The room was clean and nice, internet is quite fast, and the location is amazing - pretty much close to everywhere you'd want to go in Georgetown

if you have a sleeping problem due to any noice, this might not be the best spot for you. The walls are fairly thin, so you can clearly hear people in the hallway and the next-door rooms. I had a tough time sleeping because of the noise. That said, if noise doesn't bother you much, it’s still a solid option.

The location is good.

You have to pay an extra RM10 for an additional key card; it’s not a deposit. Also, I strongly recommend not booking a room without windows. It feels very suffocating, and the room isn’t very soundproof, so you may wake up several times during the night because of noise coming from outside the room The water pressure from the shower hose is inconsistent, and the ventilator in the bathroom is quite noisy as well. The location is good, but it’s not the best.

Location is good, room are spacious & clean

Don’t provide enough basic essentials (like hangers, slippers, toiletries, hairdryers etc). No fridge in the room. Parking is first come first get basis, and they only have 6-8 parking lots. And the parking area is hard to park cuz there’s lots of pillar and very limited space.

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Georgetown, well within walking distance of many popular eateries and tourist destinations. The rooms are clean and comfy. Covered parking is also available but for limited slots.

The hotel charges RM10 just for an extra key card. Not a deposit but payment. Was quite inconvenient because I was sharing the room with my son, especially since we also need the key card to access our floor in the elevator. This meant having to wait for staff to help me access our floor whenever I stepped out. Also had to wait for someone to accompany me to help open the door at night as my son was asleep while I was out. The hotel should consider taking another look at this policy. I can definitely afford the RM10, but it's the principle of it that is not right.

Camera senza: cassaforte e frigobar. Inesistente l’insonorizzazione: sia esterna che interna, che non permette di dormire in modo tranquillo e continuo. Bagno piccolo e strutturato male. Personale non all’altezza di una struttura al pubblico. Altro punto sgradevole: se si è in 2 e non si esce entrambi dalla stanza chi scende non può più risalire al piano, visto che in ascensore serve la chiave della stanza. Le scale sembrano solo ad uso “d’emergenza”. Attenzione: non si può portare alcun cibo in camera.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. One of the staff members was not very friendly, and when I asked about the parking situation, I was quite disappointed by the response. Instead of offering any assistance or suggesting a possible solution, he simply replied, “Not sure” and “I don’t know.” I understand that he may not have had the answer, but I believe the situation could have been handled in a more helpful and professional manner. Additionally, there was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom, although I couldn’t identify where it was coming from. This was quite uncomfortable and definitely affected the overall experience. I hope the management can look into both issues, as I believe customers deserve better assistance from the staff and a cleaner, more pleasant environment with the amount of that.

This is in a great location in the unesco area. Easy walk to restaurants, hotels, shopping etc.

Camera accogliente, pulita e perfettamente corrispondente alle foto. Staff cordiale e disponibile, molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli oltre l’orario di check-out.

L’unico aspetto negativo è la scarsa insonorizzazione: dalla camera si sentivano chiaramente i rumori e il passaggio delle persone nel corridoio.

I had a windowless room which I didn't like. Personal reaction. Room was serviced daily. Had to go to another section on the floor to get water from a machine. No refrigerator. Location is excellent with a short walk to Penang road.

Tuvimos un problema ya que reservamos para 4 personas y nos dieron una habitación para 3 (sería un problema entre Booking y el hotel), pero costó que nos dieran una solución. Al final pagamos más y nos dieron una habitación un poco más grande… Las habitaciones no tienen nevera.

The location, it’s very central. They also cleaned my room each day at reasonable hours.

They are culturally paranoid and the value for money isn’t there. If you arrive from abroad and only have a debit card, expect having to walk to an ATM to give them a cash deposit equivalent to $25. I would not bother my clients for a deposit of that amount. Especially since people might be landing from other continents. I moved to a different hotel on my last night for the same price and it was much nicer (not windowless, more space, no deposits). They are also not super friendly or helpful with tourism. I think this is a business trip hotel.

- Very clean throughout the hotel - Bed was really comfortable - Bed sheets and towels were fresh and clean - Water refill is available - Power points next to bed - Not too far to walk into main areas of Georgetown

- One of the noisiest hotels Ive ever stayed in, there is absolutely 0 soundproofing. We heard people coming in and out all night, doors slamming, chairs being pushed around loudly and even someone's alarm going off early in the morning woke us up. We did not get very good sleep here. I wear earplugs to sleep and still got woken up. Such a shame because the hotel was really great otherwise but the noise really ruined our stay. - Strongest perfume smell in the lobby and lift it made our eyes water. Had to hold our breath whenever we walked through. A little perfume is ok but please tone it down! - They make you keep a paper slip to get your deposit back when you check out which is both annoying and pointless. They have it on their record so why is the slip needed? Why cant they keep hold of the slip? Very strange.

Amazing value for price and the location is perfect, walking distance to popular cafes and walking streets. Their new branch is perfect for a family of 5 and equipped with a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The front desk receptionist is very kind and responsive as well :).

This property definitely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location in Georgetown, not far from some amazing eateries and bars as well as plenty of heritage sites, temples and other attractions. For the price I paid I was really happy with the cleanliness of the room, the fact it had a window, the great AC, the comfy bed and the hot shower. It even had a desk with a chair! Additionally it is quite modern with a fast lift, a water machine in the corridor and an automated check in/check out experience. Finally, the check-in lady was really friendly and helped me to use the machine as well as greeted me when I came in and out of the hotel. I was very impressed and if I'm on a budget again I will be sure to check out this property.

I think there could be a bit of artwork on the walls- the rooms were clean and simply decorated but a bit of artwork would make it even nicer. This is not the fault of the hotel per se but there was a sewage smell in the area which you can smell in the room. Again, I don't believe this is anything to do with the hotel but it is something to be made aware of.

La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione, centrale vicino alle attrazioni principali. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. Se noleggiate auto o moto la struttura ha a disposizione un parcheggio coperto e costudito

Sehr gute Betten, Dusche mit Druck und warm wasser.

Trotz Fensterlose zimmerbuchung war immer noch ein wenig von außenlärm zu hören. Zum Glück waren nicht viele Zimmer in meiner nähe belegt.

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich sehr zentral. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erreicht. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und einen Wasserspender. Es sieht so wie auf den Bildern aus.

Die Lage ist super und auch das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Es ist wirklich extrem ringhörig und für leichte Schläfer ist es nichts. Wir mussten immer mit Oropax schlafen. Diese werden auch kostenlos an der Reception abgegeben.

Friendly staff with friendly smile and greetings. She took effort to provide umbrella since it was raining when wanted to out for dinner. The room was clean and reasonable in terms of space. There is wifi in the room and can ask for basic amenities like toothbrush if needed. There is a dedicated place at the hallway to iron clothes with place to hang the clothes which was quite helpful during ironing. The location is quite near to eateries, self laundry and convenient shop, and a walking distance to certain tourist spots.

The mattress seemed to be a bit soft on one side (head) so felt a bit uncomfortable when lying down.
