Hotel o słabej kondycji, zaniedbany, zniszczony. Ciężko ocenić czy było czysto bo wszystko było w opłakanym stanie, pokój cały z dziurami, grzybem i dziurami w ścianach, łazienka obrzydliwa - do tego stopnia było źle, że baliśmy się spać z wyobrażeniem, że robak będzie po nas chodził bo miejsce wyglądało tak jakby ich mogło być duzo.

Μονο η τοποθεσία!

Ηταν πολύ βρωμικο, ειχε παντου σημαδια απο σκοτωμενα εντομα! Ειχε παρα πολλα κουνουπια και δεν ειχαν προβλεψει ουτε για ταμπλέτες! Εχω ενα μωρο 2,5 μηνων και περασα μια απαισια νυχτα!

Η τοποθεσια

Οι συσκευές ήταν χαλασμένες, το νερό από το μπάνιο έβγαινε στο υπόλοιπο δωμάτιο, το κλιματιστικό σταματούσε...

Huoneet olivat siistejä, ihan perus tasoisia. Uima-allas siisti vaikkakin hyvin matala. Palvelu oli mukavaa myös. Useasti henkilökunta toi altaalla loikoileville asiakkaille esim. tuoretta vesimelonia maksutta. Hotellin oma baari meni yleensä kiinni noin klo 23, mutta henkilökunta tarjosi vielä palvelevansa meitä baarissa klo 23 jälkeen halutessamme. Se oli mukavaa! Henkilökunta myös antoi meidän oleskella uima-allas alueella yömyöhään vaikka itse allas oli suljettu :). Aamupala suht hyvä myös. Ilmainen lentokenttäkuljetus myös toimi hyvin. Hotellilta myös todella helppo ja nopea kävely vanhaan kaupunkiin sekä keskustaan. Myös Rodoksen baarikatu on noin 400 metrin päässä.

Kun saavuimme hotellille illalla, jouduimme odottamaan vastaanottotiskillä jonkin aikaa ennen kuin henkilökuntaa ilmestyi paikalle. Huoneissa myös suihkut olivat hieman epäsiistejä, suihkun lasiseinässä oli suuri halkeama, mutta ei se juuri haitannut.

La posizione dell'albergo ottima per poter esplorare la città di Rodi e le attrazioni di maggior interesse. La colazione molto ricca, ottima pulizia della stanza e lo staff gentilissimo. Il primo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con la stanza che non era vista città come avevamo prenotato, ma dopo la nostra richiesta di cambio lo staff ha provveduto ad assegnarci quella adeguata. Un ringraziamento speciale alla receptionist Danae che è stata molto gentile e professionale aiutandoci a risolvere il problema della stanza. Consigliatissimo!

What can I say about October Downtown hotel...it exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. Great location,a quiet oasis in the heart of Rhodes town. Spotless,beautiful reception and pool/ garden was delightful. The staff were super kind and friendly. All the little extras we didn't expect...bottled water and soft drinks in the mini fridge,an extension of our checkout time to 1pm as our flight was late evening. The bathroom was compact,but the shower was incredible! Breakfast was good and so many choices of foods and fruit,cereals etc. Great,comfy bed and bedding and so quiet at night...we slept like logs! The staff are brilliant and work so hard,thank you for that. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

They could have better sun blocking into the rooms for people like me who their sleep is bothered easily by the sun. The breakfast needs improvement bacon was overcooked difficult to eat.

Kahvaltıu güzeldi, otel personeli ilgili ve çok güler yüzlüydü; hepsine tek tek teşekkür ederiz. Konum çok başarılı, bir çok öenmli nokta yürüme mesafesinde. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum!

Le stanze prenotate sul sito non corrispondevano inizialmente con quelle assegnate. In una stanza la pulizia non è stata effettuata.

De locatie is echt fantastisch. Online stond al wel dat het ontbijt ook top was, maar ik was sceptisch. De reviews bleken waar, want het was echt (voor de prijs) een super ontbijt. Terwijl we aan het zwembad zaten werd er zelfs koude watermeloen gebracht aan de bedjes. Ook wordt elke dag door de roomservice de mini fridge aangevuld, met onder andere een grote fles water. Online staat ook dat als je aan de straatkant slaapt, er geluidsoverlast is, maar daar hadden wij helemaal geen last van. We hebben wel elke nacht met oordopjes geslapen, maar ook zonder viel het mee (we waren op het ergste voorbereid).

Toen we aankwamen rook de kamer enorm naar schimmel, en de badkamer bleek ook vol met schimmel. Ik heb elke dag met slippers gedoucht, want ik wilde de gore vloer niet aanraken. Ik had ook niet echt het idee dat er door de roomservice grondig werd schoongemaakt, behalve dat het bed werd opgemaakt. Er zijn ook beperkte bedjes aanwezig. Een aantal dagen hielden mensen de bedjes bezet, terwijl ze er lange tijd niet op lagen. Het is dan moeilijk om ertussen te komen. Gelukkig lukte het ook een aantal dagen wel prima om later op de dag een bedje te bemachtigen. Sowieso is er (in augustus) enkel zon tussen ongeveer 11:00 en 14:30, maar dat was voor ons prima.

The air conditioner was not working properly, and the seals in the bathroom were not replaced and there was some water in the room.

Vi hade otur med vårt rum, handfatet var sönder… Mycket möbler, ingen plats för att öppna resväskan.

Από τη βαθμολογία μου μπορείτε να καταλάβετε, δε θα μπω σε λεπτομέρειες, επειδή ξέρω ότι οι ξένοι έρχονται με διαφορετικές τιμές από εμάς τους Έλληνες, 2 ημέρες σχεδόν 400€, για μια τέτοια διαμονή θα μπορούσα να μείνω κάπου καλύτερα, πρώτη φορά δεν έμεινα καθόλου ευχαριστημένη από την επιλογή μου, η φωτό του ξενοδοχείου βράδυ φωτισμένο κλπ εξαιρετική η πραγματικότητα άλλη. Δε θέλω να σκεφθώ ότι το δωρεάν ταξί,- άλλη φοβερή κατάσταση εκεί, έχοντας στο μυαλό μου τι τράβηξα ακύρωσα το ταξί για την επιστροφή μου- καλύπτεται με ένα ξενοδοχείο πολύ πολύ κατώτερο των προσδοκιών μου!!!

Everything was perfect. The hotel was modern and very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient.

Abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza. Ci hanno dato una stanza in condizioni pessime e sporca. Pulizia pessima. Siamo state costrette a cambiare hotel perché la quantità di polvere era impossibile da togliere. Condizioni del bagno pessime. Sconsigliato

Very central location.

Our bathroom wasn’t very clean - there was scum throughout the shower and the drain didn’t smell fresh. One of the electrical sockets in the bedroom came out of the wall completely, this was unsafe. Breakfast was poor quality. There were at least 8 stray cats around the pool area.

Es liegt direkt in der Stadt Rhodos und ist somit sehr zentral zu Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, Strände etc…

Die Einrichtung war teilweise fehlerhaft angefangen von einem tropfenden Waschbecken aus der Muschel weil die Fuge undicht war, sowie die Fugen und Sauberkeit der Dusche am Boden. Das Zimmer war sauber von uns, aber die Putzfrau hat jeden Tag nur Bett gemacht, Mülleimer ausgeleert und Handtücher gewechselt also keine Bad oder Zimmer Reinigung. Ebenfalls war zwei mal in der Nacht um ca 01.00 Uhr ein sehr lauter Lärm von anderen Menschen oder anderem, dadaurch wurde der Schlaf gestört.

Hihetetlen koszos. 2 ujjnyi porral várt minket a szobánk hogy elfoglaljuk. Mindenhol por, tükör koszos, fürdő vízköves. Brutálisan szét vannak szerkesztve a képek, repedeznek a falak, még a képek is ferdén vannak felszögelve a falra .A szekrény amiben a minibar volt félig le volt szakadva. A zuhanykabinban nem volt teljesen ki xilozva és folyt ki a víz át a hálóba. 4 napot szálltunk meg ott, egyszer sem takarítottak ki normálisan. 1-2x kicserélték a kukát és a törülközőket. Reggeli sem ízlett annyira, nem volt nagy választék

Moderan izgled, cist, osoblje izuzetno. Sobe se čiste svaki dan, što je leti više nego dobrodošlo. U sobama mini bar je besplatan i svaki dan se dopunjuje: velika flea vode, po dve konzerve persona, sode, 7 up bez šećera, piva. Doručak fantastičan, kontinental doručak sa nekoliko vrsta jaja, razno voće, pecivo, kafe i napici, salate, mleka, jogurt, palačinke, pudinzi, krofne.. Bazen, dobro održavan, sa dobrim radnim vremenom da nikog ne uznemirava. Max dubina 90 cm. Ovo je čini mi se najbolja ocena koju sam do sad dala. Odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta.

Moglo bi biti malo bolje kupatilo.

Dans l'ensemble c'était bien. Le personnel était charmant et ils m'ont beaucoup aidé. La chambre était grande. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Le balcon était bien mais les chaises étaient en plastique..La salle de bain était ancienne et le lavabo était vraiment ancien.

I have to say I loved everything about this hotel. The room overlooked the pool, a great position, large balcony (tho it was too hot 🥵 to stay on it for long). The room was a good size and great shower. A fridge stocked with Pepsi, 7up, soda, lager and water - this was free and refilled daily!!! Staff were lovely. Breakfast excellent- lovely fresh fruit and hot and cold options. Coffee machine available all day! It’s the little things….. in the reception there is a cold jug of lemon or water, even wine and this is free to help yourself whenever. Another massive plus was the towels by the pool AND at least twice a day a member of staff came round the pool with slices of melon! Pool area lovely, great loungers and nice pool.

A hotel jó helyen volt, gyalogosan 10 percre a belváros az óváros és a strand is. Közelben éttermek, gyógyszertár. Kedves személyzet, ingyenes minibár fogyasztás és üdvözlő ital.

Az ágymatrac nagyon puha, kényelmetlen, kifeküdt volt. A meleg reggeli/tükörtojás, szalonna/ hideg volt. A gyümölcslé vizezett.

Odanın banyosu asla görsellerdeki gibi değildi. Duşa kabin yoktu. Duş alanı camla kapanmamıştı ve bu nedenle bütün banyo sular içerisinde kalıyordu. Görseldeki banyonun yarısından bile daha küçüktü bütün banyo. Klozet duş alanı ve lavabo arasına koyulmuştu ve orası çok dardı. El yıkama lavabosunda eşya koyacak hiç bir yer yoktu sadece küçücük bir lavabo vardı. Banyo da bornoz ya da havlu asacak yer de yoktu. Oda da görseldekine göre çok küçük ve çok karanlıktı. Odanın içi de görselden çok faklıydı tuvalet aynasının masası görseldekine göre çok küçüktü ve üstünde televizyon ve kahve makinesi olduğundan eşyaları koyacak yer yoktu. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi. Sıcak yiyecekler bittiğinde yenilenmiyordu. Kahvaltı da yeterli yiyecek yoktu.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The biggest strengths are the incredibly friendly staff, the excellent location, and the delicious, varied breakfasts. A very special thank you goes to the amazing people who made our stay truly unforgettable. Danae at the reception was always kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Nektaria, who took care of our room, greeted us every day with a smile and always wished us a lovely stay. The lady in charge of breakfast even made fresh pancakes for us, despite them not being on the menu that day. And the gentleman who served watermelon by the pool did it with a smile that was simply unforgettable. It is people like you who made this holiday so special. As someone who travels frequently and also works in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that the level of service here is exceptional. The breakfast deserves special recognition. Every morning there was a wide selection of both sweet and savoury dishes, including traditional Greek specialties alongside classic breakfast options. The menu changed daily while still keeping the most popular favourites. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. It included all the necessary toiletries and a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers (an iron were available on request). One of the biggest surprises was the complimentary minibar, which was refilled every day-such a thoughtful touch! The swimming pool was always clean and well maintained, and no matter what time of day we went, there were always sunbeds available. The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches, restaurants, and the town centre all within easy walking distance. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The facilities are excellent, but what truly makes this place outstanding is the people. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable-we hope to come back!

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the bathroom. It shows some signs of age, and a few repaired areas are visible because the replacement materials.

Konumu harika , kahvaltısı çok çeşit olmamasına rağmen güzel ve lezzetliydi . Çalışanlar housekeeping ve kahvaltı salonunda ki ema hanıma kremleri için özellikle teşekkür ederim .

Duş aldığımız yerde su dışarı çıkıyor önce tuvalete ordan da odanın içine sızıyordu sürekli havlularla suyu tahliye etmemiz gerekti . Otelin havuzu var fakat havuz derinlik olarak çok küçük kalıyor sanki bir çocuk havuzu gibi .

La porte des wc ne se fermait pas et restait entre ouverte, le pommeau de douche était cassé et l eau coulait par le tuyau.

Kameralny hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, schludne pokoje, dobrze dzialajaca klimatyzacja, . Pokoje z balkonem i widokiem na basen na pewno jeszcze lepsze od tych z widokiem na ulice( moze byc głośniej). Polecam jeżeli ktos chce być blisko centrum, lub na krótki wypad :)

Temizlik olarak her gün temizleniyor fakat yatak başlıkları ve bazaların altı berbat. Çok kirli ve tozlu. Havuz tam anlamıyla fiyasko kul pislikleri yapraklar ve kumlar tatilin boyunca hiç temizlenmedi. Ki havuz yetişkin havuzu bile değil. Derin değil. Kahvaltı menüsü bence zayıftı her gün aynı yiyecekler servis ediliyor.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and it was excellent, the staff were very professional, and the rooms were nice and big and the bathrooms were very clean we had fresh towels almost everyday which was lovely and the mini fridge was free with a few cans of pop and two ciders, the pool area is nice and spacious. The breakfast overall was great as there was alot of options to pick from I would highly recommend this hotel. There was a bathroom near the pool which had a shower which meant we could have a shower on the last day. They also provide towels for around the pool which is helpful.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The reception was staffed at all times, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is excellent, right in the city center and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and attractions. We also appreciated that the minibar/fridge was replenished daily.

The only downside was that the cleanliness could be improved, as the hotel did not always meet our expectations in terms of hygiene

Solo cogimos el hotel por la piscina y cuando llegamos ya estaba cerrada, además no nos ofrecieron cafe con el desayuno, además no se molestaron en encender la cafetera de la entrada dado que la otra estaba rota.... No fue el mejor desayuno, ni la mejor estancia, ni la mejor atención...

The staff was absolutely superbe. Very helpful, very friendly, always willing to even go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend staying, just for the extraordinary staff. They even booked a pedicure for me.

Sijainti hyvä, rannat, keskusta ja vanhakaupunki kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneen hintaan kuului virvoitusjuomia ja vesi. Joka päivä pedattiin vuode, vaihdettiin pyyhkeet ja roskat vietiin pois. Huoneeseen kuului myös sisä tossut ja aamutakki . Tyytyväinen👍

Siivous yleisesti huonoa. Käytävillä paljon pölyä/hiekkaa ja tahroja. Samoin huoneen lattioita ei pyyhitty ollenkaan. Edellisen majoittujan likatahroja lattioilla huoneessa. Allas alueella rikkinäisiä aurinkotuoleja ja roskia/pyyhkeitä tuoleilla, päivisin siis ketään ei siivonnut niitä pois.

Hotelli oli todella siisti,hyvällä paikalla ja oikein viihtyisä. Majoituimme tänne jo toista kertaa. Henkilökunta on super ystävällistä. Aamupala oli vielä parempi kuin edellisellä kertaa. Huoneessa todella hyvä ilmastointilaite.

Kylppärin lattiakaivo toimi huonosti ja vesi jäi lattialle pitkäksi aikaa.
