The location, the swimming pool and the friendly staff are all wonderful and so much value for such a good price. We chose the cheapest room and still had all we needed. We will come back.

Vista mozzafiato

We wanted a beautiful view of the harbor and this place delivered. The staff was wonderful, especially Giovanni, who helped us in many ways.

It was not the hotel’s fault,but the public escalator next to the property was closed on our return from a trip to the city. This made for an arduous climb. Thank goodness for the wonderful pool.

That it was nice and cool after turning on the ac unit. The weather has been extremely hot. We also had a sea view which was nice

Posizione panoramica dell'hotel con vista sul golfo di Salerno. Molto bella la veranda panoramica. Particolare il fatto di poter scendere al lungomare tramite scalinata. Al ritorno molto gradevole l'uso delle scale mobili.

Avrei gradito un servizio migliore per la prima colazione, sia come possibilità di scelta che di servizio al tavolo, con più cura per i dettagli. La colazione per me è un pasto fondamentale per iniziare bene la giornata.

Praticamente niente

Ho prenotato una camera con balcone vista mare, mi ritrovo una camera senza balcone, lo faccio presente e se ne fregano. La colazione non esiste, la piscina è impraticabile, la discesa in città praticamente imbarazzante in mezzo ad una fogna che perde e gli scalini da fare a 2 a 2 perché demoliti. La camera è improvvisata, il materasso imbarazzante, la rete Wi-Fi non funziona, il kit nel bagno è composto solo da 4 cuffie, proprio quello che serve ad uno calvo come me 😂😂😂 Muffa nella doccia e sciacquone che funziona una volta su tre

la posizione, comoda dall’ autostrada e dal centro citta’. La vista , molto bella , il silenzio. Il fatto che non ci siano cameriere che strillano nei corridoi , il parcheggio.

Mi hanno lasciato, 2 giorni, senza acqua calda e con il bidet, che perdeva dalla colonna ed allagava il bagno. Senza scusarsi dell’ inconveniente, come se fosse normale , non lavarsi con l’ acqua calda anche se e’ estate. Il bagno ha una pesantissima porta di vetro che non chiude ed e’ rumorosa. I mobili sono vecchi ormai , il materasso duro e i cuscini scomodissimi. Il fondo della piscina era davvero sporco. Il check out alle 10, dovrebbe essere vietato per legge. Il prezzo e’ carissimo per la minima qualita’.

I loved the hotel, quiet, private, lovely pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful . A lovely view of the seat from the balcony of the room.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ya que se puede disfrutar de unas vistas increíbles sobre salerno y al mar. Personal amable e implicado

Es triste ver que el jardín y la piscina están algo dejados y el hecho de que el desayuno sea sencillo de café y dulces nos ha decepcionado un poco. Mejoraría mucho si se pudiera disfrutar de un buffet variado y acorde con la prestancia del hotel.

Der Pool war ein wenig ungepflegt. Das Frühstück zu teuer (25€). Eines Abends große Familienfeier mit lauter Musik am Pool bis nach Mitternacht. 20 min Fußweg in die Stadt.

Der Fußweg zur Altstadt ging schnell, trotz vieler Treppen 2 Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich

Das angepriesene reichhaltige Frühstück war nicht vorhanden! Hotel war im Mai noch nicht für Gäste außerhalb ihrer Zimmer vorbereitet, kein Interesse, eher unfreundlich.

A localização, bem próxima do centro, apesar de ficar bem no alto, exigindo o uso de uma escadaria pública muito mal conservada para descer. A escadaria do hotel é boa, ainda que sem iluminação à noite. Pelo menos para subir há três estágios de escada rolante na área pública, restando apenas alguns degraus até chegar ao portão do hotel, mas são estes últimos oa pior conservados.

O hotel faz jus à cidade, ainda que seja mais limpo do que aquela. Aparentemente o foco é o aluguel para eventos dos locais, pois para o turista que se hospeda, quase nada. Equipe inexistente, pois fica difícil chamar de equipe uma só pessoa por turno. Não quero ser injusto, pois atenderam o muito pouco que solicitamos, que foi dar informações que já deveriam ter a iniciativa de dar na chegada e abrir o portão. Sequer pedimos café da manhã para não corrermos o risco de pagarmos ainda mais caro por uma maior decepção. Falando em inexistente e decepção, estes eram os dois estados do WiFi. Tendo vindo de duas experiências maravilhosas, uma em Montepulciano e outra em Orvieto, a única boa memória daqui será a visita às ruínas de Paestum e o almoço no Al Gelso D'Oro da Nonna Sceppa. Quanto a Salerno, parece existir uma acirrada disputa entre o poder público e os cidadãos para ver quem deixa a cidade mais feia, com mais lixo e menos manutenção. Vindo de um país que tem muita pobreza, posso dizer que isto não é desculpa para tal desleixo. Se quer ter uma experiência positivamente marcante, vá para Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento e demais cidades da Costa Amalfitana. Vai custar mais, mas caro mesmo é pagar por baixa qualidade.

God service og fantastisk hotell med fin beliggenhet

La struttura era a dir poco maleodorante, abbiamo trattenuto il respiro nel vero senso della parola. Il pagamento è stato anticipato al check in. Per fortuna la camera era isolata dal resto ma ahimè il riscaldamento nel bagno non era funzionante. Ho segnalato l'inconveniente al receptionist che in prima istanza mi ha detto che il riscaldamento in bagno si sarebbe attivato a partire da un certo orario (erano gia le 20). Intorno alle 21 abbiamo lasciato la camera e il riscaldamento in bagno era ancora spento, alchè ho segnalato nuovamente il problema al receptionist. Mi ha risposto che lui era un "povero receptionist" e che "sperava si accendesse". Gli ho chiesto cosa potesse fare per risolvere il problema oltre a qualificarsi come "povero receptionist" ma il suo sguardo rassegnato e disinteressato non ha lasciato dubbi al mio presentimento: l'indomani mattina il bagno era freddo e la doccia l'ho fatta al freddo. Per chiunque sia interessato a prenotare su Salerno, sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel (se cosi puo definirsi). La camera dove ho soggiornato è la Camelia, definita "suite" ( sempre dal "povero receptionist")

There was so little to say in a positive for this place. Please consider taking this place off your suggested places to stay.

First off - the owner was the nastiest, meanest person. She is mad at the world and actually yelled at us for ringing the bell to get in from the walk-up from the street. The rudeness continued with her staff. There were over 250 steps to maneuver down to the street level. There were escalators for some of the steps back up but then you had to ring a bell for them to open the back entry. That is where we were many times ringing the bell with no answer. And then you had to walk more steps and ramps that had many fallen oranges and they were very slippery to walk on. No coffee, no meals, no snacks unless you walked the steps down to the street. It definitely smelled like a cat peed through the inside of the place. (Outside cats that should have been kept outside). The shower leaked very bad. You were charged for every bottle of water, which we did not want to cart up the steep path back up the hill. Anyone with any mobility issues definitely could not stay here unless you ordered a cab every time you left the hotel. In the past, this probably was a nice place but it is tired and the owner does not help herself to tend to the customer. One afternoon when we were trying to take a little rest (after the walk up the hill from town), there was some kind of drilling right next to our room. When we complained, they told us that things had to get fixed. I agree but communicate with the customer, let us know this was going to take place. To add to this all, there was no internet. When we asked about this at the reception the answer given and I quote "oh I have internet".

The breakfast. Did not offer a buffet the first morning but did the second morning… don’t know why. The cost for breakfast was much too high for the breakfast offered to us. Coffee, croissant and two slices of cake.

La chambre pour 3 était spacieuse. Le calme dans l'hôtel et au bord de la piscine au moment de notre séjour était appréciable.

Avevamo praticamente una discoteca sotto la camera a causa di una festa e fino alle 23.30 non siamo riusciti a dormire. Consigliamo di verificare perché abbiamo saputo solo sperimentandolo che la struttura organizza spesso questi eventi.

The view. That's all--just the view.

It stunk like cats. For very good reason, they let outdoor cats inside the property. The staff was beyond rude, not helpful at all, inconsiderate, rude, never once made eye contact. The bed was if possible harder than a rock. The bathtub was rusty. In a four night stay, they never replaced the toilet paper. We had to ask for more each day. The location was awful. It was just off the highway. Traffic could be heard all night. It was not close to town at all. You had to take a path out beyond the hotel, five sets of staircase down, and an alley way to get to a street to get into town if you decided to walk. There was zero breakfast when their site clearly states there would be an ala carte breakfast. There was an 18 year old birthday party on our second night there and on our third night there was a 50 year old birthday party right in the room below us, neither of which we were made aware of before our stay or during our stay. I could go on with more issues, but you get my point.

Huge bathroom and shower. If you are okay to walk down steep steps to dinner in town. If you are not in shape, I suggest getting a cab to go to dinner in town. We loved the walk.

Cute Hotel Villa with great view. Spacious room and really nice pool. Aircondition, bar, pool, shuttle bus and really helpful staff. The view is over the harbor and fantastic. Quiet hotel, not a lot of rooms, very enjoyable. Can be a little tricky to get to town, a lot of stairs and escalators . Overall we are really enjoyed are stay!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Genaro, der uns individuell beraten hat – seine fließenden Deutschkenntnisse und die tollen Restaurantempfehlungen waren wirklich eine große Hilfe. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber, mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Der Pool war auch abends noch nutzbar, der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und der Strand grenzt unmittelbar an – besser geht’s nicht! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L’emplacement vis à vis de d’embarcadère des ferries et la piscine. Francesca à l’accueil est très sympathique et elle m’a permise de laisser mon bagage pour une journée.

Le manque d’information sur l’établissement et le petit déjeuner en supplément à 25€/ personne et qui doit être réservé la veille. Le bruit lié à la route.

La colazione è offerta a parte a un prezzo da hotel 5 stelle di Parigi (25€). Il bollitore in camera aveva il fondo totalmente calcificato; ho chiesto il cambio e mi è stato portato un altro bollitore nelle stesse identiche condizioni (vedi foto). Meno male che non l'ho potuto usare perché comunque c'era una sola bustina di caffè liofilizzato (2 ospiti). Il bagno necessita di una ristrutturazione (piatto doccia, in primis)

Parcheggio riservato (a pagamento) ottima la zona molto vicina all entrata della costiera amalfinata, a piedi è possibile visitare Salerno dotata di piscina con solarium ed una bella vista.

C erano molte formiche in stanza , il prezzo della colazione secondo me un po’ caro.

Le parking hors de Prix 8€ par jour alors qu il faut descendre une allée en pente a 30 ° au moins en marche arriere pour se garer en epi tres compliqué de ressortir si une voiture plus longue se gare à cote de vous. L accès à l hotel tres dangereux en plein virage . La sortie n en parlons pas c est au petit bonheur la chance. Le menage dans la chambre assez vite fait les cheveux dans la douche pas nettoyés les toilettes a peine propre la femme de menage qui rentre dans la chambre sans frapper.... L attente ( 8 minutes devant la grille pour rentrer la voiture) L accès à la piscine de 10h à 18h ( a peu pret les horaires ou on part de l hotel pour aller faire des activites) sinon 3€50 a payer. L eau glacée le robot dans le bassin.... 20€ le petit dejeuner du jamais vu..

La vue

L’établissement est mal positionnée, en hauteur il y a aucun transfert aucune navette et la localisation est dangereuse à pied car sortie de voiture et camion nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé l’hôte nous a demander de payer pour la piscine alors qu’elle était vide et normalement comprise dans notre réservation

Mancanza dei prodotti di cortesia come l’acqua e il doccia schiuma, la scala che propongono come alternativa all’auto per scendere in paese è una vera e propria trappola, scalini rotti e sconnessi e la parte della scala mobile per un terzo non funzionante

La piscina con visuale sul mare.

La porta del bagno trasparente che non si chiude, l'uscita del parcheggio pericolosissima, senza visuale, la sgarbatezza della proprietà, la quale dopo esplicita richiesta e a titolo di "favore" concede l'utilizzo della piscina dopo l'orario di check out, dopo di che, chiede di pagare per permanere altro tempo, considerati i prezzi non è comportamento da tenere con gli ospiti, i quali vanno in vacanza per rilassarsi e non per essere trattati come "accattoni".

Hotel tranquilo, habitación amplia y limpia, con una gran terraza. Los empleados muy amables. Llegamos antes de la hora de Check-in y aunque no tenían nuestra habitación nos dejaron utilizar la piscina. Las vistas impresionantes.

Aunque está en una colina llegas al centro rápido a través de unas escaleras. Lo malo es que las mecánicas, que son públicas, cierran a las 23:30 h, así que si no llegas antes toca subir a pie.

Stanza belle, ampia e pulita. Piscina piccola ma carina.

Nella parte alta di Salerno fronte porto con ingresso in piena curva su strada trafficata. Abbiamo pagato il parcheggio del mio furgoncino 20 euro. Per raggiungere il centro a piedi una lunga scalinata che non ci siamo sentiti di affrontare. Per il ritorno era segnalata una scala mobile che però nel buon tratto che abbiamo provato a percorrere non abbiamo visto.

La vista, el jardín, la piscina. Acceso por es escalera al centro de la ciudad. Tenía sauna seco!!!

Esta en la ladera de la montaña, para llegar había mucho tráfico, difícil estacionar en su parking. La habitación demasiado grande! Esta bien que es de lujo pero en el baño había tres compartimentos! Ducha, bañera, lugar para necesdades, lugar para pileta. El desayuno había que pedir item por item
