The Hotel was very clean. Very good Breakfast.

Clean, affordable with a subscribed Netflix and YouTube account.

The bath tub doesn't have a cover even a curtain. It's too open. I think it's good for couples only

The hotel and booking.com system have issues. Booked with 2 kids and then hotel didn’t have kids in system. They charged me extra at the hotel..

They charged me extra for kids that I booked with on booking.com.

The hotel staffs are very nice. However, there was no cleaning done in the toilet and shower rooms when I checked in. I also found mold around the basin, which drove us to check out earlier. The breakfast was good, but there are not much fresh vegetables and fruits.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and their hospitality. They have Netflix.

It's not close to many tourist places (but that isn't their fault) I think they should add an extra 30 minutes for breakfast, I felt that it ended earlier and as a tourist you come back to the hotel late at night or in the early hours of the morning.

객실 청소상태가 아주 엉망이었음. TV 선반, 화장대,휴지통 등 먼지가 너무 많이 쌓여 있었음. 프론트에서 객실을 옮겨달라고 했으나, 만실이라 옮기지도 못했음.

No posibility to park a car in hotel's parking. But it can.be parked nearby.

듀플렉스 스타일러 너무 좋았어요, 침대도 편하고 샤워시설도 좋고

날씨가 쌀쌀했는데, 침대에 전기매트가 있어서 너무 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 욕실이 넓고, 욕조가 럭셔리해서 좋았습니다. 샤워실 및 화장실이 따로 분리되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 프론트에 계신 분이 너무 친절했고, 주차도 발렛을 해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에도 방문하려고 생각중입니다.

The staff was nice and helpful.

I booked a room with the pictures of a Spa Tub. I was excited about the availability. The Spa tub was on the balcony in a nice setting. But the Spa tub was broken. There was a sign on it saying not working. Now I wonder if I was charged full price for a Spa room that had a broken Spa Tub. But the room was very nice. The staff nice. Recommend they delete the photo from their website of the SPA tub. It’s false leading.

たまたま宿泊したのが日曜日だったので、周辺のレストランが全て休みだった。ホテルは、非常に快適。

Very small but modern room. Ideal for one or two nights. Window opened to the wall next door but local restaurants were great.

주차도 해주고 직워들도 친절했어요. 다만 난방이 잘 되지않아 숙박내내 추웠어요. 겨울에는 비추 여름에는 강추 ^^;;;

욕조와 세면기는 고급이나 객실 창문의 불빛이 다들어와서 환하고 소음이 그대로 전달되어 숙면을 이루기 어려웟고. 욕조에 받은 물로 반신욕하니 물 찌거기에 피부가 가려워서 혼났음. 다시가고 싶지 않음

I stayed in penthouse A on the 11th floor. It was beautiful and spacious. There was a private hot tub on the private outdoor patio. It was clean and modern. I’d definitely recommend the penthouse and will be back!

Well located , good staff, building heating system doesn't work well at the corner rooms. My room was at the corner and I was feeling cold on the first night, after I complained... the staff provided the stand alone heater.

새벽시간 위층객실에서 고성과 충격음들이 들려와 밤잠을 설쳤음.

전체적으로 만족! 가성비적으로 괜찮습니다. 바로앞에 편의점도 있고 CD플레이어도 있어서 잔잔하니 잘수 있었습니다 다만 아쉬운점은 코로나의영향으로 오랜시간 공실이었던건지 청소가 조금 아쉬운건지 모르겠지만 먼지가 쌓인게 눈이 보이더군요 !

일단 세미 호텔이라고 해야하나 부티크 모텔이라고 해야하나...매트리스도 좋고 분위기도 좋습니다. 그런데 청소 문제가 좀 있습니다. 일단 머그잔이 2잔이 있는데, 한잔에 맥주를 부을라고 위에 종이 덥게를 열었더니 포도껍질이 있더군요. 머그잔의 위생이 문제있어 보여 아예 안썼습니다. 그리고 샤워부스 안에 하단부에 벽면 타일 줄눈에 검게 곰팡이가 껴 있습니다. 매일 물이 닿는 부분이지만 진정 호텔로 자리메김하려면 샤워부스에 곰팡이는 아니됩니다.

체크인하고 들어간 첫번째방은 밖에서 다보이는데 블라인드가 고장나서 방을바꾸고 두번째바꾼방은 화장실변기고장으로 다시 방을바꾸고 세번째는 텔레비전 고장으로 방을바꾸고 네번째는 겨우 괜찮았는데 중앙난방이라 밤새추위에 떨었음..정말 일생일대의 최악의 호텔..

요구사항에 대한 피드백이 빠르고 친절함. 출장으로 인해 장기 숙박중인데, 차후에도 근처에서 숙박할 계기가 된다면 또 이용할 예정임!

숙소 전체적으로 냄새가 좋지 못했습니다. 거슬릴 정도의 불쾌한 냄새들 때문에 쾌적한 공간이라고 느끼기 어려워씁니다. 방전체에서 나는 화장실 냄새라던지, 숙소의 복도에서 나는 쾌쾌한 냄새는 개선을 할 필요가 많이 느껴졌습니다.

The room was nice and quiet with almost no view from the window, but that was ok. The breakfast was good. Lots of restaurant just outside the door. Some buses stop nearby. The staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Extremely fantastic penthouse. But it is surrounded by taller buildings. So, honestly, it is not a perfect penthouse.

Week long visit to the area for a business trip. Located near by Dongtan central area. The area around the hotel was quite packed with traffic in the morning and evenings, otherwise OK. Kind of hard to access the hotel with a car due to traffic.

Very clean with a concept! Very cozy! Super comfortable bed! Shower space is big as well!

Near Samsung. Internet OK. Airco good but could not find out how to control (so just switched on and off), at on was usually too cold.

I was really surprised by the design of the room. The bath tub is amazing and the bed is very comfortable ! Cant wait to stay here again!

The hotel staff were great. Breakfast was great and the shuttle service was excellent. Bring your own lighting however because the room was dark, with all the lights on. It's supposed to have an artsy feel I suppose, but I notice streaks, likely because the cleaning service can't see in the darkness. The towels smelled funny, like petroleum chemicals. I wish the rooms were better because the staff was very helpful.
