Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Cary

I always know what I am going to get at a Hilton Garden Inn and this is was no different. Clean, friendly staff, and no nonsense. I was only there for a night and the hotel met my needs perfectly.

Great location, accessible to much of the Raleigh area and especially Cary. The room was clean, comfortable, and all our interactions with staff were pleasant and directly solved what few issues we did run into, when necessary.

Everything was solid. Nothing I'd note that needs improving.

Our room was spacious and quiet. Enjoyed the large sitting area in the lobby so extended family could gather.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good especially the Omelette cooked to order. Plenty of coffee and a good choice for the buffet . We enjoyed using the gym and having a washing machine and tumble dryer was a real bonus. Parking was also very useful to us. The size of the room was good with a chair and a desk Great to have a fridge in the room. The staff on reception were very helpful and gave us recommendations for places to visit.

It was a really disappointing to have paper cups instead of china ones in the room

There was an immediate odor upon entry into the hotel, the elevator had a different odor and the suite had a different odor as well. There were spots on the floor near the vanity area that remained there for the 3 night stay we were there. Long strands of hair were on the floor near the toilet, AC/ heating unit in the bedroom was very noisy and absolutely filthy with build up of dust which is not good for anyone to breathe in, the safe was not operating, the door to the suite had very noticeable fingerprint smudges all over it, and although not needed, it was apparent the kitchenette pan/pot and utensils were missing.

Everything was perfect, check in, customer service and the room and location was awesome, clean ,updated, and comfortable. Breakfast services were awesome as well Well worth the time and money.

Let’s start with the good stuff: 1. The staff is very professional and competent. 2. The room possessed excellent accommodations with a comfortable bed. 3. It was very clean. Now, some other stuff: 1. It would be nice if there was a night light in the bathroom to provide some room illumination to the room with the bathroom door cracked. 2. A clock would also be a plus. Yes, cell phones do provide alarm and time information, but, you can’t just open your eyes at 2:00 am and see what time it is. 3. All the offerings provided to 7 us in the restaurant were pretty good, EXCEPT one, the Rubin sandwich. This “House Specialty” menu item was the absolute worst Rubin I have had in over 60 years of Rubin sandwiches eaten all over the U.S. and other countries. The bread was soggy, the “Swiss” cheese was tasteless, the sauerkraut was mostly absent and the corned beef was more tasteless than store brand, and it should have been “shaved” instead of “thinly” sliced….. corned beef can be stringy, shaving eliminates that issue and allows for a more even distribution on the “toasted” rye bread……the 1,000 Island dressing was the only almost bright spot.

Exceptionally clean hotel with an outstanding staff and the front desk and the bar/restaurant. They provided an EXCELLENT Guest Experience!!! The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Food at the bar/restaurant was very good and the Service was top-notch. This was my first stay, but it will definitely be my preferred hotel when working with clients in Apex and Fayetteville areas.

Everything was great. The staff were great. They texted to make sure we didn't need anything.

We didn't hang the DND sign so housekeeping knocked on our door then entered then returned an hour or so late knocking again.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room! I wish the shower was a tad bigger but the water was good and HOT!!

Pillows were not big enough for the awesome king size bed. Breakfast is not free and the shower was small.

Had a double queen room booke, but we got a phone call the day of our stay saying our room had suffered a leak and we needed to be placed in a new room. Because of other town events, the only room available was a king suite with a sofa bed. Thankfully we were only 3 adults so this worked. The king bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet had a lot of options to pick from, including a good fruit salad.

Having our original booked room but I understand things happen.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cary was amazing. Ashley, Juli, Ethan, Vince, Keilon gave the warmest welcome, and the friendliest service. I would stay there just because of those people mentioned. My friend and I were valued and treated with the utmost respect. Thank you for serving us, we greatly appreciate you.

Beautiful, clean, newly renovated hotel. The staff are amazing! Ethan and Liz went above and beyond in customer service to help me with my advanced purchase non refundable stay when weather changed our plans. In this day and age when customer service seems like a thing of the past, the they delivered! Thanks so much Ethan and Liz!!

Excellent experience @ the hotel. Ethan, on front desk, very efficient and friendly had us checked in in no time. Then off to the Carolina Hurricanes game....Priceless! 😀

Undergoing renovations at the time. There was construction work happening but they were very considerate and noise and dust were not noticeable. Our room had been renovated, however, I noticed the tub/shower base had been scraped and marked during the room renovation and the surround seal had been damaged. I mentioned this to the checkout staff. She said she would pass on the information and thanked me.

Hospitable front desk and very helpful. The gentleman at the front desk was so nice during checkout and helped carry luggage to the car. We also enjoyed the pool, clean and well maintained.

Elevator can get so busy in the morning, cleaning staff as well as guests, creating quite a wait if the guest has a tight schedule.

We knew the hotel was going through renovations when we booked our stay but what stood out to me was how clean everything was. From the parking lot to the lobby (where some of the renovation was taking place) to the elevators, hallways, and into our room. The hotel was practically spotless. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and despite the renovations, the hotel was also surprisingly quiet. Work stopped by 5pm daily and was never a problem. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They let us check in our room as soon as it became available which was a nice bonus. As far as location, we had easy access to the hotel from several directions and was conventiently located near shops, restaurants, parks, and even downtown without being in the middle of it all. I would highly recommend this hotel not only for it's value, convience, location, and ammenities but also for its cleanliness and friendly staff. I look forward to staying again soon!

Ethan at the front desk was wonderful! He offered to turn on the fire pit for me every time I went outside for a cigarette. Very attentive and courteous!

This is one of the cleanest hotel I have ever stand at. The staff are amazing. The breakfast and after hour hot food is 5 star. They even have a bar for the adults.

Stayed here for a quick work trip and all was great. Even though renovations were happening I still enjoyed it. The hotel has a full restaurant, didn’t get to eat here but had a lot of options.

Check-in was seamless with Ethan. The new hotel renovations are beautiful. Our Junior King Suite is very nice and very clean.

The property is clean, pretty, and comfortable. The staff were kind and personable. I also found the breakfast bar and coffee very good. I especially like the side outdoor patio with the fire pit a great place to unwind and have a cup of coffee.

Everything was amazing, staff was so wonderful and accommodating. Looking forward to seeing the completed renovation. I appreciate the management reaching out ahead of time in regards to the renovation, but we barely noticed it going on!

A bit pricey for 1 Friday night stay but other than that no complaints. In fact the best Hilton we’ve stayed at so far, across the country. Easy check in and out via the Hilton app- no need to go to front desk, Room was spacious, clean and nice. Had a microwave, refrigerator and Kuerig. Convenient shopping near by. Planning to stay again here soon.

Honestly, the staff made our stay exceptional! The hotel itself is just your run of the mill hotel — the warm cookies at check-in was a nice touch. Parking isn’t as spacious because huge charter buses were allowed to park taking multiple spaces in front which took away the spacing availability for regular sized vehicles. My partner had to park in the parking lot of the hotel next door and was afraid he would be towed but there was no other option for parking. The facility was nice enough, bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had all Crabtree and Evelyn bath products. There is only a shower and no tub, so if that is an issue for you then you may want to check with the property. I would stay here again if needed. Again, staff was excellent — very friendly and helpful!

The staff and the service

Excellent service, location and rooms. We were traveling for soccer as a large family of 6 and booked a 2 queen bedroom and junior suite, the rooms were clean, spacious and accommodated our family perfectly. It’s not often that we can say that! All we’re truly great, I point out the cleanliness as many of the hotels family friendly are just not as up to par and it makes a huge difference in unwinding and feeling comfortable. Bonus points for lobby/pool area also offering inviting space for socializing (bar) fun (pool) and connecting with teammates (plenty of sitting areas).

We had two rooms (adjoining) for our large family and both were very clean and spacious. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating with every question or need. Will definitely be staying there again.

I wanted to thank the crew for all the help and hospitality they gave my family. The services were exceptional they treated us like family. We were there for my nephew’s wedding. I want to give a Big Shout out to “Ethan, Vanessa, Kyi and Gigi” for there part in making my friends and family feel at home! Recommended highly!!

Clean, up to date and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. We have stayed here several times when traveling through the area. This time business ended earlier than planned and they gave us a last minute late check out so we could get on the road instead of spending another night in town and wasting half a day. Much appreciated!

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It was nice to just walk down to the lobby for breakfast and reasonably priced especially with the prepaid voucher. Servers were very friendly and attentive! Pool was reasonably warm and salt water.
