We were honestly so grateful for our stay here. This was our first time staying at this hotel, and they were so accommodating to my family, especially with the size of our family. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and we had plenty of room. Even though it was hot and muggy outside, the AC was amazing, so coming back to the room felt so good. The staff was also so helpful and so nice to me. I really appreciated that they allowed us to use a cart for all of our luggage because that made getting everything to our room such a smooth transition. They also made sure we had enough room keys for our family, which was definitely a plus and made things so much easier for us. The location was great too. We were close to so many restaurants and things to do, so we were able to enjoy different activities while we were in town visiting family.

The only bad part was that I wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely stay here again.

Your room key can only get you to a stairwell and not the lobby where the elevator is. This is referring to the side doors.

This hotel is the perfect location for a business trip. Clean and efficient. Jacob was a pleasant front desk rep when we arrived at almost midnight. Our room was spacious and the free breakfast adequate. There are a few restaurants at the front of the parking lot - First Watch, cookout, a Mediterranean place.

Every single staff member was very nice and accommodating. Matthew was also a very kind person and a great bartender.

Matthew was the best bartender ever! And the breakfast was really fantastic, with great service. Overall, the hotel was very, very friendly.

We asked if they can heat up the pool for the kitchen kids. The receptionist said she would talk to the person in charge but it will take time. Two hours later and it was the same. Then, she said we will let him know tomorrow. Tomorrow was also the same!

Our experience this weekend was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment our swim team from Richmond, Virginia, arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. Matthew, the bartender, was fantastic all weekend—so friendly, attentive, and supportive of our entire group. Matthew went above and beyond his assigned duties to make our team feel welcome. Betty, the general manager, made our check-in smooth and seamless, which was a huge help with such a large team. Victoria, the guest services manager, and Cecilia, the overnight manager, were both amazing—so welcoming and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our stay exceptional. The housekeeping staff also deserves a huge shoutout for keeping everything spotless and comfortable throughout the weekend. Also a huge shoutout to the amazing breakfast crew (Tatiana and Katrina) for taking such great care of our kids early every morning! They were up bright and early with big smiles, plenty of hot food, and endless patience for a pack of hungry swimmers, which made those crack-of-dawn starts so much easier for all of us. Their warmth and energy helped kick off each meet day on the perfect note, and our team coaches and chaperones were so grateful for how well everyone was fed and looked after. If you’re traveling with a swim team, soccer group, or any large event, this hotel is the place to stay! The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our whole experience unforgettable. Highly, highly, recommend!

Wyatt was so helpful for my team when we were in town for a business meeting! He helped with setup, answered questions, and was available to answer all of our questions. We appreciated the time he took to assist with making this a good experience for our attendees. The staff was great with any assistance that we needed.

We had trouble the first day in that we had booked both conference rooms (Biggie and Small) and found out that the hotel had double-booked the room, so we were unable to use it even though it was in the contract. Wyatt was amazing in helping us set up our things so that we were able to make things work.

My Family and I frequent the area often to attend sports events...We chose this location due to how clean it is...staff is So friendly! We need to give a HUGE shout out to Evan! Always there...always willing to help! He's a keeper!

Evan at the front desk is the best! He always greets us and helps with whatever we need. We stay at this hotel everyone we are in town and Evan always has our back. Hotel is always clean and well maintained.

Visited this for the Billie Eilish concert. The room was spacious and clean and we had a nice time. I am thankful to Evan Mullinex, who found my driver's license after I departed. My name was not listed in the room reservation, but he took the time to verify my information, contact me in time to avoid the DMV hassle, and send it to me.

We really enjoyed our stay. But what made it even better was Matthew at the bar. Personable and lively. Personally enjoyed having a night cap and having great conversations with him.

Evan saved my whole week, my belt broke for my first training day at my corporate job from engineering to business and he literally let me use his belt for the day. Im eternally thankful to evan for his support with this and he saved my week and helped me make a lasting impression.

Hotel is clean and very nice. Visited in July 2025 also and had a great experience! Breakfast was delicious! Katrina and Tatiana go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your dining experience! Way to go ladies! Wish there were more like the two of you! I came back to this hotel because of your breakfast!

This is a very clean and pleasantly decorated hotel. Our initial checkin was with a young lady who talked extremely too fast and seemed to be just going through the motions. Young people need to be trained to slow down their speaking and to look at the people they are speaking to. Otherwise, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some construction going on that we heard off and on during our three-night stay, but nothing that continued or disturbed our rest. The hotel has a lovely and spacious outdoor patio area complete with firepit and pool. The cafe was really Starbucks with limited food selection and overpriced coffee and tea. It would have been very nice to have a complementary breakfast offered such as we have had at other Marriott properties.

I loved the lounge area and tvs in the lobby. Also, the breakfast was so well done and the area was kept so clean.

We were dropping our daughter off for her semester at NCSU. This hotel is in the ideal location with easy highway access. It’s also clean, modern and has a nice breakfast. We definitely plan to return here again whenever we visit her.

We always stay for several nights because our daughter is attending college in the area. It’s always nice to stay here, the room is always clean and comfortable and all the staff are very courteous and friendly. The evening manager, Cecilia, is always so kind and helpful, even checking with us when we visit the lounge near the front desk to make sure we have what we need and asks how our room is.

It was convenient to my final destination. Breakfast was good and liked the evening bar option.

Experience was horrible, it’s NOT a smoke free hotel. 3 out 5 nights, cigarette smell travel via the central vent as if someone was smoking inside the room. The electrical outlets and carpet are old, water leak at the shower door, no room service even when asked, only one staff at the front desk to handle all the guests’ requests.
