Staff was friendly breakfast was early and great

No hot water. Tried several times to take a hot shower and the water only got room temperature

Excellent location if you are coming or going to Edmonton, right off the highway. Simplest registration - give your name and they give you the room card. Breakfast was included and was quite good with hot food that included bacon, sausages, egg and pancakes. There were the usual dry cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit of banana and oranges.

This is an older building with limited plugins and no USB outlets. The beds were a bit on the soft side and the age of the building was showing a little. But they didn't charge a lot of money so it was still a fair deal.

The staff were incredible especially the front desk lady and the male 2nd floor housekeeper

We booked and paid for an Executive King Suite and were given a standard room with 2 double beds. We did not get reimbursed in any way and we were not given an explanation for the changes. Very disappointed. Will never stay there again or book through Booking.com ever again.

The fact we didn't get the room we had booked or reimbursed in any way pretty much says it all.

The breakfast was good, kitchen eating area spotless. Our room smelled horribly of smoke and just dirty carpet smell. There were many burns and stains on it also. But since we had dog with us, did not complain.

The carpet needs to go. I need to wash all clothes I took whether I wore or not cut they stink.

The staff were very friendly. It was close to everything.

The shears were ripped and tattered. The rooms are not as sound proof as one would think. There was a lot of noise through the night coming from above.

Booked a king room and they had us in two doubles. They managed to get us a queen room. But paid the price of a king. Rooms were all messed up. Hotel smelled strongly of air fresheners. Very very strong smells

Staff was friendly kind knowledgeable..Breakfast was the best I've ever had with an exceptional amount of choices hot and cool. Parking was adequate. Housekeeping worked quickly to clean our room upon check in.

After check in room had not been cleaned had to wait over half hour for it to be cleaned. Furniture was dated and uncomfortable 🙃.

The breakfast had great selections and the breakfast staff did a great job.

More electrical outlets by the tables at breakfast.

Just to heads up other travelers the internet service is slow. This can affect business meetings, i didnt have any this day but often do. Otherwise the hotel was clean and quiet, rooms a bit dated pillows on bed could be better and more than 2 would be nice.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Property & rooms are super clean. Lots hot water & good pressure. Beds are very comfortable good lighting. Walmart is somewhat behind the property (walkable), but we did t hear the normal PM Walmart parking lot noise.

It could be very good but the floors were very dirty in the halls and the rooms! The odour of cleaning fluid or something was over powering, the linens were off white but suppose to be white. It wouldn’t take much to make this a good place to stay

It was a very clean and all the staff are all very friendly. They are were very welcoming to my dog too. I will definitely stay the next time I need accommodations in Dawson Creek BC. Also they have a super hot breakfast every day.

The receptionist was kind and accommodating. There was an issue with our room and she immediately moved us. In the morning, we had to get a flat tire fixed (thankfully there is a Canadian Tire next door) and she let my husband hold my breakfast until I returned, about a half-hour after the breakfast period. Much obliged!

The receptionists were friendly and the cleaning ladies were very helpful. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the included breakfast was great.

Room clean shower not working very well

ONE of The bed was urine stained with smell.Complained about the smell,nothing was done.Went to crawl in bed, and that's when we found the smell was coming from the sheets and bed.Went back to the desk with the smelly sheet.They gave us another room UP STAIRS.Yet earlier that day was told they had no other rooms available. No discount,no help as lm disabled and my kids are young girls.Carpet had stains,no bath towels only 3 hand towels. The second room had foam toppers on them that were to short,The small pillow fell into the gap between foamy and head board.We all have sore necks.Im 63 never stayed in such a filthy run down place. When leaving a different girls was at the desk.l mentioned how the first bed stunk so bad and the way we were treated.The only person that seemed remotely concerned.Gave our pet deposit back.l also had to argue with the front desk about the description of the room we thought we pre booked was supposed to have a couch.The room did not have a couch.l ended up showing my receipt from the bookings ap.Still wanted to argue.l gave up as l wanted to rest from our long drive. Also when the wire brought the urine stained sheets to the front desk the women said we alternate changing the bedding between days.WOW!

The lady who checked us in was more interested in her phone scrolling than attending to us. I was put in a smoking area when I cant stand the smell. we did get another room when i spoke to the receptionist. The bathroom needs lots of TLC. The toilet seat was loose. The shower was almost clogged so was the tub drain. The tub had hairs in it

I liked the friendliness of all the staff I interacted with. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety. The towels and bedding could be newer and in better condition - holes and discolouration. The room's air conditioning unit worked well and was very quiet, a nice surprise.

The desk staff were chill and helpful with anything i had questions for or requests of. The place was quiet, had no trouble sleeping. Bed comfort was okay. Not great, not bad. Breakfast times being from 4am to 9am is stellar. Room ac + heat worked great. Water pressure for shower was good. But the water is rather hard/harsh and will dry your skin out noticably. Only downsides really were that the there was spilled drink on top of the rooms mini fridge when i came in, plus old cigsrettes burns in tbe carpet (no smell), in the non smoking room, and the walls were fairly dirty, could use a wipe doen. And the place feels very 70's in the rooms. Honestly if the cleaners were more thourough it would help a fair bit. Overall good stay other than that.

The room was dirty hallways were dirty one look and we said sorry we will not stay here. Expedia had rated it at a 10 should have been a minus whorse we have seen for a long time.

Ventilator in badkamer werkte niet, stopcontact in badkamer hield de stekker niet vast (uitgesleten). Vitrage had een flinke scheur van zo’n 50 cm. ‘sNachts viel de stroom uit en ging een heel luidruchtige motor van een generator zijn werk doen.

Cozy stay, at an affordable price. Decor is outdated, but bed was comfortable, breakfast options were awesome, and location is convenient right along main driving route.

The room was clean and spacious .The Manager was so very friendly. On our 3 week treck from Kelowna BC to Dawson City YT tgis was the best place we stayed at, Sorry we didn't stay longer just because of the value we got at this place. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very reasonable pricing. Free breakfast was good. Service was excellent. Front desk people were awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Dawson Creek on their trip.

It was a good hotel at the price. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was included, eggs, waffles, cereal, coffee, juice, the usual offerings.

Checked in at 3 then got a phone call from front desk at 4 to see when we were checking in. Room was very dated and smell of musty old things. Bed was not okay and breakfast was average

Great value for what I paid. It was important for me to have a pet-friendly room. Bed was comfy and breakfast was great! Highly recommend for travelers.

This hotel badly needs a renovation. While the room was moderately clean, the carpet is dirty, the tiles are cracked and detached in the bathroom and the seat on the toilet was loose. Beds were comfortable. It is rated "Excellent" by Hotels.com, that rating is in need of a review.
