Reviewed May 26, 2026Clean rooms, very near the City proper. 4min drive to SM &/or Parish Church. Cafes, restaurants are easy to find while walking or browsing the internet.
Nice property! All’s within walking distance, even the Victory Liner bus hub w/c we used to & from Baguio. We took the luxury buses from PITX on Pasay & back to Manila we took the luxury bus of Victory Liner. Both trip took us only four (4) hours of commute to our destination place!

The rooms is better if there is microwave oven and a mini refrigerator. Also, food service should be available until late at night so we dont need to go out to 7-11 which is quite far from hotel. And Baguio tourist agency should provide detailed map of Baguio with the places of interest and how to go there so visitors can plan ahead.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025My parents stayed at this Hotel and they were impressed with the hospitality of the staff. It was really close to The bus station which was convenient. They even allowed visitors to stay until 12MN. Very pleased that they accomodated my parents well as they were both senior citizens. Will definitely book again.
only issue is the extractor fan in the toilet wasn't as strong, which left some unpleasant smell when someone is using it.

room 520- the sound of the pump that starts as early as 5 in the morning ( i have a video) for people with asthma or any lung issues do not stay in this room as the room stinks overtime as it maybe the room is on near to the kitchen or above the hotel kitchen. room has no sound proof. the towels need replacement

We very much appreciate their surprise greetings cake on our wedding anniversary day. The guard on duty was nice and helpful.

Reviewed May 1, 2025The room was very comfortable and the option to sleep with fresh air from the open windows was nice. The hotel is conveniently located just down the road from the John Gray park. Easy to find and onsite parking was appreciated.
However, the dogs barking at night were an annoyance, though I understand it's out of the property's control. The food quality of the buffet breakfast was adequate, nothing outstanding.

You have to pay if you want to early check in 30% from the total amount of your bill stay.

Not sure but my credit card was scammed the next day. Do not know where it was scammed . When paying for dinner with my card they took it to front check in desk to process. After a couple of minutes I followed them. They were still processing my payment when I arrived. 24 hours later card charged almost $10,000. Only time my card left my sight in 2weeks.

The water heater was obnoxiously loud the whole time of our stay. Terrible air conditioner that woke me up in the middle of the night because it was making loud noises that felt like it was about to burst. I actually had to video it couple of times in case it broke. Moldy sink and tiles. THERE WAS NO HAIR DRYER.

I wish I had an early check-in that was accommodated, it caused extreme inconvenience for me and my son to find a place to stay because we arrived in Baguio at 4am and check-in was 2pm. I messaged many days ahead for the request but nobody responded from the hotel. The room is clean, but since the building is old, there's a foul smell in the bathroom. Area is very accessible to transit.
