Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Breakfast was perfect with several choices and excellent coffee . Staff are all wonderful . The room was great with an a comfortable bed and clean , quality sheets, pillows etc . Bathroom very nice with a great shower. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff . Noisy road outside but peaceful calm inside and very secure . Nice nearby restaurants and cafes . 15 minute walk to Cathedral .
Our room had no windows so it felt a little like being in a cave . A/c and good lighting makes up for it though so not really a big deal .

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026La ubicacion muy centrico, cerca del paseo que te lleva al templo Guadalupe, desayuno muy rico y variado, y por estar hospedados una semana nos ampliaron las opciones de desayuno. Todo el personal muy amable, tuvimos un problema con la television y el joven Gersei nos apoyo con solucionarlo. En la habitacion pusieron un mini refrigerador lo cual es muy practico. Y Muy amable la señorita del restaurante y el señor Gustavo Tenemos años llegando a este hotel y mantienen la misma calidad, sin duda es nuestro rinconcito de paz en la hermosa Morelia. Nos vemos proximo año!!
Si tuviera que decir algo, pues que lastima que el restaurante cierra tan temprano, pues la comida es sencilla pero muy rica, recomiendo el sandwich de aguacate de la region y el consome muy casero. Ojala cerraran mas tarde para poder cenar. Y solo una mañana el agua de la ducha no estaba muy caliente, era casi fresca-

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025My first time in Morelia, Michoacan and I will definitely return. I went to celebrate a relative's birthday. When the bday boy asked me where I was staying and told him that CM was my lodging he replied, "ooooh, I like it there!" And he was serious. I will stay at Casa Madero next time I go. I liked the intimate setting of the place, not huge and got to know all the people that worked there. You can tell and feel the attentiveness by the staff. Our cleaning person was Beatriz and she did an excellent job. Ediberto the bellboy, he plays an important role and thankful to have met him. He was very friendly and amicable and hooked us up with an excellent tour quide to take us to Patzcuaro. He also reserved a taxi for us for the way back to the airport. I didn't get to know the cooks, but the comida was delicious. Chilaquiles were my favorite! Everyone was kind and very nice. Thank you Ediberto, Beatriz and Pablo for all your kindness. Last but not least, THANK YOU for checking us in early - we were exhausted and that was a nice and unexpected treat. You are all appreciated and we came back to USA with a filled heart at your kindness and graciousness will never be forgotten. We will be back!

Reviewed Apr 25, 2025We chose "Casa" because of the reported quiet surroundings and walkability to the Centro. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Acted happy to have us as guests. We had two junior suites with three children. The beds are very comfortable, and the AC was potent. Breakfast was cooked to order and filling. They provided a coffee to go complementary. I paid more for Casa and didn't mind it as the breakfast made up for the higher price on comparable hotels.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2025Casa Madero is very well located and the place itself and the decoration are beautiful. My room was confortable. Bed, linens, towels, bath robes even slippers were great. The staff is friendly and helpful, they will tend to your needs with a smile. Minor downside: the water in the shower is warm enough, not as hot as I like it, and the W.C. has a sliding glass door, not my preferred option for privacy, even with my husband of 30 years... but it´s manageable. Great hotel, overall. Would go back.
