Best Western Dawson Creek

Nice new facility with a hot breakfast.

Location, views, comfortable room and beds, great coffee, nice table space. Awesome and smile reception staff.

The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good. Free coffee or tea in the room and in the lobby, with flavored cream options, as well as a diabetes friendly sweetener option.

We booked the jacuzzi suite for two nights. The jacuzzi didn't work. The pump made air-movement sound, but the jets didn't make bubbles. Presumably, the air hose inside the tub was disconnected. There was also a lot of unnecessary confusion amongst the staff about the duration of our stay, which required multiple conversations with frontdesk staff. Housekeeping knocked, then entered our room while we were still in bed. Then housekeeping staff didn't go into our room once we left for the day, even though front desk said they would be going in while we were out to do our towels/trash.

Location

Price was high

IT WAS SAFE ,QUITE AND EASY PARKING

It was nice

Staff super helpful and friendly, breakfast kept stocked and good variety, loved the sauna

Very clean and spacious room! We had the suite and it was incredible.

The Bestwestern in Dawson Creek was great. The breakfast was one of the best I have had, the choices were great and the service was fantastic!

It was very clean and quiet. Staff was very nice. The only thing which is not so good was the tv doesn't work. They got this smart tv thing seemed that you have to have computer science degree to operate so you can watch a bit of news or a movie in the evening... which is funny. I am not a big tv watcher so it is fine by me, by my poor husband was just lost...haha...have to call the person at the front desk to tune into a channel and can not change to watch something else unless call the staff again.

Friendly staff clean rooms great breakfast

Clean

Clean, quiet hotel. No pool. But has a sauna. One of the better establishments in Dawson Creek. I recommend it over most others.

Great location

Great breakfast and quiet room.

We enjoyed staying here. We had our dog and the next room had their dogs and we didn’t hear them. Lovely room. Breakfast buffet was really good.

Quick overnight for work

Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. My sister said the continental breakfast was fabulous and delicious with lots of choices. The staff were very friendly. We were all impressed and would definitely stay there again.

Awesome

Very disappointed about there not being a pool and hot tub on site even though they advertise saying they have them. They are across the street and were closed. After 11 hrs of driving I was so looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. I should have gone somewhere else.

great hotel, always my choice when im in dawson creek

great service

Good breakfast; spacious suite

The beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The whole hotel was very clean and the front desk was very helpful since I am from out of town they were very good at giving directions.

Breakfast was great. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Great hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed, good shower, great dining. Only downside is parking. Small parking lot and you end up parking by a night club which has its risks Overall, I’m returning to this hotel. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Great place to stay

I don’t often leave a bad review but this property was not clean at all. For the price it should have been much better it’s cleanliness was in the category of very poor.

Best place to stay

Central location and near all local services

Best place to stay in Dawson Creek

Staff were friendly and helpful.

good stay

Extremely clean!!!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The breakfast had lots to choose from and something for my son with dietary restrictions. Will definitely stay again

Manager and front desk very unexperience would not work out with guests. Very greedy

was a good stay!

Minimal for the price compared to others near by

For the price compared to other hotels nearby a better quality breakfast

Just a nice place to stay.

Easy access to hotel. Front desk personnel were great. Clean comfortable room.

Had bag stolen out of back of truck

Close to event Center, casino, walkable to large store

Very friendly staff...Clean, modern place... Will be back

Clean was room, area around the motel was not well kept. Staff was nice and helpful . I would recommend it to anyone

Very nice place Very clean and staff was friendly and friendly. I recommend this place.

Clean, friendly staff

Was clean and comfy

I was charged an extra $43.09 at checkout, saying my initial charge for 2 night's wasn't enough!!! Not impressed at all... Staff weren't helpful at all.

location

the room was extremely hot even though the heat was shut off.

Clean, well maintained property. Good security, friendly staff.

We liked everything except their charging me a $50 deposit for "incidentals" Other Holiday Inn Express did not.

close to down town

Enjoyed my stay.

casino close by. clean and good breakfast

price is way too high for what it is.

Love staying here Staff were friendly and accommodating Breakfast was good too 5/5

overall it was a nice hotel but was quite disappointed when we got there to find out there was no pool (as advertised online). We specifically stayed there as it said there was a pool otherwise we would have stayed a block away for $10 more.

New property, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast

Location requires a car, but also very quiet

Very clean , awesome friendly staff

Very nice, great parking, great breakfast

Breakfast was simple but covered all the bases. Nice to see the fresh fruit.

Hotel was nice! Only issue we had was the sofa couch bed wasn’t made… so after a long 8-9 hour drive we had to make our own bed.

Very clean! Would stay again.

Convenient location, and great sauna

Thanks

It was great
