Very neat, clean, practical. We stayed in interior one, still very comfortable if you are using room for sleeping, basic needs.

La playa por la temporada hay poco zargazo pero la mantienen limpia el área hasta donde les es posible

La ubicación frente al mar es excelente, la atención del personal es buena y hay personal trabajando para limpiar la playa diario por el tema del sargazo, era la zona con menos zargazo de todo el pueblo. Cuenta con estacionamiento y hay un club de playa frente al hotel en donde puedes estar.

La habitación en donde nos quedamos estaba hermosa y de un tamañano más grande de lo que esperaba con una vista muy bonita. El hotel, con el club de playa y el spa están muy cómodos. El personal en general súper amable.

A lo mejor los precios del club de playa son un poco altos, pero todo está muy bonito y rico. Y no te dan un consumo mínimo por quedarte en el hotel, así que creo que vale la pena.

Desgraciadamente el puerto esta muy descuidado , solo los cruceros lo hacen vivir. El hotel muy bueno , ojalá cambie el destino, porque esta por extinguirse.

Sin duda el mejor hotel en todo Mahaual. La ciudad es tan aburrida que en algun momento decidimos quedarnos en el hotel y disfrutar el beach club. Los meseros Marco, David, Jonathan, Ney y todo el equipo del restaurant fueron muy amables y nos sirvieron excepcionalmente.

Creo que se puede hacer mejor para limpiar el sargazo de la playa privada. Esto pudiera ayudar mucho.

Las habitaciones pueden mejorar su ventilacion, el baño olia muy mal a humedad desde el momento en que llegamos, pedimos cambiar de habitacion nos dieron la opcion pero unicamente si nosotros cubriamos la diferencia. El resto de la experiencia fantástica. El servicio de restaurante espectacular.

Hotel perfectly located next to the best dive shop and near local sea food restorent (hotel have it's owner restorent though) . The Beach Club is undoubtedly once of the best in the area. Rooms are quiet, clean, well equipped. Thanks to Edwardo (the owner), we upgrade to a sea view bedroom, the panoramic view is stunning!

Para ser junior suite y por el costo esperaba mucho más , desgraciadamente si la habitación no da al frente no es nada especial y algunos muebles están un poco anteriores y podrían están en mejores condiciones

We upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite and it was so worth the money. The view was amazing, balcony was spacious and had plenty of seating. Staff was most accommodating and very friendly.

The 2 bedroom in the back of the hotel was very small and no seating on the very small balcony. We stayed in it on our last day because the room we had upgraded too was taken that day, so moved to our original room, was a let down after the ocean view!

De locatie is perfect. Niet in het drukke gedeelte en direct aan het strand.

De kamers zijn echt heel gehorig. Daarnaast zat er in onze kamer 1 raampje maar vond ik de kamer heel donker, een opgesloten gevoel.

We had a fantastic stay at Noah Beach Hotel and Suites and would absolutely choose it again on a future trip to Mahahual. The location is wonderful—right along the Malecón, which made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Our second-floor suite was a highlight, with an amazing deck overlooking the Malecón. It gave us the perfect balance: we felt like we could take in everything happening below while still enjoying the privacy and comfort of being up above. The restaurant in the building was another big plus. It was consistently great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we ended up eating many of our meals there because it was so convenient and enjoyable. There was also another excellent restaurant nearby, giving us even more great dining options within easy walking distance. If we get the chance to visit Mahahual again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

The on-site restaurant is convenient and offers good food, though it is a bit on the pricey side compared to other local spots—worth trying, but you may also want to explore nearby options.

The location is excellent for a short stay in Mahahual, at the quiet end of the beach. The atmosphere is nice, with friendly staff and a great relationship with Malecon 21 restaurant and beach club for shared amenities. The rooms are super clean and well appointed. The staff are helpful and all amenities at the hotel or within a short walk. The only downside is the Superior Room. We recommend paying extra for a balcony room. The only window was to the courtyard thus dark and an echo chamber, especially at night.

The hotel has to be the nicest of the island. It’s modern, clean and the staff are lovely. The manager is also always available and super friendly. It was my birthday so I was kindly upgraded to the presidential suite which was very private and had a large balcony to enjoy. The only criticism I have is that they were doing minor construction on the building every day during our stay. The manager did say if this bothers you please notify me. We didn’t, however the hotel was full so I thought it strange why this work was being scheduled in at this time. We have a beautiful meal on the beach and the staff made a huge effort to make it memorable.

La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación tenía un buen tamaño. Muy cómoda la terraza de la habitación, aunque algo sucia. El agua de la regadera estaba a muy buena temperatura y presión. Habían suficientes almohadas y estana bien ventilada la habitación.

Los muebles de la terraza estaban muy sucios y con muy polvo. El piso de las instalaciones tiene un acabado muy feo, sin terminar.

La atención del personal desde nuestra llegada fue excelente; siempre se mostraron amables, en especial el gerente, muy amigable y atento a lo que necesitáramos. Nos hospedamos en la suite con vista al mar, fue la mejor decisión, la habitación era tal cual las fotos, con una terraza en la que podías disfrutar de la vista después de un día de paseo. La zona es tranquila e ideal para pasar unas vacaciones relajantes, ya que se encuentra algo alejada de la zona más concurrida por los turistas de crucero, por lo que la playa suele ser más tranquila. La distancia no es problema para recorrer el malecón caminando y disfrutando de los comercios y las vistas. Al lado del hotel hay un restaurante y otros comercios que favorecerán la estancia.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was given a tiny room with no window. Being a photographer/videographer being that thrives with good light, I requested a different option. Director Oswaldo, an expert hotelier through and through offered a suite option, with a living room, mini kitchen, and balcony access from the living room and bedroom! The upgrade came at a cost but it was so worth it. The food and drinks at Malecon 21 are phenomenal as well. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Thank you to the team for the fantastic service!

-Hair in shower from previous guest(s). I have a phobia of hair that has left a human's head. -Electric kettle did not work. No big deal, as I used to mini stovetop to heat up water. -Ants in bathroom and kitchen sink area. Nothing a little bug spray can't fix.

En général, nous avons été très déçu de cet hôtel. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de mettre des commentaires négatifs mais j'aurais aimé savoir cela avant de réserver. Tout d'abord, nous avons été surpris d'arriver dans une chambre n'ayant aucune fenêtre, apart une petite donnant sur le couloir intérieur de l'hôtel. La chambre était très sombre et humide ce qui la rendait vraiment désagréable. Quand ils indiquent "vue sur cour intérieur" c'est mensonger, ce n'est pas une cour intérieure, c'est un couloir. Nous avons donc demandé de changer de chambre, et avons payé un beau supplément pour passé dans une Suite avec des fenêtres. La Suite que nous avons eu n'était pas bien nettoyée du tout. Dans la salle de bain, nous avons découvert un mouchoir usagé juste derrière la vasque du lavabo, ce qui montre que le ménage était TRES partiel. La salle de bain n'était pas très propre et pas bien entretenue : beaucoup de calcaire, de moisissure..... C'était très désagréable. Le meilleur, c'est à la fin de la journée quand nous avons souhaité nous coucher, nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'il n'y avait qu'un drap housse et que les draps avaient été oublié (il n'y a pas de couette, juste une couverture type laine sans draps donc pas très propre). Nous avons signalé cela aimablement à la réception et là encore, absolument aucun excuse ni sourire. Au bout de 10 minutes, on nous a apporté un drap que nous avons nous même mis.... De plus, lorsque nous avons pris la Suite en supplément, nous avions vu qu'il y avait un balcon, ce qui pouvait être pratique. Malheureusement, c'est inutile puisqu'il n'y a AUCUN mobilier sur le balcon : pas de chaise, ni de table. Donc vous ne pouvez pas en profiter. De plus, là encore, la propreté laisse à désirer : les rambardes sont pleines d'excréments d'oiseau et jamais nettoyées, c'est lunaire.

Located right on the promenade. The beach opposite is very well kept. Parking next to the hotel. The waiters in the attached restaurant were very good. Room was clean and functional. Good value.

It wasn't possible to call the lift from the 3rd floor! No view from our room, but that was as described.

The food is wonderful and everything is comfy and clean; great beach club with great music.

Wifi was very poor, but other than that I highly recommend.

La ubicación.

Aunque pagué por una sencilla, está habitación era claustrofóbica, con ruido de alguna maquinaria del sistema de aire acondicionado o calentador, no lo sé; lo que hizo nada grato tratar de dormir. Además, para ir al baño de la habitación, había un pasillo que conectaba a otras dos puertas, lo que me hacía sentir insegura.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the Noah. Shout out to Oswaldo (the GM) for the warm reception! The location is on the edge of the boardwalk but we did not mind the walk at all. Just a short walk to other beach clubs and hotel restaurants. Aesthetically, the hotel grounds hit the mark (beach club, restaurant, and lobby). My room was not as inviting perhaps because it was their basic room; gloomy, not decorative, and bed was hard. We ate dinner at the restaurant for 2 of 3 nights and my party gave positive comments. Just note, the prices are on the higher end including the cervezas. We only had one slightly sour experience at the beach club. One night, we purchased a couple beers at the market to have a night capper at the beach club. We quickly got shut down as a member of the staff coldly advised we could not drink beverages purchased outside. That's fine but it was his tone that turned us off.  Anyhow, Cheers!

The hotel is visually appealing but feels basic and hastily built. The structure seemed poorly made with thin walls—you can easily hear neighboring guests—and it didn’t inspire confidence in case of a storm. Although our balcony room was advertised with an ocean view, palm trees blocked most of it, and the strong sulfur smell from decaying seaweed made sitting outside unpleasant. The room had several maintenance issues: the balcony doors didn’t lock, the toilet cover wouldn’t stay up, and the shower head dripped constantly. Service was inconsistent; cleaning staff was kind, but reception felt indifferent and unwelcoming. One receptionist never greeted us, even when we greeted her. During checkout, the receptionist required an unexpected room inspection, which felt awkward. As part of the stay, we could access the beach club, but the water was murky with algae and there were dead fish. The restaurant food was well-presented and tasty, though expensive compared to local options. The broader Mahahual beach area was disappointing. Private businesses have taken over large sections of the coastline-technically not legal in Mexico. Walking along the boardwalk, persistent vendors constantly approach to sell services, which makes the area feel more commercial than relaxing. We went snorkeling but found only a few fish and gray coral, a stark contrast to years ago when turtles and jellyfish were common. Overall, overpriced for the limited comfort and experience.

Está muy limpio el hotel, habitación igual limpia, el tema es que tienen una receptora de mariscos enfrente y ocasiona un poco de mal olor . En general y quitando ese tema, todo lo demás muy bien

After a road trip accross Mexico we ended up rather by coincidence in this place. What a great surprise. Very well located right at the beach, large and lovely decorated rooms. And super friendly staff (and management). Also the restaurant (inside the hotel but under seperate management) was extremely pleasant with excellent food, served right on the beach. Super staff and management. So happy the have found the place. It is without doubt the best hotel and restaurant in Mahahual.

Great location. It‘s located at the end of the main beach strip and therefore calmer than many other places. Nice beach bar. Great drinks and food in the beach bar, however quite expensive compared to the other places in Mahahual.

Our room‘s windows were not facing outwards but into the hallway, so we hardly got any natural light. Also, the curtains were too short so that the hallway light was constantly shining onto our heads throughout the night. A connecting door to the adjacent hotel room enabled the guests of both rooms to hear each which is not great for any party. In addition, the AC was located in a position that it blowed onto the beds, making sleeping almost impossible. In total, such room should not be rented out as hotel room. If you’re planning to spend much time on the sea (snorkeling, swimming, diving) this is not the ideal place for you as there are no possibilities to hang your wet clothing and gear.

This is a very nice hotel. It has great location. Its personnel is very nice. It has direct access to the beach and it has great views.

Oswaldo the manager was excellent. He book our hotel and transportation from chetmaul airport to hotel through watsapp and very responsive. He took care of us very well. The rooms are very nice and clean. The service was great.

Piso resbaloso provocó caída de mi madre por lo que tuvimos un salir antes de la fecha programada para llevarla a realizar radios X Quedaron en generarle un crédito que hasta la fecha llega La comida está buena pero sus precios demasiado altos y en USD Mucha bulla de otros huéspedes y en el hotel no hicieron nada La playa no está limpia me toco puro lluvias y para lo que conocí en 2014 Mahahual ya no es el paraíso para ir a conocer En resumen una mala experiencia Mejor ir a Bacalar 100/100 recomendado

This hotel is really pretty, but the tv in my room did not work. Also the beach town shuts down by 6 pm. Which I thought was a bummer. It was only one restaurant open. I thought I could go down to the hotels bar to hang out but the bar also closes super early. If you are planning to visit Mahahual make sure you do all your shopping arriving and eat before 7 pm because you wont find anything open.

We spent two wonderful nights at Noah Hotel in Mahahual and absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts is that the hotel is right on the beach—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun with your feet in the sand and the ocean breeze all around. It’s the kind of place that makes it easy to unwind. The hotel’s restaurant, Malecón 21, deserves a review of its own. The food was absolutely delicious—so much so that we didn’t even feel the need to explore other places to eat. We were on a mission to try as many things on the menu as possible, and everything we ordered was outstanding. From the fresh seafood to the unique flavors and great presentation, it exceeded our expectations. We are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful beach getaway with amazing food and warm hospitality.

Hotel bonito, limpio, agradable, buen restaurante en el hotel y a una cuadra de la propiedad. Una panadería excelente a 6 minutos caminando; el club de playa limpio y bien atendido. Que no me gustó: los alrededores, están muy sucios y descuidados. El pueblo se ve sucio, deben pugnar con la delegación municipal por màs limpieza en la zona.

We spent 5 wonderful days at this hotel in Mahahual, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The cleanliness of the entire property was outstanding — our room was spotless and perfectly maintained every day. The location it’s just amazing: right in front of the most beautiful stretch of beach in all of Mahahual with a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. In addition to that, the hotel is just above Malecon 21 the best restaurant in town. If you’re planning a trip to Mahahual, don’t hesitate. Mucha gracias Osvaldo!
