El hotel es muy bonito pero olía a caño todo el hotel

The view was nice.

When we first got to the room the room smelled bery moldy. After the air conditioning was turned on the smell vanished. Also the TV didn’t work.

Lo único que me gustó fue el mini jacuzzi en la azotea

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Costaba mucho trabajo abrir la puerta; la llave se atoraba todo el tiempo. Lo vendieron como "con vista al atardecer" y es vista hacia una calle trasera, y no servía la puerta para salir a la terracita, estaba atorada. El olor del sargazo era insoportable. La tv solo funciona conectando tu celular, no se puede ver ningún canal de tv. No comí en el restaurante porque me parecieron muy elevados los precios, no sé qué tal esté la comida, pero no se antoja por el olor al sargazo ( algo así como estar oliendo sardinas todo el tiempo ). El mar en esa zona donde está el hotel, está muy sucio. Hay otra zona mas lejos de ahí, que está limpia. Lo sé porque me ruvevque cambiar a un hotel en esa zona y todo muy bien. Pedí que me regresaran mi dinero de esas 2 noches que ya no ocupé, pero nada ocurrió. Se echaron "la "bolita" entre booking y el hotel.

Estuvimos 4 noches y nunca nos cambiaron las toallas, la toalla de piso del baño tampoco la cambiaron, la playa la tenían muy descuidada

A pesar de que el hotel está muy céntrico y cuenta con una vista privilegiada el tema del sargazo en esta temporada exclusivamente en la zona donde se encuentra ubicado es intolerable, el personal nos ofreció otra estancia en una ubicación diferente la cual tuvimos que aceptar

Me cambiaron a un hotel de baja categoría. Lejos de la ubicación que yo solicité y no hubo reajuste de precio justo

Principalmente el sargazo y el olor. El hotel requiere de un poco de mantenimiento

Todo en general, desde la amabilidad del personal hasta la comodidad de la habitación. La hermosa vista que ofrece el balcón. La seguridad del lugar, que nadie le hace daño a nadie y te sientes seguro hasta horas altas de la noche.

Les chambres avec la terrasse vue mer

La musique un peu trop forte dans la partie restaurant bar. La plage, eau pleine d’algues et vaseuse. Un peu excentré de la partie plus animée et de la partie de plage plus sympathique.

El personal es muy atento, muy amable, aún con los inconvenientes, son muy amables y la comida es buena

Durante la estancia no tuvimos servicios de luz, agua, aire acondicionado, debido a que hubo problemas con la electricidad

Frente al hotel en el club de playa había un olor bastante fuerte debido a que la playa estaba llena de sargazo por lo cuál no se podía nadar ahí, de igual manera las camas qué aparecían en las fotos del hotel antes de actualizar el nombre no existen solo hay mesas y camastros.

La ubicación es muy buena y el hotel es muy bonito. El personal es muy amable y estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades. La alberca pequeña que tienen en la terraza también nos gustó mucho.

El mobiliario de la habitación que nos tocó estaba un poco desgastado, al baño le falta ventilación ya que al bañarse se siente un poco encerrado.

I like the convenience of the shops and restaurants around.

I did not like that: 1- Wifi did not work 2- No cover on the bed other than just a sheet 3- No door on shower

La atención del personal, la vista, la habitación es amplia, el balcón es muy lindo y puedes ver el amanecer hermoso desde ahí.

Afuera en el estacionamiento tienen la basura justo antes de entrar al hotel y es muy desagradable, las almohadas son muy muy altas, el baño no tiene suficiente presión al bajarle, el coato por noche es alto para que estos detalles existan, por lo demás todo bien.

Que no te dejan ingresar con ningún invitado y aparte se ponen muy pesados

Hay demasiadas goteras en el lobby, no puedes acceder a la playa por tanto sargazo asi qué tuvimos que ir con los locatarios en donde venden comida y tienen la playa sin tanto sargazo, el personal jamás nos llevo a la habitación ni nos dijo como funcionaba el hotel ni el servicio del restaurante, por lo tanto no acudimos ni ingerimos alimentos dentro del mismo

The entrance is dirty! The parking lot gives a terrinle image of what the hotel is going to look like. Evwn being only soil, it can be clean. The outer facade has a flaf of the hotel that looks super old and ugly, it literally gives the i.pression of a cheap hotel. My brother passed by and didn't want to stau in it because of the look. The entrance stairs are painted with a paint that shows the soil of all the shoes, it looks dirty, with a nice facade, well painted you would make it look sooo different. This is a nice hotel that with a little little love would be amaaazing!!! The sargazo smell is horrible... we loooved how spacious our room was!!!!!!the terrace it has to the malecon is amaaaazing!!!!! It was clean, though the bathroom can have some improvements, just by painting the wall would make it look cleaner. The shower also needs some detailing. The music at night is reaaly good! I loved listening pop mexican music such as Luis Miguel and Enrique Iglesias. I stayed down for hours! Loved it! It is very well located! I couldn't have breakfast since we went on a dive trip and the breakfast starts very late.. it should start at 7.. The pool is only a big jacuzzi but it is not clean. You can make a beautiful rooftop there! You have the place to make it. The view of the hotel is amaaaazing. We enjoyed opening the terrace and looking at the ocean! The staf was super nice, specially Montserrat.. all of them..Overall we enjoyed very much our stay!

+ hübscher kleiner Balkon mit schönem Blick auf das Meer (oberstes Stockwerk) + gepflegter schöner Hoteleigener Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen direkt davor + Im Restaurant beste Guacamole unserer ganzen Reise + leckeres, preisgünstiges Essen in Mahahual gibt es im „La Tartaleta Panaderia y Restaurante“ +/- Mahahual ist sehr ruhig, ausser wenn Kreuzfahrtschiff anlegen - Beleuchtung auf dem Balkon ist zentral gesteuert, kann nicht selbst abgeschaltet werden - von morgens bis nachts Musik im Restaurant - In die Jahre gekommen, Bad etwas dunkel

De locatie is top. Ook het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Het stinkt er gigantisch, dat komt door het zeewier en kan het hotel weinig aan doen, maar wel erg vervelend en storend. Verder kon de hygiëne ook een stuk beter. De kamer was aardig verouderd, zit schimmel op de lamp en de douche zat vol kalk.

Weinig te doen. Gericht alleen op cruiseschepen. Net buiten centrum. Bedden zijn prima. Kamer is voldoende. Zwembad is vies en klein. Veel afval voor de deur. Privestrand was niet te doen ivm zeewier en de geur van zeewier.

Personnel pas serviable, pas de WiFi dans la chambre, parking sale, plage non accessible car envahie de sargasses non nettoyées contrairement aux autres établissements, odeur nauséabonde.

Es un lugar increíble, la atención del staff inigualable, sobre todo Alejandro (recepción), Arely y Kevin (restaurante) y Alejandra (limpieza) Un lugar muy acogedor y lindo Solo falta agua más caliente 😬 Por lo demás todo muy bien, gracias Quinto Sole.

Enough, I’d say. They deliver for the price range.

They play really loud music at 8am because they think it will attract tourists to their beach club. In reality they wake up their guests and make them not want to recommend this. If it didn’t work, cleaning lady will come determined to knock down your door if you’re not out by the time she considers you should be outside. Great place, just don’t come if you’re not an early bird and you wish to sleep.

The hotel is in a good spot, just steps from the beach and 5min walk to busy. Loungers were available right on the sand — a definite highlight. The room was clean, spacious, and fit four people comfortably with two double beds. Having a parking spot included was also a big plus. However, we didn’t have hot water in the shower during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. The staff seemed fairly uninterested and weren’t very attentive to guests. Also, loud music played every day from around 8 AM to 10 PM, which made it hard to relax at times. It’s a nice place overall, especially for the location, but there’s room for improvement.

Reception staff are not interested, they just check you in while talking to each other while you are stood there. The bar also charges you 20 pesos if you ask to take a glass of ice to your room. Which is just odd

Le falta mantenimiento a los baños pero esta adecuada para una estancia corta

El hotel es de los mejores de la zona, tiene buena ubicación para acceso al Mar, comida, estacionamiento, servicio ameno. Al lugar le hace falta mantenimiento profundo al cuarto de baño, en coladera de la regadera sale mucho el olor del drenaje, y bisagras del cancel en muy mal estado. Todo lo demás está bien y en buen estado, camas, mesitas, cómoda y un balcón genial.

El hotel me gusto bastante, esta en una buena ubicación, me equivoqué en las fechas de reservación y llegamos antes , lamentablemente solo estuvimos una noche, trataron de ayudarme en todo momento. Regresaría sin dudarlo

Horrible, el cuarto olía a caño, no hay ni colcha, las almohadas de decoración olían a sucio y estaban súper sucias, desde temprano ponen música en el restaurante fuerte y no puedes descansar, pésimo hotel recomiendo gastar un poco más y buscar algo mejor

Very out dated and smelled like chemicals. Toilet old. Shower and toilet didn’t work at some points. Definitely not a rating of 8.

Great hotel on the Malecón, the sea view rooms are great. TV, air conditioning, and WiFi all work very well. Very friendly staff and very clean too!!

Overpriced. Dirty. They turned off our light in room for all night and morning just because they didnt know room was booked. Full of ants. No plugs in room. Very slow service. They told us, no credit card, only cash.

There were some aesthetic issues: paint job, rusting metal lamps etc. There was humidity on the ceiling from a leak and the smell of sewage in the bathroom is very strong. These all take away from the comfort. For the price, this should not be.

Breakfasts in hotels restaurant are a bit expensive and very simple. Fridge would be nice.

The service at the restaurant was awful. Ordered a mango margarita and it came in a wine glass about half full, and that was with ice! Definitely skimped on the tequila too. Not sure it was in there. They had one guy at dinner who couldn’t keep up with the work…and we were the only ones there! the door to our room was loose. the patio door looking out to the water was filthy. The shower didn’t have a door snd water went everywhere…even under the wall to the next room. No elevator. Only a top sheet tucked in and a sheet to crawl under. Not a great stay for the cost.

Room had no fridge, no phone, and no ice. Restaurant food sucks, had to pay for ice.

It’s relatively close to the pier at the better end of the walkway on the beach. The room was perfect. The pool is a little but clean puddle. The restaurant is nice for breakfast and for a drink. The main courses are not bad at all, but there are better restaurants along the stretch. The beach is nice and deck chairs are provided.
