A me non né piaciuto il bagno.

Personeel was aardig, prima locatie.

Het ontbijt was niet mega divers, na dag 1 ziek geworden en het ontbijt een paar keer bekeken maar niet meer opnieuw geprobeerd.

Konum tam merkezdeydi, odamız her gün çok güzel şekilde temizlendi. Eşyalarımızı koyabileceğimiz alan oldukça fazlaydı, baktığımız bazı otellerde depolama alanı oldukça azdı.

Kahvaltı ortalamaydı, otelin park yeri olmaması bizi zaman zaman zorladı. Fotoğraflarda otel daha yeniymiş gibi duruyordu. Lavabo kirli değildi ama biraz daha bakım gösterilebilir.

Breakfast was average. The bathroom had a weird smell and was a bit small. The shower head was moldy and dirty. You couldn't use the sink without spilling the water on the floor.

Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi da Elli Beach e dal porto e a circa 15 min dal centro storico. Hotel circondato da ristoranti e bar. Servizio di pulizia della stanza molto buono e personale, soprattutto quello addetto alla colazione e alle pulizie, molto gentile. Ci sono state fornite ciabattine, un kit con dentifricio e spazzolino e una bottiglietta d’acqua al giorno per persona. La stanza è dotata di condizionatore e di un balconcino con sedie e un piccolo stendino che abbiamo trovato molto utile.

Bagno molto piccolo e privo di sistema di areazione, infatti presentava muffa su pareti e sul pavimento della doccia. Stanze da ristrutturare: mobili in stile moderno ma usurati, pareti che necessitano di tinteggiatura che in alcuni punti presentavano intonaco staccato. La colazione è da rivedere: poca scelta sul dolce, posate non particolarmente pulite e purtroppo, anche se sono state usate delle retine per coprire gli alimenti, piccoli insetti riescono a passare e a poggiarsi sul cibo.

Ottima posizione vicino a Elli beach di rodi città, vicino al porto e alla città vecchia medievale, ottima posizione per spostarsi con i trasporti (bus) verso le altre località. Colazione buona.

Piccolezze nei dettagli possono essere migliorate: pulizia dei cucchiaini e dei piatti a colazione, gli stendini e le sedie sui terrazzi arrugginiscono con la salsedine, meglio metterli di plastica.

The hotel is very well situated in the center surrounded by cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The reception staff is very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was disappointing, not fresh at all and the plates as well as the cutlery were very dirty. There were little flies over the food.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the city center, close to the beach and walking distance from the Mandraki square! The hotel was nicely decorated in the common areas and the rooms. Rooms were very clean with comfort bed!! The staff was very friendly as well! Good coffee also!

The breakfast was poor in quality and quantity. The food in the breakfast was not freshly prepared. There was no fresh eggs (fried for example). The fruits, pastry and biscuits were stale. First time in my life I have paid for breakfast and preferred to go outside the hotel for breakfast. The elevator was too small to fit the pushchair so we couldn't be at the same time in the elevator.

Kaldığımız oda daha temiz olabilirdi. Duvarlarda tavanda faln leke ve böcek vardı. Kahvaltı hep aynı ürünler ve çeşit az. En azından zeytin peynir çeşiti 2 ye çıkabilir .

Konum olarak şehrin tam içinde, çalışanların hepsi çok yardımsever ve anında sokakta restaranlara ulaşabiliyorsunuz.. bazı plajlara da çok yakın..

Hotel położony blisko morza, bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki.

Śniadanie bardzo słabe. Jajecznica bez smaku, tosty i płatki i kino kiełbaski. To całe śniadanie. Nie wyboru.

+ great location (5 min. walking to the main beach and 10-15 min to the harbour/old city) + very spacious room with a comfortable bed and AC + a balcony where you can chill and dry things. you can even see a bit of the sea + a shower with a door! very important for me, as when I was checking out other properties in town, most had only a flimsy curtain, if any. also, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap were provided for free (+ slippers, toothbrush kit and even a shower cap) + hairdryer + good breakfast (especially the homemade biscuits) + a mini fridge + friendly staff

- no freezer, so I couldn't store ice-cream - it's very loud on the street in the evenings, at least until 2 a.m. I closed the balcony and used earplugs, so it turned out to be adequate - it was said in the booking info that the TV would have access to streaming services, but unfortunately it didn't connect to the Internet. even though I've asked the staff to fix it, nothing was done because it "wasn't a smart TV" (even though it had Youtube and Netflix, it just wasn't connecting to the WiFi for some reason). I was looking forward to using it, so it was a shame - no full-length mirror in the room, so you can't see your full outfit before leaving

I liked the staff and the location of the hotel.The staff were similing.

There was hair of someone else’s in the pillow.There wasnt shampoo at first ı asked from the Reception.the second they affet cleaning they forgot some towels.And finally the breakfast was not good enough.

Stanze rivedibili. Camera doppia deluxe senza letto matrimoniale ma con letti singoli avvicinati tra loro. Bagno con manutenzione un po' da rifare. La colazione, in particolare la parte dolce poco varia e con poca scelta

The reception was communicable. The location was good.

The room we stayed was unfortunately smelly. They told us the reason was the toilet drains yet they couldn’t solve the problem and neither did they change our room. We slept with the toilet smell all night. The breakfast was not as people stated in the comments. Hygiene problems as there are so many flies around this region. The toilet flush was broken and we hardly made it work each time. The room was renovated but very dirty walls. The room is practically next to another building and the balcony (that they added later on to the building) is with pigeon droppings everywhere.

La struttura è accogliente,comoda e vicina al centro. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. La colazione abbondante,varia e di qualità. Le camere ordinate e pulite.. La cortesia dell'acqua in frigo molto apprezzata. Esperienza molto positiva.

Great location, great friendly people working there going out of their way to assist

Location. Additionally the gentleman who made our check in process at first day. He was well familiar withi his duty, helpfull, his attitude was very friendly. His approaches for any kind of concern and feedback were extremely professional.

First couple days of our stay, we suffered from a stinks and smells coming from outside restaurants and sometimes from galley of our hotel. Additionally two of lights were broken from very first day and these equipment were not rectified during our stay and no response from hotel regarding the maintenance

היה עובש בחלק מהמקלחת וגם בתקרה, הספה הנפתחת הייתה לא נוחה, הקפיצים הכאיבו בגב.

Camera spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. Posizione eccellente per muoversi a piedi nella città. Buona soluzione per Rodi.

Colazione da rivedere...poca varietà soprattutto nella parte dolce. Difficoltà a trovare parcheggio nelle strade intorno all'hotel. Poca attenzione nel rifornimento dei dispenser dei saponi in camera.

Nagyon kedves a személyzet, a szállás nagyon jó helyen van, mindent el tudtunk érni maximum 15 perc séta alatt. Minden van a közelben, azonnal elérhető boltok, kávézók, éttermek, bárok. A szoba jól felszerelt, tiszta, kényelmes, szép.

Zajos a környék. A reggeli nem annyira változatos, mint amennyire szerettem volna, de így is tökéletes volt minden.

Prijs kwaliteit is goed voor deze gunstige locatie.

The staff were all very friendly and very accommodating for children. The location was great - walkable to everything we wanted but just a little outside the very busy area so a touch quieter at night.

The paintwork in the bathroom was a touch tired but this would be our only feedback

The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away offering direct connections to the airport. The Old Town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of taverns, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area, a mini market is just right in front of hotel. The included breakfast was also a great bonus and made the stay even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.

As a small suggestion, the quality and freshness of some breakfast items could be enhanced. That said, this was not a significant concern, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The positive aspects of the hotel far outweighed this minor point.

Diana is a warm, fresh, bright star in a touristy neighborhood. We visit Rhodes often on our way to another island. It can be full of tourists on package holidays. But the Diana feels like a big bougie hug. The decor is fresh and lovely, the rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are very comfy. They make a great breakfast spread. But the real stars of the Diana are the staff! They are friendly, like down to Earth, really friendly. Which in a town full of service workers dealing with tourists feels like a breath of fresh air. Speaking of, the A/C is worth price of admission alone. When they were full on another visit, we left our other hotel and hung out in the Diana's bar to watch the soccer games because the vibe is chill and the staff so honestly friendly. It's a quick walk to downtown for shopping (5 mins) and about 10 mins to Elli Beach, Maltemi Restaurant (recommend!) and also the entrance to Old Town. So a great location. A little farther to get to the ferry terminals, but they'll call a cab for you. Watch the sunset on the beach just down the block.

We were only upset because the Diana was full on our return trip, and we couldn't stay. This place is fantastic.

Pokój był czysty. Hotel znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, wszędzie jest blisko - rezerwując go w takiej okolicy wiesz przecież, że dookoła są same bary i restauracje.

Brak szafy. Niezbyt smaczne i monotonne śniadania.

It was very close to the beach and city center, fairly close to the old town too! The walls were fairly noise supressing. The staff was super flexible and helpful with all our issues and questions, reception is 24/7.

The room was drastically different than on the photos. It was very small - MUCH smaller than how it is portrayed online -, had too many tight spaces like the bathroom door, didn’t have enough space for longer clothes to be stored without folding them. The facilities were renovated but generally mediocre to poor quality (like shower heads, toilet paper holder, LED lamps glued to the ceiling, etc.) As the space is small it is more suited for people who do not want to stay in the room but outside. The elevator is super tiny, could not fit me and my wife with the baggages. It can be bothersome on higher floors. The window in the room did not shut completely, and the partying 1-4am was loud but not to the extent that we couldn’t sleep (could bother some). There was one occasion we saw a cocroach running towards the kitchen area which is not the sweetest image.

Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου. Στο δωματιο εχει πιστολάκι μαλλιών, βραστήρα νερού με καφέ και τσάι. Ειχε οδοντοβρουτσες και οδοντόκρεμα οπως και παντόφλες. Τα προϊόντα τους ηταν apivita!

Στο δωμάτιο μας ηταν χαλασμένο το κλιματιστικό. Μας έφεραν ενα portable για να περάσουμε το οποίο εκανε αρκετό θόρυβο και έπρεπε να είναι και η μπαλκονοπορτα ανοικτή με αποτέλεσμα να ακούμε και όλο τον νυχτερινό θόρυβο. Τελικά δεν επιδιορθωθηκε σε όλη την διαμονή μας αν και το προσωπικό μας έλεγε οτι περίμενε τον τεχνικό.

Die Personal war sehr freundlich, das Bett war bequem, Badezimmer war schön renoviert. Die Lage is zentral und praktisch. Zimmer war für solche Lage schon ruhig.

Frühstück mit minderwertige Lebensmittel, schmeckt meisten nicht. Balkon war sehr schmutzig, kann man gar nicht benutzen. Zimmer war klein. Die Lage ist zwar zentral aber keine schöne Umgebung.

The location is great, close to the old town, close to the beach and to the restaurants. Keep in mind that the area is rather touristy and every restaurant host tries to catch you for a drink or meal. The lady at the reception was really welcoming and helpful.

The ceiling in the bathroom was covered with mold, after I pointed it out, room service came and tried to wash it away but it's not how you get rid of it. The ventilation was almost not functioning. The breakfasts were poor. One type of ham and cheese one type of olives(c'mon it's Greece) unripe tomatoes. If you want to get some omlet you have to come not later than 9:15, otherwise you'll see an empty container where it used to be. Every morning we were hunting for clean forks. I think kitchen is understaffed. There were pigeons nests in the building next to the hotel, so they visited our balcony from time to time

We stayed in low season so the hotel was not really full. Good value for the money we paid. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the little balcony, and all rooms amenities. It's in busy area so tavern and bars are nearby.

Door has absolutely no seal around so it can be noisy from the corridor. Can't imagine the main season..

Posizione perfetta, qualità prezzo onesto, nelle vicinanze trovi ristoranti, pub, a 10 min dalla città vecchia.

Un po rumoroso per via della strada vicina ai balconi, le porte di ingresso sul corridoio molto sottili, si sente ogni piccolo rumore.

The main bed was comfortable. The other two beds in the quadruple luxury sweet were not comfortable at all. One was a cot that has a thin mattress on top of it and you could feel the metal frame through the bed.

The property has some items that are poorly maintained in the bathroom. While it may be overall clean, the items like shower tiles being what appeared to be molded or at least dirty.

Hotel muito acolhedor, muito limpo, excelente localização, funcionários muito simpáticos. Gostamos muito 😊 da estadia.
