Hotel Casa Blanca 7

I loved the architecture and space. Love the roof top bar and the food was delicious. The complimentary breakfasts were fresh and a nice touch of hospitality. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. And the location couldn’t be beat. Great spot.

My only real criticism was the lack of natural light in my Luxury Suite. The room was quite dark. Although the windows faced a nice inner courtyard, what wasn’t clear was that they opened directly onto the main walkway. For privacy, I had to keep the large, heavy curtains closed, which made the room even darker. For me, this was a significant drawback and would prevent me from booking that particular room again #6. That said, the shower and bathroom were excellent, with plenty of natural light from the skylight above.

Beautiful property, excellent location, the staff was delightful and extremely helpful at all times, beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar with gorgeous views, exceptional breakfasts, which were included. The room was large, had a fireplace, the bathroom has double sinks, and an enormous walk-in shower for two people. The hotel is so close to everything, and there is a lovely park directly across the street. Terrific hotel to stay in San Miguel de Allende.

Our room and all the beautiful common areas of the hotel were immaculate. Every member of the staff we interacted with during our 5 night stay was kind, welcoming, professional and extremely helpful.

1. What sounded like construction and banging throughout each night of stay either from roof or adjacent property. CB7 staff did not seem willing to track down the root source. 2. A dedicated area on rooftop (which is amazing) for simply relaxing and conversing with a cocktail. They have it 99% dedicated to dining.

The breakfast was a daily highlight

The double tumbler door locks were a bit of a nuisance. An updated electronic door lock might be an improvement.

Centrally located within SMA. Easy walk to all the sites. Beautifully decorated and maintained property. Staff at the concierge are very attentive, arranging out transport to and from Leon. They also gave us restaurant recommendations.

Breakfast could have been better - often times a long wait for food (even things like a fruit platter that don't require cooking).

Casa Blanca 7 is in the perfect location - center of town, easy to walk to shops, sights and restaurants. Staff was great - very helpful. Room was done well - everything you could want in a room. The only thing i would add would be a pillow menu as i prefer a softer pillow.Would highly recommend this hotel and will come back

The staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious and lovely. Breakfast on the rooftop was absolutely perfect and the highlight of our stay. I do think dinner and lunch on the rooftop are sadly missing as an option and would be a great plus if available. Also make sure to inquire in advance if they are hosting a wedding at the hotel during your stay….if so drinks on the rooftop bar are not available as it is only available for wedding guests. This leaves other guests no where to go once back at the hotel which was a sad surprise to us during our short stay,

The location was perfect. The room was so clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated It was like an oasis after a long day of walking in SMA center. The staff were so kind and polite. The breakfast was wonderful too.

Staff was excelent, very helpfull in all matters......room was very clean, with a lot of space......its right in the middle of dowtown , close to all shops and restaurants...... on the not so bright side: door key was tricky, no elevator to second floor ( well there is , but is a service elevator)

This hotel was a gem! Right in the center of everything, walkable to top sites and rooftop restaurants. The grounds were beautiful, the room was small but stylish with an Nespresso machine and stocked mini fridge. The shower was surprisingly spacious. Breakfast was generous with great variety, and the rooftop restaurant had stunning views. Staff even arranged a private car to and from Mexico City—super convenient. Highly recommend!

Terrific place

This is a gorgeous, well located hotel with an amazing staff and excellent restaurant. Only one drawback- despite exquisite fixtures, both our rooms lack sufficient lighting for reading.

Fantastic hotel. Our room was gorgeous and comfy. Breakfast selection was excellent. Staff always willing to help and answer any questions. Perfect location.

Wish there was a kettle in the room to make hot water for tea. Though the staff did deliver teapots of hot water when requested. Just wish I had the option to make in the room as I was awake

The staff at this hotel is the best we have encountered anywhere in our travels. They are friendly, attentive, courteous, and go above and beyond for their guests both in the restaurant and at the concierge desk. The only negative is that the lighting in the rooms could and should be improved. The rooms are quite dark so difficult for reading. Also it would be nice to have a comfortable side chair. The beds and linens are very high quality and very comfortable.

Great location, wonderful service, beautifully designed hotel with a fabulous rooftop restaurant. Parking and breakfast was included. Beds were comfortable and the shower was the best we have had in Mexico. Housekeeping was very good, and we loved our stay. If you want a quieter room, ask for the inner courtyard. We were in Room 5. Highly recommend.

This is not a hotel for someone with a disability. No mention was made of the many steps to get from check-in to the first floor, and more steps to get to the dining area !!! impossible on crutches or for an old person. The elevator was tiny and accessed only thru going thru a kitchen area, with a mop bucket in full view. Description was not truthful......

The hotel is in the perfect location a couple of blocks from the main square. The room was beautiful! They have a wonderful breakfast that is included. The front desk was very helpful! I would highly recommend staying here!

This hotel far exceeded our expectations, which were already high. It's classy, beautiful, very clean, in a perfect location and the service is second to none. We recommend it highly and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we return to San Miguel de Allende.

Ame el hotel todo excelente

Dreaded the departure. It is so quiet and located in the middle of everything. So peaceful decided to sleep in one day so I could detox from Houston living! I slept like a baby. I will definitely return to my new casa.

This hotel location is excellent for staying in the old city, plenty of areas nearby for shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, and bars. The morning breakfast which was included was delicious, it was also served on the rooftop balcony with a great view of the old city. The staff at the concierge desk was very friendly and knowledgable with local recommendations or lending you an umbrella

Hotel was beyond amazing! A true romantic getaway.

This property has it all. Great location, great view of the city, great food, friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable beds, and amazing customer service. My wife and I, who travel on a monthly basis, enjoyed every aspect that this hotel offers. We can easily say it has been our favorite hotel thus far.

The staff was always nice and ready to help

The Casa Blanca 7 is in a great location for all central parks and restaurants. Its housekeeping is the best! They provided services two times a day and completely scrubbed our shower down daily! I’ve never seen such thorough cleaning! The concierge employees - Edwin and Fidel were so nice and able to speak English to help with restaurant reservations and hailing taxis for us! Breakfast was delicious and we would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is absolutely lovely. The location is perfect for walking around town, rooms are clean and have more than everything you need, it has a nice rooftop restaurant for breakfast and cocktails, and the staff is attentive without being in your way. We went for a quick three night getaway and even had in room massages. The staff will communicate with you via whatsapp and set up our transport to and from the airport. Everything was seamless.

Loved just about everything about this property. The rooftop breakfast was very nice and the staff lovely. We were there during rolling blackouts and they kept serving what the could for dinner upstairs. Only complaint is that the room didn’t have good lighting and it was hard to see things in there sometimes.

Location, luxury rooms, amazing staff

What a lovely hotel in the heart of SMA. It was simply perfect. A very understated elegance prevailed with splashes of luxury here and there.

We were a group of 5 friends and, because this hotel has no lobby area, found it difficult to find a place to gather other than the restaurant. Also, there was a terrible, foul sewage smell in our room the last 24 hours of our stay. I had hoped management would follow up with me about this since we did notify them.

Hotel was beautiful and inviting. Staff was excellent. Restaurant had amazing views. Only complaint was wished there was a spa on site.

The hotel rooms, staff are excellent as well as the location.

The only problem is that the lighting in the room was very dark, we had to use a flashlight to see, especially in the wardrobes. The room was on 1st floor that made the room cold and dark. Would stay again only if room is available on second floor where you can get some sun and lighting.

Everything: location, rooms, breakfast, people, design. Rooms were very quiet and romantic. Beds were turned down every evening. Breakfast offered delicious Mexican food options and good coffee. We also enjoyed the rooftop. It offered good food, with wine pairings and great cocktails.

Nice property, centrally located and close to amenities. Two issues during my stay. Firstly, upon arrival we informed the front desk staff we don’t need the cleaning room service. On the same day, in evening and while we were out we had the hotel staff entered our room for cleaning. Interestingly, the room was not clean when we returned which was suspicious. Second concern, the fountain right outside our window was working well into the night making noise. When called the front desk no one picked up the phone. I went down (around 1:30 AM) to ask the front desk to do something about it however, the person at front desk was sleeping and not available to assist.

the breakfast was just okay… for the price the hotel charges per night they should offer a buffet breakfast or better selections. They didn’t have juice one day … unacceptable since you can walk to the market in a few minutes to buy oranges. The coffee should be unlimited too. My cousins stayed at Hotel Madi around the corner and their breakfast looked fantastic with fresh fruit and plentiful. I ordered an egg dish that was very spicy and when I asked for tortillas (a Mexican staple every where) they looked at me weird and then brought the hardest tortillas that I have ever eaten.

Best location in the city. Walk to amazing restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, and artist gallerias. Safe. Secure. Best rooftop views, including sunset and overlooking the plaza with 8 churches in view. Remarkable designer renovation of a historic building. Absolutely quiet. Sparkling clean. Elegant. Luxurious. Feels royal. Wonderful chef-level breakfast, dinner, desserts, and drinks. Helpful and friendly staff. Exquisitely decorated rooms with handmade Moroccan textiles. Comfy bed with pristine linens. Huge spa-like bath. Boutique in every sense. A truly curated experience. Amazing value for this level of personal service and perfection.
