La ubicación increíble, con unas vistas maravillosas. Las camas comodísimas.

La única pega es la sobrecarga del internet, la dificultad para aparcar y un poco la limpieza de la habitación. Había algunas manchas en el suelo y en el baño.

Lo atento que era el personal, la amabilidad y la limpieza de las instalaciones, además de la localización.

Que el servicio de cena finalice a las 21 me parece que limita demasiado si estás intentando aprovechar en la isla, he estado en otros hoteles que al menos está abierto hasta las 23. No volvería a coger media pensión aquí por eso.

Am Sonntag wurde über mehrere Stunden mit dem Kärcher alles gereinigt was möglich war. Dadurch war es ziemlich laut.

The location of the hotel, looking over the sea with sunset views and islands is beautiful. There is access to the sea for swimming and a lovely pool to chill out by. Lots of loungers and seating looking over the sea. Attentive staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Comfortable rooms again with wonderful views. Food is also very high standard. There is a little mini-land train that drives around the town, which is fun and convenient in hot weather. It it an adult only hotel, which I liked

The only issue which let down my stay was an uncomfortable bed. It felt old and uncomfortable, which was a shame as everything else was very good.

El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien situado! El personal es muy amable, quería nombrar especialmente a Vicente ya que siempre se encargaba de ayudarnos y darnos planes para hacer en la isla. Recomiendo este hotel si uno desea tener unas vacaciones especiales y relajarse.

The location. The hotel was perfect for swimming in the sea. It was close to the beach and had great views. The breakfast was really good.

It was very basic considering the cost. I expected a higher standard. Our shower was leaking. There was no parking and they weren’t helpful in helping us to find parking in the local area. The bar advertised cocktails with fresh juice but we caught them using store bought juice which made them taste terrible. However the location made up for it.

La zona tranquila y las puestas de sol espectaculares.playita espectacular a 5 minutos andando,en general un hotel confortable y agradable, muy buen desayuno y personal agradable. Habitaciones cómodas ,buenas camas y almohadas y buena limpieza, vistas impresionantes desde la habitación y la zona de terraza.

Lo peor del hotel es que no tiene parking y es una locura aparcar en toda la colonia San Jordi,por lo menos en Agosto y la grúa se lleva los coches al lado del hotel, también a mejorar los coktels, son bastante malos . Y el horario de la cena solo hasta las 9, se podría alargar un poco más.

Amazing experience and one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were extraordinarily friendly, attentive, and helpful, every slight matter that came up (e.g. borrowing a sunshade or an iron) was resolved immediately and without any hassle. The atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant, and the ambiance was wonderful. The breakfast was very tasty. The buffet isn't as varied or elaborate as you might know from other hotels, but thanks to the à-la-carte option it's more than enough and very good. The location is great, quietly situated by the sea with direct water access (no sandy beach). Although there are many other hotels located in this area, you don't get the touristic vibe as one might expect. The sunbeds provided are of course free of charge and very comfortable; you can easily spend the entire day there, alternating between the sea and the pool. The nearest sandy beach is only a few minutes' walk away, and with a car (a rental is definitely recommended) you can reach some of Mallorca's most beautiful Calas and Playas in under 30 minutes. The pool is fairly small, but more than sufficient for cooling off. The hotel isn't overcrowded, so the pool rarely gets busy (most of the time you'll have it to yourself). The standard double rooms are on the smaller side, but they come with a balcony and sea view, which makes for a truly lovely way to wake up. In the evenings, you can relax on the comfortable loungers and watch the sunset. There is a daily changing dinner menu with a starter and main course, as well as a salad and dessert buffet. We didn't try it ourselves, but the dishes looked delicious. We'll definitely be back, thank you so much!

Nothing to complain about. The only thing to note is that parking can be a bit challenging, as the area gets very crowded due to the nearby beaches and hotels, so one must walk a few minutes after parking the rental/car.

The staff was outstanding - pleasant, helpful, welcoming. Absence of noise - the hotel is adults only and you can truly rest.

Great friendly staff, especially the bartender with braces he was so lovely and helpful. Good view out to the sea from the pool

Cockroaches in our room for both nights we stayed were so disgusting (multiple cockroaches as the first one was disposed of). When we emailed the manager their multiple responses didn’t mention any action to be taken to investigate or stop more coming in. Also no parking was annoying.

Ich mag die Lage und die (kleine) Größe dieses Hotels. Es geht sehr persönlich/freundlich/familiär zu. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt - sofern möglich. Am allermeisten schätze ich, dass es gelungen ist, die besondere Ruhe dieses Ortes zu erhalten. Der Hauptgrund, warum ich immer gerne wiederkomme.

The location wasn’t good for swimming-stones and rocks. Quite a walk to the sandy beach, about 15 min. The sea was dirty near the metal stairs to the sea. The pool area quite tasteless with plastic grass. The walls are not soundproof.

Frühstück eigentlich gut, aber Orangensaft und Kaffee sind nicht der Hit, keinen Sekt zum Frühstück. Zimmertüren fallen sehr laut ins Schloß, Parkplatzsituation schlecht.

Nous sommes déjà venus plusieurs fois et nous reviendrons. Magnifique vue et très bel emplacement. Hôtel adult only à taille raisonnable. Personnel sympathique qu'on retrouve au fil des années.

Le buffet froid n'est plus aussi bien qu'il y a deux ans et c'est la seule déception. Salade verte et crudités cette année (aliments bruts déposés dans des bols) versus verrines et salades cuisinées et bien présentées il y a deux ans (salades de pâtes, salades de pommes de terre etc).

La ubicació excel.lent, el berenar increïble i l'atenció del personal. Posta de sol preciosa.

Si hagués d'incloure alguna millora seria el servei de bar a la piscina i que només es pot sopar fins les 21.00, ja que després tanquen la cuina.

This June 26 was mine and my friends 7th time in a row (bar Covid restrictions) stay and we will be back next year. Hotel is fabulous so clean and comfortable lovely pool and sun beds looking out to the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast huge choice and delicious and the Staff are absolutely brilliant so friendly and always available to make your stay very enjoyable.

The gym could use some attention. They have added some weights since the last time we were there, but they need a rack for them.

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage des Hotels, gutes Frühstück und eine gute Bar. Pool ist ebenfalls Super.

Die Badezimmer weisen starke Gebrauchsspuren auf. Von den Fugen bis ihn zu der Duschkopfhalterung… Der Teppich in den Hotelgängen ist voller heller Flecken (nehme an da würde mich Bleichmittel oder Javel gearbeitet). Das Hotel ist sehr stark für ältere Erwachsene ausgerichtet (60+) & nich für für jüngere Erwachsene.

Die Lage vom Hotel war genial. Das Essen einfach lecker 😋 Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein gut eingespieltes Team . Sehr gepflegter Umschwung, ihnen alles sehr Sauber und modern. Unterhaltung war auch sehr gut!

Wir waren im Zimmer 220 ist schon ein wenig eng. Im modernen Bad 🛁 steht ein kleiner Abfalleimer mit Deckel weiss , der fällt einem auf weil er rostig ist ,denn könnte man mal ersetzen . Sonst ist alles perfekt 👌

Die Lage ist top, um zum Strand Es trenc zu spazieren und den Ort zu erkunden. Frühstück Mega, besonders Ei Benedikt.

Nur dass unser Zimmer über der Küche war und es leichte Geräusche gab.

Nära hav och strand, litet lugnt hotel med bra bekvämligheter (frukost middag bar 24h reception) bra att man kunde fylla på vattenflaskan. Gillade att man kunde gå ned o bada i havet direkt från hotellet också

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut um einen ruhigen Sommerurlaub zu genießen.

Das Zimmer war etwas kleiner als erwartet, aber immer noch völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstückbuffet ist zwar groß aber nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten am dritten Tag bereits genug davon. Muss nicht heißen, dass es für jeden so ist.

Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen. Das Hotel ist nicht ganz zentral in Colònia, bis zum Hafen läuft man einige Minuten, hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört

Es war sehr unangenehm, dass es für das Auto leider kein ausgewiesener Parkplatz für das Hotel gab !!!!!???? Vielleicht sehen Sie in naher Zukunft eine Möglichkeit dies zu ändern. Danke

Gym terribile, da non definire palestra. Camera troppo piccola. Prenotata vista mare, ci e' stata data una camera piano terra,vicino ristorante. Le camera al piano terra non dotate di una bella vista.

We really liked the hotel’s excellent location with sea view. The breakfast was also great, especially the freshly cooked dishes.

The hotel feels quite old and aging, which is very noticeable. Maintenance entered our apartment several times without any notice, which was uncomfortable. Also, the majority of guests are older, giving the hotel a rather boring vibe. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, but it went completely unnoticed. We would not recommend it for other couples seeking a special experience.

It has everything you need in a hotel and still they are not pretentious. Clean, comfortable, amazing views, nice staff and great breakfast. Also very conscious with the environment and waste :)

C’est de loin le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour, nous avons été chouchouté. L’emplacement est parfait, l’accès à la mer depuis l’hôtel est magnifique.

Das Abendessen war nicht 4 Stern würdig. Laut Aussagen von Stammgästen hat sich die Verpflegung erst in diesem Jahr verschlechtert.

Überwiegend sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Örtchen ist nicht so überlaufen- Hotel ist überschaubar groß. Daher sehr angenehm. Sehr gutes und leckeres Essen (HP), auch wenn es sich innerhalb von 8 Tagen etwas unterscheiden könnte.

Die ein oder andere Bedienung war nicht besonders freundlich.

Nice location away from the crowds. It’s infront of a large rocky area so the sea view and access isn’t the best if you’re thinking of sandy, beach vibes but that can be seen in the pictures online as well. Room size and facilities were as expected. The breakfast spread was really nice and the option to order made-to-order eggs/pancakes was great so you get a fresh and hot plate of food every morning. They sent me a bottle of Cava as a birthday gift which was a nice touch.

1. It’s a bit strange to ask for 1.5€ for extra coffee pods (they provided only 2 for a 2 night stay for 2 people) in the room when you’re paying over 250€ a night to stay here! Ofcourse there’s coffee at the breakfast buffet but still, it’s a small detail which can put ppl off. 2. While staff seemed professional, they weren’t particularly friendly towards us atleast or maybe it was due to a language barrier and they didn’t speak much English there (just guessing). 3. Just something to note about the vibe you’re looking for (and ofcourse the hotel cannot do much about it): the place had a majority of Old (not middle-aged) people guests. We felt a bit out of place as of-course they stare at you. It’s possible that’s their audience as it seemed the live music program was also planned keeping this in mind.

It’s in the east of the islands maybe a little bit far but it depends on what you consider as far (45min) to the capital .

Les heures du déjeuner: trop courtes et trop tardives. La qualité de l'eau dans les machines à café et à thé au petit-déjeûner.

Der Tag startet mit einem hervorragenden Frühstück, welches aus einem Buffet besteht. Besondere gut hat uns gefallen, dass diverse Speisen zusätzlich an den Tisch bestellt werden können. Die Lage ist einfach spitze - fußläufig an einem der schönsten Strände der Insel und auch die Liegen am Hotel versprechen einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Uns hat die Ruhe am Pool sehr gut gefallen, weshalb wir das Konzept Adults Only bevorzugen.

Der Fitness Bereich könnte etwas komfortabler gestaltet werden. Es ist etwas „lästig“ jedes Mal die Nutzung an der Rezeption anzumelden. Außerdem wären Gewichte und ein weiteres Cardiogerät super. Alternativ findet man vor der Tür aber auch eine wunderschöne Laufstrecke!
