice. Breakfast was okay.

Run down/ old looking. Staff could be better at using their initiative and be more communitive about the stay as a first time. Service was a bit sad when having dinner there too. Was very confusing where the entry was when first arriving.

I absolutely loved this hotel for me and my little family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Our room was clean and housekeeping did such a great job every day. It was honestly so nice coming back to a clean room, fresh towels and made beds after being out for the day. The beds were so comfortable, the shower was great and the heater worked so well and heated the room up so quickly. The buffet breakfast was great too. I’m so glad we decided to have breakfast during our stay because it saved us so much time and money. It was so convenient just walking a couple of rooms down to breakfast, especially with our two little kids. It kept us all nice and full for hours and there was a great selection of food. We really enjoyed it and so did the kids. The underground car park came in handy, especially on the first night when we arrived and it was raining. It was so nice being able to park underground and easily get through to the hotel with the kids. Both car parks came in handy for us, and because we were on the second floor and there was also a second floor car park, it worked out so well for our family. We also really enjoyed the spa pool. It was nice being able to book it and have our own family time together. We all really enjoyed our stay here. The view was incredible and the whole stay was just so comfortable and easy for us as a family. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay here again.

The only thing I was gutted about was the TV. I was hoping it would be a smart TV that I could Chromecast to from my phone, especially so I could put Netflix on for the kids. I think upgrading the TVs would be a great improvement. But we were still grateful for Sky Kids and the Sky Movie channels.

We were stoked with the view from our room. Kids were very excited there was a spa pool at the hotel. We always came back to our hotel in the afternoon and our room had been re-made.

Was freezing cold, the heater didn’t work and my daughter got sick afterwards because it was so cold.

Location is great. Rooms are big so heaps of space. Beds are comfy..

The balcony is gross to look at. Green slime and peeling paint. It wouldn’t cost much to clean that up and paint it.

The b'fast was very good with excellent choice of food and fruits. Nice and hot. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I can't think of anything. Everything and everyone was very good and polite.

Rooms pretty dated and could do with some updates, spa facilities average (spa chucked in corner of a room with some makeshift steps and mouldy headrests.

Great location, stunning views from the balcony and big car park on site.

Housekeeping can be quite consistent, one morning we were woken at 8:30am with a housekeeping knock we advised we’d be heading out later however they continued to knock two more times before 9:30. Our fault for not putting a do not disturb sign on the door but felt either way that was really early and continuing to knock after we advised we’d be around for a while was a little frustrating.

Laundry only had one working washing machine and a half working dryer that didn’t even dry clothes in 2 dry cycles. Ended up driving to a laundry mat to do washing

Stunning view and amazing and kept clean.

The windows really fog up and it’s impossible to see the view in the morning.

Lovely stay all round

Loved the location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Breakfast got the job done. Might be slightly overpriced for what was provided but still was nice to have on early mornings

A little out dated but we were looking for something not too expensive as we were hardly in the room. We were out late and then came back and left early to go to Milford Sounds so it was good for that

The location was convenient, view was nice. The apartment was a good size and had the basic facilities we needed, and the staff were generally friendly.

The biggest issue throughout our stay was the excessive noise coming from upstairs. This occurred at all hours, sometimes as early as 6am and other times late at night, and even throughout the day there was frequent banging, heavy footsteps, doors being slammed and what sounded like furniture being dragged along the floor constantly. We understand that some noise from other guests is outside of the property’s control, and we appreciated that staff did contact the rooms upstairs and ask them to keep the noise down. However, the noise continued throughout our entire stay, and we didn’t feel there was much more that could be offered to help improve the situation. What particularly surprised us was receiving a phone call from a staff member later that evening suggesting that, the next time the noise occurred, we should throw a shoe at the ceiling. We found this quite inappropriate and unprofessional, particularly after we had already raised the issue with staff. Overall, we appreciated that staff were friendly and did make an attempt to address the noise, but unfortunately the ongoing disturbance had a significant impact on our stay. Considering the price we paid, we didn’t feel the overall experience represented the level of value we were expecting.

The location was amazing and a spacious apartment.

The heating was poor but by the end of the trip we adapted better than the first few days. Bedroom doors were a bit iffy to open

Comfortable beds, and plenty of space for the whole family in the 2 bedroom appartments with a beautiful view. Overall great value for money.

The hotel is in need of a refresh, looking a bit tired.

It was dated. The TV was terrestrial TV only with no option to use streaming services.

I liked the room

The shower had terrible water pressure which was very unpleasant.

Property was exceptionally clean and did a daily turn down service that was great. Beds were comfy and the apartment had everything we needed

The only thing was that the downstairs TV wasn’t working, but it didn’t impact our stay. When using the laundry facilities be prepared to wait. The machines were always in use!

Great location for one

No TV for the whole time, and no communication on when it would be fixed, it’s a four star hotel and we paid good money, don’t have dinner at the restaurant, that’s another story

The location, the space , the views

The split sections have to walk all the way to the other end of the hotel for the parking lot doors. Also the parking is not great needs more 2nd level parking atleast

View was spectacular. Staff were helpful. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Super comfortable beds and house keeping each day was excellent. Room was always left clean and comfortable. We would come back again.

Not as close as other places to town centre but was still an easy walk in when needed.

Great outlook from balcony, spacious room with comfy, warm beds. I liked being able to opt-out of daily room servicing to donate towards kiwi conversation instead. We chose this option for each day of our stay. Good area to stay - albeit a steep hill to walk back up from Waterfront area of Queenstown.

Breakfast was the same each day of our stay - more fresh fruit and GF options would be good. Noise coming from the rooms with upstairs made it difficult to sleep - inconsiderate people staying in these rooms. The shower was very difficult to set or regulate temperature.
