Great location, and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the 7th floor! The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and I really appreciated the access to the water stations. It was also a nice touch that parasols were available to use at the beach when needed.

Hôtel récent, très propre et bien équipé, avec une décoration moderne et soignée, notamment dans les espaces extérieurs. Très belle vue sur la mer, avec un magnifique coucher de soleil à admirer depuis le rooftop. Personnel adorable, accueillant et attentionné.

Le petit-déjeuner est varié et propose beaucoup de choix, mais la qualité des produits est malheureusement assez industrielle et pourrait être améliorée. Autre point négatif : il est assez difficile de trouver une place de stationnement à proximité de l’hôtel en journée

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel ! Tout le monde était accueillant, merci notamment à Joël qui est français et a su répondre à nos besoins. La qualité des repas, le buffet était de qualité et varié L’hôtel est idéalement placé, avec un accès direct à la mer. La première plage de sable se situe à 10 min de marche à peine. Les chambres avec vue sur mur sont également superbes

L’hôtel ne possède pas de parking, ce qui peut être compliqué lorsque on utilise souvent la voiture. Il n’y a pas énormément de places disponibles. Pour le reste tout était parfait

Il fatto che fosse tutto a pagamento Asciugamani a pagamento: in aggiunta alla cauzione di 20 euro che viene restituita c' e' un costo extra di 3 euro che non viene restituito I lettini sono a pagamento in alcune zone Onestamente non mi e' mai capitato che un 4 stelle avesse asciugamani a pagamento per gli ospiti e molte zone con lettini a pagamento che sulla piattaforma che da sul mare sono al prezzo di 10 euro l'uno In 3 vuol dire 39 euro al giorno per 3 lettini e 3 ombrelloni E' da tenere in conto se come nel mio caso e' la prima volta dopo veramente tanti viaggi che si sente una cosa così

Super hôtel propre moderne avec équipements de qualité. Pleins d' accessoires hyper pratique et apporetiable pot de bienvenue, fontaine à eau fraîche à disposition, crème, savon, shampooing de qualité à disposition. Très bien placé la mer devant avec très beau fond marin et deux très belles plages . Pas de parking et pas facile de trouver une place. Piscine très chloré Pas assez de places assises pour le petit déjeuner à l' heure de forte affluence, nous avons dû manger séparément, il y avait des tables libres mais elles n'étaient pas débarrassées, manque de personnels à ce moment de la journée ?

Waited a long time to be checked in and given rooms. We requested 11am but they doubted that time and said check in is 2pm to have time to clean rooms. Fair enough..but we then had to wait past 3pm for keys! Tv not connected. Kettle/cups provided but no tea, coffee sachets (most hotels have these!) Lobby air cons were leaking! Other than this, all good!

Terrible, absolutely terrible hotel. It was extremely dirty. After staying there, my skin broke out badly. The pool was dirty as well — there were even hairs floating in the water. The breakfast was awful, and the staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I was traveling with a small child, and they didn’t want to check us in even though it was already our check-in time. They wouldn’t even provide us with a room or private space to change clothes. The way the staff spoke to us was unacceptable — extremely rude, telling us to just wait, be quiet, and go away. We felt like we were being treated like dogs. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Español Hotel horrible, absolutamente horrible. Another fantastic stay at the UNIVERSAL Hotel Romantica. It's a gem on Mallorca. The hotel itself, the food, the staff, the ambiance, the vibes - simply spectacular.

Sehr gutes Nachtessen, gutes Frühstück, zwei Swimming Pools. Im siebten Stock hat es eine Sky Bar mit phantastischen Ausblick, grosser Auswahl an Cocktails und als wir dort waren mit guter Liveband. Grosser Balkon.

Die Sauberkeit von Toilette und Balkon muss in dieser Preiskategorie besser sein. Teilweise hohe Kosten für Zusatzleistungen.

Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli. Le personnel a fait l’effort de nous parler en Français, le personnel est très à l’écoute et souriant, rien à dire. Nous avons même pu laisser notre valise à l’accueil après le Check out, et nous avons pu profiter de l’hôtel et prendre douche avant notre départ. Le petit déjeuné était très bien, sauf les jus. La fontaine à eau est appréciable!!

serait souhaitable d’interdire la réservation des transats dès le matin au moyen d’une simple serviette. En raison de cette pratique, nous n’avons pas eu accès à un seul transat pendant tout notre séjour.

C’est propre, très bonne literie. On a apprécié la fontaine d’eau à l’étage. Il faudrait que tous les hotels de l’île fassent de même pour éviter la consommation de bouteilles d’eau en plastique.

Les bains soleil sont trop accolés les uns aux autres et sont insuffisants. La nourriture peut être meilleure car les produits sont très frais.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in diesem Hotel unschlagbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind für diesen Preis wiederum unschlagbar.

El hotel es hermoso, pero lo mejor es la atención del personal. Atentos, amables, y cordiales. Especialmente Bruno y “el francés” perdón pero no recuerdo el nombre..Todo estaba impecable. La terraza excelente para tomar algo al atardecer con vistas únicas. El desayuno y la cena muy buenas y completísima. A cama cómoda y las almohadas también.

No tenía cochera. En la habitación falta un té o café de cortesía. Había tazas pero nada para tomar.

I stayed here in preparation for my triathlon race. This hotel is amazing - has enough amenities for all from pool, gym to rooftop bar and my favorite was the bike parking. It was so interesting to see that a hotel thinks of all the things that travelers do. Food was alright, rooms were clean and well maintained. Really loved our stay here. Super close to 3 beaches and we were even able to cycle around.

The only thing is you have to park on the street, it's free but always full especially on sunny days.

The location was great. The breakfast was so amazing especially after a very busy morning swimming. The staff were really friendly. The beds were really comfy and the pillows very supportive. The views from the rooftop bar were exceptional. Can't wait to visit again.

J’ai adoré cet hôtel. Le personnel était toujours très souriant, très sympathique et accueillant. Un grand merci à Bruno, le réceptionniste, qui était vraiment hyper accueillant, gentil et toujours prêt à donner toutes les informations nécessaires. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre, mais justement cela rend l’endroit très calme, confortable et agréable. La zone est très jolie, la plage est juste à côté et on y trouve tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’ai déjà pensé à y retourner. 😊

We were there off season, in April, so it was not super crowdy. Good room, good breakfast. Hotel arranges evening programs for all ages. Overall good stay for few days.

Nettes renoviertes Zimmer, recht großer Balkon mit schönem Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Speiseraum gut gestaltet, trotz der Größe nicht "kantinenmäßig"..Sehr gutes Frühstück .

Die Lage ist abseits des Ortes, allerdings sehr nahe zur Promenade und zum Meer. Der Ort als solcher ist unserer Meinung nach nicht besonders nett, vielleicht für Ausflüge geeignet. Viele Jugendliche und Kindergruppen im Hotel, auf die auch das Abendessen abgestimmt war mit Pasta, Pizza, Hähnchen etc.Allerdings war die Auswahl sehr groß,.Wir haben recht gut gegessen, es war auch nicht zu laut.

La nourriture servie au sein de l'hôtel le soir, digne d'une cantine pour la majorité des produits proposés. Et que dire d'autre que cela est vraiment dommage surtout pour 25€ par personne. A forte proximité, un excellent établissement subsiste pour moins cher... À méditer

Der Pool wird auch am Wochenende ab morgens (8 oder 9 Uhr, wissen wir nicht mehr genau) relativ laut mit Musik bespielt, was man deutlich bis in die Zimmer/Betten hört – für uns kein Problem, da wir ohnehin früh wach werden und die Musik mochten, aber wer gerne ausschläft, dem wird das eher nicht gefallen.

We had a lovely week here at the end of March. We were welcomed with a glass of Cava, while we checked in, very nice touch. The whole hotel feels modern and clean. Our room was lovely, even though it wasn't a sea view room, you could still see it, also the sunset on the left of the balcony. Last day we saw the sunrise as well, again at the corner of the balcony, but still...gorgeous. It had a smart TV, so you could log on to Netflix, Amazon, Disney...etc.., USB sockets, the water filter on every floor is such a good idea.  We were half board, the food was lovely and fresh and something different every day. Pool area was really nice, we did use the sunloungers a few times, didn't try the pool, as it's not heated. Very clean pool toilets. All staff members were lovely, professional and friendly. You could tell they were very happy in their jobs. Tried a few cocktails, very nice. Quite disappointed that the roof top bar/terrace wasn't opened, but I could see why, as it was quite a windy week. We were able to go up and have a look and I can only imagine how nice it is to sit there in the evening and watch the sunset. The hotel was busy, and it felt like it got even busier as the week went on. Lots of big groups of youngsters...swimmers...but with all that...it didn't feel noisy or hectic at all. The whole week was very relaxing. If I could make one comment, it would be the fact that you have access to nice, fresh, cold water for free at all times, but for the same water you had to pay at dinner, €3.70. It didn't put me off, but it's just an observation.. Thank u Hotel Romantica for a lovely week!

Rooms Suite with sea view was a little small as the sofa was left as a bed all week which Limited the space. However, the beds in the bedroom and the sofa bed were very comfortable, as were the pillows. Lovely large bathroom with double sinks and big walk in shower. The sea view was amazing and and the balcony was a sun trap/sheltered from the wind. Lots if wardrobe space and drawers for storage. Cleaned daily and towels changed on request. Small fridge but no ice box. Nespresso coffee machine and kettle provided. Safe was free to use. Nearby activities The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the main Street. You pass the salt flats which are interesting. Hardly anything open as very early season but we knew this before we booked. The port is about a 20 minute walk away. You can walk along the sea coast for miles. Safety We felt safe during our stay. Walkability Mainly flat surroundings. A good coastal path stretches for miles. Food and drinks Quite a small selection of food on All Inclusive but good quality and usually hot. Good selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic on All Inclusive. Waiter service at lunch and dinner and for the bar in the evening. Noteworthy details Lovely hotel, great views, very friendly staff. Bruno made us feel very welcome when we arrived late in the evening and took us through to the dining room where there were wrapped plates of cheese, meat, salad and fruit waiting for us - a lovely touch.
