I had checked in, and the hotel is not as advertised. Access to things such as the pool are not even in the hotel and are in another street linked to the hotel. The imagery was deceiving as the room looked somewhat different from that which was advertised. However the main reason for the cancellation was that the room had a damp smell laden with a perfume that was burning my chest. The scent was so heavy it was causing breathing issues. I did advise reception at the desk about it and they offered another room, sadly, I explained the strong perfumed smell was present in the whole hotel so I sought alternative accommodation. I explained that I am aware of their policy and told them they are welcome to charge 50% as I did not expect a full refund but surely a 50% refund can be processed as they were given sufficient time for them to rebook a guest considering I only had only booked the day before.

Great location right next to the metro, the pool is large and the rooms are spacious with big windows and beds. Needs to be refurbished/renovated to be a great option to stay

The property is outdated, a couple of broken tiles in the bathroom, dirty sofa, mold in the bathroom. The restaurant in the 61st floor was closed

Personale var mega søde og hjælpsomme. Poolen var ret hyggeligt og værelset var mega lækkert. Fik meget for mine penge.

Me gustó solamente su ubicación estratégica la cual es frente al metro, todo lo demás fue terrible, la piscina está en otro edificio de parking, lo que hace incomodo el trayecto. Nuestra habitación no era la misma de las fotos ya que fue remodelada pero las terminaciones eran terribles, algunas tapas de los muebles estaban clavadas y se salían solas al momento de abrir los cajones, una manguera del lavamanos del baño explotó durantr nuestra estadía producto de la presión del agua e inundó todo el baño, mi mujer sufrió un accidente al respecto ya que se resbaló y se pegó en el brazo contra la piedra del lavamanos, el refrigerador estaba goteando agua, la llave de agua de la tina estaba mala, el baño no contaba con cepillo de dientes ni enjuague bucal o pasta de dientes para ser un hotel 5 estrellas. Respecto de las comidas, en los desayunos usan los mismos 2 sartenes para cocinar todos los omellets de todos los comenzales, lo que me parece asqueroso y un riesgo por contaminación cruzada de los alimentos y un riesgo para quienes son alégicos a algunos alimentos ya que estos sartenes no se lavan entre omelette y omelette, aparte, la variedad de comidad es muy pobre, solo tienen una amplia variedad de comida india, nada buenos para occidentales, las mesas no disponían dr sal y pimienta, tampoco de cucharas, se debe pedir constantemente a los meseros, además ellos retiran los platos muy constantemente como para apurarte con las comidas ya que el salón no es muy grande para la cantidad de personas que puede alojar el hotel. Por último, los ascensores son terribles, no tienen aire acondicionado, el aire caliente te atrapa y te hace sudar demasiado mientras subes o bajas, además van llenos pese a que son 4 ascensores.

La lentitud de la jefatura psra resolver problemas, tuve que llamar 3 veces para pedir una plancha y una tabla de planchar, he pedido la factura 3 veces por chat y aún no me la envían, tampoco me la facilitaron en el check-out. Mi esposa sufrió un accidente producto de la inundación del baño y solo nos recompensaron con botellas de agua gratis y fruta, aún estoy a la espera de que nos reembolsen los gastos en mediamentos.

Läget var bra och det var det största pluset med boendet.

Byggnaden var gammal och sliten och det luktade illa, bland annat av cigarettrök. Rummet var inte klart vid incheckning klockan 14.00 och vi fick vänta en timme. Poolen var så smutsig att vi valde att inte använda den. Korridorerna och hissarna var smutsiga, varma och luktade illa. Fönstren i rummet var mycket smutsiga och det var svårt att se ut. Vid bokningen angavs hårtork, badrock, strykjärn och strykbräda, men inget av detta fanns på rummet. Även frukostområdet upplevdes som smutsigt och inte särskilt trivsamt.

メトロの駅に非常に近く、移動する際、とても便利な場所でした。 　また、近くには、未来博物館やDubai International Financial Centerがあり、飲食店やスーパーマーケットもあり、食事や買い物に困ることは一切ありませんでした。 　室内はとてもゆったりと過ごせる広々とした空間で、バスタブもあり、トイレとシャワー室も分けられていて、シャワーの水圧は十分で、大変快適でした。 　午後からのチェックイン予定だったのですが、午前中に到着し、チェックインした際に、快くアーリーチェックインを無料でしてくれました。移動で疲れていたので大変助かりました。 　朝食は、飲み物含め、食事も十分な品数があり、味も美味しく、大変満足のいく朝食をゆっくり摂ることができました。部屋にコーヒーを持ち帰れるように紙カップも用意されていました。

お湯の温度がもう少し（３～５℃）高いと良かったです。 　それから、バスタブのお湯を抜くことができませんでした。お湯を抜きやすい設備であれば、２回バスタブに浸かれて良かったのですが。

Location is central but difficult to get in and out of due to the traffic. I would take a hotel in a less busy area. Rooms are large with good showers and a living area in the room.

Hotel is older and you can tell with the furniture and decor. Bed was too soft and not comfortable

The location is perfect. Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was outstanding.

1 hour 20 minutes late check in. Though it is 5 star hotel, no bath tub in the room!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Faizan from housekeeping during my stay in room 4808. He always makes sure the room is spotless, fresh, and comfortable. He is very kind, respectful, and pays attention to every detail. His service really makes a difference and makes my stay much more pleasant. Thank you, Faizan, for taking such good care of my room!

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Hotel hat grundsätzlich wirklich schöne Ideen und ein interessantes Konzept. Man erkennt, dass hier eine schöne Vision dahintersteckt, und mit den richtigen Verbesserungen könnte man sich hier sehr wohlfühlen.

Leider ist der aktuelle Zustand des Hotels jedoch deutlich renovierungsbedürftig und teilweise etwas heruntergekommen. Meine Empfehlung wäre deshalb, das Hotel für etwa sechs Monate zu schließen und eine komplette Renovierung durchzuführen – wirklich einmal von Grund auf. Die Lage und die vorhandenen Ideen sind meiner Meinung nach viel zu gut, um dieses Potenzial nicht auszuschöpfen. Mit einer umfassenden Renovierung könnte das Hotel einen sehr großen Unterschied machen und zu einem wirklich tollen Aufenthaltserlebnis werden.

The hotel is not 5 stars anymore, it’s really old and not maintained, from the carpets, to the painting, the sofa, the furniture, the bed, the mattress I got a very good deal, but in general that’s not the price and it’s unfair, just the location is excellent for DWTC, the rest is just discussing Even the lady at the reception, she was so cute and well groomed till I checked her hand as and all the nails were a complete disaster, una short, one long, one broken, all of them damaged and nail polish scratched and on and off from nail to nail, like months of not caring

A piscina estava muito suja nota se a falta de limpeza e manutenção, cadeiras na sala de espera tb muito sujas, o pequeno almoço, croissant rijos pouca variedade para quem vem da europa, O Hotel apresenta falta de limpeza barra manutenção pois havia paredes sujas e jo quarto a cadeira tb estava suja.

Is it really reasonable to start construction work at 7 or 8 AM, with loud drilling and construction noise while guests are still sleeping? This is a hotel, and guests are paying to rest and sleep comfortably. Starting such noisy work so early in the morning is completely unacceptable and shows very poor consideration for your guests. Honestly, how is anyone supposed to sleep under these conditions?
