I would like to tell you guys don't west your money this hotes is 4 star but the standards they're following its not even 3 star is also better than this hotel they give 2 water bottle and than you request for another one it's chargeable and also staff is very rode in the reception specially that lady.

unhygienic, shower area and toilet is dirty , groutings is all black

The toilet flush was not working and then we asked the staff to repair it, it took 5 calls and more than one hour but they were saying the maintenance guy was coming in few mins, then we suggested them to switch the room cuz it’s getting late for us to sleep, then they said ok we will call you back.. but after waiting another 15 mins we had to call again to get a room change and we got transferred to a smaller room.. not it’s the worst experience so far in Dubai.

We came here with my child and my husband and the whole facilities looks very old.

الموقع جيد والموظفين محترمين

قلة المواقف، واذا تأخرت ومتلأت المواقف تذهب الى طابق اخر وتدفع رسوم للوقوف، استغرب كانت المواقف للفندق سابقا والان قام المالك بتأجير المواقف ووضع ما يقارب 8 مواقف وهذا غير كافيء لزبائن الفندق

The staff need more hospitable and approachable Specially the reception team

i like bcoz the room is big..

the tv is useless its not connect to wifi and the wifi are too much slow..and the flash of the toilet bowl is stuck if u flash once then the water will not come automatic to flash again..and the bathtub not clean will.. and one thing the people who are in the recieption are not smiling they are too much seruios..

Only the location, not the hotel

1. Nosiy aircon fan even in low speed, i cant sleep with the sound that's why i last only 2 nights of my 6 nights booking 2. Smells cigarette in the toilet even the room is nonsmoking 3. Plumbing utilities are old, it's disgusting 4. Regarding my refund for 4nights, the staff always tell to contact booking.com but when i call booking.com they are saying that it is up to hotel discretion, well it keeps goin on circles and noting has been paid back to me. 5. I already make the deal to 50%off for the refund atleast i get something in return because the room will be vacant and they can rent it out again and make profits. Well, they just said no we can't do that because they know I am already leaving that night.

It claims to be 4 star hotel and entire hotel don't have charger, my phone was dead as soon as I reached hotel, and night shift manager was very rude. He said we don't provide charger because customer take it away and he refused to charge my phone at reception as well. I have to go out at night and stay at cafe just to charge my phone even though I was tired. Yes, my bag which had charger, power bank and laptop was missed by me in client's car and they brought it back next morning in office but the entire night I was just looking for a charger and night staff, recommend me buy it because it's just 10 AED, hence, I was judged. I stayed quiet because it was my problem. Worst rating for that night manager judgement. I'm still wondering what will gonna happen if there will be electric problem because of that 10 AED.

تأخر في تسجيل الدخول المواقف يتم تأجيرها على شخص ويؤجرها على النزلاء ب 5 درهم للساعه التكييف سيئ جداً الأسرة غير مريحة ولا توجد إضاءة كافية ولا توجد ثلاجة في الغرفة والموجودة فقط للديكور عدم نظافة الغرفة عند الاستلام وعدم التنظيف الجيد من خدمة الغرف تآكل الدهان من الجدران الأثاث متسخ الحمام متعطل والشطاف يسقط على الارض المناشف متهالكة ومقطعه خدمة الغرف يتأخرون جدا جدا عندما تريد خدمة

la posizione è comoda per la fermata della metro, la colazione era servita in una scatola di plastica direttamente in camera con cibi tipici arabi piccanti, la piscina era completamente NON AGIBILE, VUOTA SENZA ACQUA !!!!!!!!!!!

IL servizio colazione, e la non possibilità di sfruttare i servizi che erano elencati nelle caratteristiche dell'hotel.

فقط موضوع كراج السيارات فيه مشكلة دائمة خاصة ليلاً ممتليء ونضطر لركن السيارة في كراج الطابق الثاني وندفع اجور عليه

Clothes cabinet was smell bad too much There is no coffee there and I have asked 2 time to put only was sugar and 1 tea

My room was targeted . It was suffocating I didn't have a normal sleep
