We stayed here for just one night. We were in town to see the rugby match between USA & Spain. Turned out the Spanish team was staying in the hotel as well - fun surprise. Hotel was very clean and generally, very quiet in the rooms. Lobby area was a nice space to congregate - we did avail ourselves of the pool table. We found all the staff we interacted with to be very friendly. We would stay here again.

This is a pretty new hotel. I would describe it was contemporary-chic. The king suite was very clean, modern and minimalistic, with lots of space both in the bedroom and the suite area. Parking was very easy. Lots of shops and restaurants a short walk away. Service was excellent and check-in was a breeze.

Shanell is a great employee at the Starbucks. She is very friendly and welcoming.

I had a fantastic time at this Courtyard by Marriot hotel. The most outstanding part of my stay was when Shantell and montell helped me with breakfast even though I had actually missed the hours for breakfast. Hotel was clean with friendly staff. Especially Shanell at the bistro, big smile, friendly an fast service she rocks. I do wish Courtyard revisited some of their philosophy and simply left the pot of coffee out next to where the water is for all their guests. Bistro closes at 9:30 and then Coffee is nonexistent thing except for the pay per cup machine in the hotel store

The best experience we ever had at a Marriott hotel. Everything was so clean and stylish with customer service that was friendly and helpful. The Two Marriott employees that stood out with exceptional service were Shane at the front desk and Rosa and another woman at the register working in the restaurant on 6/25/26. The Room was so clean and classy with a comfortable warm vibe. The Mediterranean quinoa rice bowl rocked!!

Shanell is the best. Very courteous, attentive, and does a great job with multiple people at the bar.

Nice hotel with clean new rooms. The food and drink service is pricy but good and the staff are excellent. I do hate the open shower though. Water all over the bathroom floor drives me nuts.

I loved everything about this property.

When we arrived, I found that our reservation had been cancelled. Unbeknownst to me, Booking.com notified me 1 hour before we arrived. We were turned away with no acceptable alternatives. I will not reserve there again nor through Booking.com again. Whole situation = unacceptable.

I love everything about this property. I frequent the Raleigh Cary area often and this is one of my top choices for a hotel. The front staff is always friendly, the hotel looks immaculate, and the rooms are so modern and chic. Absolutely love this hotel property 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Property was so clean and welcoming.

Breakfast was expensive. It would be good to include a buffet or flat rate.

Very nice room also a huge lobby great for enjoying a nice drink at the bar

Rooms were well appointed, with ample storage, comfortable mattresses and pillows, great water pressure in the shower, plenty of space around the sink for our toiletries.

Breakfast was not included and it was overpriced.

The hotel worked out perfectly for a nearby wedding that we attended. The staff was great, as well as the facilities - it really could not have worked out better!

The housekeepers were so loud this morning. They were having loud conversations in the hallway. It lasted for over 45 minutes.

Nice clean property

Most staff was very helpful but towels were not replaced and room refreshed after three days and the person at the front desk was very dismissive of the problem telling us that housekeeping had gone home. Mistakes can be made but the attitude soured our opinion of the property.

This hotel is very nice and it was extremely clean. It was very modern. Lots of shopping and food options nearby. I enjoyed the huge TV in our room.

Nice quiet area

For the price, they should have complimentary coffee instead of $3.49 a cup! I think it would make the atmosphere more inviting. Also at check in thru give out bags to the guest. I was given one bag (for me, my husband and our son)! However while getting coffee a couple checked in and they each were given a bag. Same staff member.

I didn't like that the prices were on the high side for simple , typically complementary items. The price of a plain cup of coffee was over $5.

This was a beautiful hotel. Front desk personnel were very friendly and always present and very helpful. Room was very spacious and very clean. We loved the patio and firepit, while enjoying a few drinks. The lady at the bar was very professional, kind, and very friendly. We enjoyed our chats with her. In short, the stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

I booked 2 nights through Expedia on July 12- July 14. My flight was delayed, so I arrived early on Sunday, the 13th, to check in. I was told my reservation was cancelled. I requested to stay the remaining night, but was told there were no rooms, only to find out later that I was charged for the 2 days. I find this ridiculous because I had to go to another hotel to stay. This is fraudulent.

Great hotel. Very clean and spacious. Loved the in-hotel restaurant. Amazing breakfast and service. Shanell was so helpful and attentive. I was traveling for work, had my 7 yr old son with me and have dietary restrictions. She made us feel so welcomed and accommodated us with all we needed - including even complimenting my son on his manners. She’s a standout and star here.

There are vents in the bathroom. The bathroom got extremely hot when showering.

Hotel itself was great. Very clean and updated rooms and common area. What puts them at 5 stars is the staff. Every employee I walked by greeted me including 2 I passed by in the parking lot. I highly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay this weekend. The rooms were perfect and the bedding comfortable with lots of pillows. The food was amazing, including breakfast. The bar staff was awesome! Such a beautiful hotel. The patio and lobby was very well maintained and the entire staff that we interacted with were very helpful. I would give this a 5 star plus!!!

This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the cleanliness, the modern luxury feel, all the way to the amazing staff that helped make my stay so great! Ms. Bernadette was the highlight of my trip! She made sure to accommodate all my needs and did it with a smile and no hesitation! I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Had a great time staying at this hotel. It was clean, calm, and friendly staff. Bar area and outdoor patio with pool and air hockey table meant easy entertainment for the whole fam. So much close by, great location to get around Cary and Raleigh, would stay again.

Beyond grateful to the all of the staff that assisted during my friends engagement party. They were crucial in the success of the event and I cannot thank them enough. I'm probably the most picky person to ever book a hotel... I literally read every single review from multiple sites and read between the lines of the reviews... With that said, This hotel was nice. Check in was fast and easy. Front bar area and dining area looked modern and clean. Elevators ans close to entrance and move quickly to floors. The rooms are clean. They smell naturally clean, not like they are trying to mask mildew and old rot like some places. Beds were clean. I check under the beds and sheets and in the creases of the matteress. No issues. Hardwood floor is always clutch.. Beds were also comfortable and sheets and pillowcases were clean and new. Bathroom was decent. The major places were clean and prepared nice. I think every hotel should have bathrooms on a deep clean schedule rotation. To maybe touch up just normal wear and tear. Overall, I will stay here everytime I am in the area. I hope even as the hotel ages, management maintains this place and keeps the standard high. Don't allow it to get dated and dusty. Plan ahead for a refresh and it will remain the best hotel in the area.

Rooms are really nice and modern, and the beds are really comfortable. The communal parts of the hotel are also very nice, and the gym is great for a workout before starting the day.

This is our go-to hotel for Raleigh visits. Super clean, newish, and the most friendly staff. We have a student at NC State and discovered this place a few years ago, can’t recommend enough. There are many hotels to choose from, but this one stands out from the crowd because of the people! Each and every person we have dealt with over the years at the hotel have been super professional and welcoming. One person I want to mention is Shanell who works at the Starbucks and Bar in the lobby. She makes my day every time and really has a way with people, we look forward to seeing her on our visits. We always hope she is working when we are here and she is part of the reason we keep coming back! In fact, we are staying at the hotel right now and today is her three year Anniversary! Happy Anniversary Shanell! Great hotel and people!! We’ll be back…..
