Good location

Stained linens, stained walls, nearby bar plays music until 1:30 AM making sleep difficult, no adjustable shower head. No lift/elevator. This place is affordable, but I found it cramped and unpleasant. It's fine for an overnight stay as a solo traveler, but anything longer would be very unpleasant.

Attenzione, foto su Booking non corrispondono a quello che vi aspetta. Sporco dappertutto. Muffa sui muri, ti rubava il respiro.Lenzuola sembravano usate, nel water tracce di sporco...confrontando lo staff della struttura con la truffa continuava a mentire dicendo che quelle camere (mostrate su Booking) erano tutte occupate e rimaste solo le nostre. Un incubo. Abbiamo subito abbandonato l' hotel...anche perdendo i soldi.

Wish the room is equipped with individual iron/iron board, easier for women wearing hijab to iron clothes. The unifi TV in the room is hard to access because no user guide/manual is provided

Hade bokat med ett trebäddsrum, enl beskrivningen fanns det bäddsoffa i dubbelrummet. Tydligen fanns bara bäddsoffan i ett av hotellets rum och trots att vi bokat detta fick vi ett dubbelrum med vanlig soffa. Fick argumentera en lång stund med personalen innan vi fick en extrasäng i rummet utan att betala extra.

Loved the comfortable bed, strong water pressure in the shower, ample parking, excellent location in the centre of Georgetown and the friendly team managing this hotel.

There was no gym and also no breakfast served, which could be considered in future.

Electricity plug. Only 2-3 points and also are not provided the international types like other hotels.

Super bad condition hotel! Not deserve any star! Very old and rundown condition! Keep quiet when we asked for cancellation on the following night! Mouldy walls and ceiling, bad condition bathroom and toilet, smelly floor carpet, no response from the hotel management after we request for cancellation and refund!

Garden was nice

Room had ants, no fridge, very small and cramped, no towels when checking in. no lift. staff were asleep,

very comfortable bed ; really good housekeeping; small heritage style hotel; helpful staff

perhaps invest in some small fridges in the rooms?

The interior of room and nice chandelier, the garden area with swing really I enjoy

There is no dressing table or mirror in our deluxe room.. Checked with reception, she ask me to use mirror at toilet. Aircond is not cool enough, maybe need to service, If this all is perfect I can rate the hotel excellent
