River Meadow Manor

I love everything about this place, I visit it quarterly. The best place to go to recharge.

Nothing

Das Abendessen hatte nichts mit dem offerieren Essen auf der Homepage zu tun. Schlechte Qualität zu hohen Preisen. Personal kam nur nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen an der Rezeption.

The gardens are beautiful

There were no hairdryer.

Everything

Nothing to complain about

Noise by conference attendees before leaving, including playing their music loudly for all to hear. Walls are a thin and human noises from rooms adjacent can be clearly heard. Suggest that you engage with the Metro to do something about the exotic, invasive birds that dominate the garden, i.e Rose-ringed Parakeets and Common Myna.

Amazing views with some animals to gaze at😍

I had a telephone in my room that wasn’t working. That was an inconvenience.

Dining area clean and beautiful

The room smelled a bit like smoke

Clean and quiet environment. Friendly staff and delicious food.

Breakfast was not included in the overall payment.

Its a beautiful location , very quiet.

We had to cross on overflowing bridge. Signage to reception bad, and the reception not welcoming

Comfort

Your people are so very kind. From cleaners to receptionists.

I ordered supper on Thursday. The lamb chops were too fatty.

Lovely gardens Friendly staff Property has so much potential

No attention to detail on room - one towel and bottle of water but we booked as a couple A bat in the room - took ages to come take it out Noted multiple times it was our 15 yr wedding anniversary but made no effort for us Multiple items on the food and drinks menu not available Lovely pool but not towel or lounges next to pool Started at leaf blower outside our room at 06:45

Stunning venue with gorgeous rooms and a lovely restaurant!

The bed was uncomfortable.. hard like a rock.

The property exterior looks good

The food Noise Thin walls Spa service

The beautiful gardens

friendly staff received help easily process of extending my stay was seamless, spacious and comfortable room

plug points were inaccessible...this is due to how the headboard is installed. I could be wrong but you might need to check the plugs on the right on whether or not they work

great rooms

dining area was disorganized, and staff were not readily available to assist/ and provide service when needed

i loved the room orientation, accessability, natural lighting.

my phones didnt connect to wifi. At the time i was there the restaurant wasnt operating,,, maybe its due to the fact that i went there during the week,

I cannot fault anything.

Place

Nothing

Quick and easy check in. Nice privacy and good service. Unit was clean and all amenities topped up. Tranquil setting. We'll definitely be back.

The lady that checked us in, wasn't as friendly as the rest of the staff. It may have been that it was late and she was tired, but the lady that was on the morning shift was great.

Elegant

Food was great and beautiful surroundings.

Nothing.

Tranquility

No Shelter for cars

Cleanliness

Everything ! Peaceful close to various places of interest but out of the bustle. The staff - they were all amazing!

Nothing

The staff was incredibly friendly and the bedding was lovely and the bathroom was modern and clean. All big bonusses. The coffee was a lovely touch.

Their was a overpowering perfume smell in the room - and my room only had doors; no windows. Also the curtain rail was broken and a bit of a hazard.

The remote location between the trees, great nature experience

The farm feel, friendly staff, food was amazing , beautiful furniture set up at the restaurant and reception foyer, bedroom space , huge bathrooms, green gardens ,

Nothing

Cleanliness

Being disturbed by the cleaning staff because she wanted the towels

The room was very clean, and the first time I found an electric blanket in an establishment, I was impressed

The room may be standard, but it is very basic with no safe to Koop value able items.

Beautiful garden, friendly and professional staff. The rooms are elegant and clean. We had the most delicious meals, and the venue is very private.
