This place is a shame for the Econo Lodge brand. The 4 stars are self appointed and a joke. The front desk is closed, you have to check- in and use the breakfast room at the Quality Inn,, which is 3 buildings away and not " next door" as announced. The courtyard was dirty. I made an advance request for a quiet room and got the loudest in the entire house. Closest to the highway and directly at the end of a "clack - clack - clack" stairway (no one seems to give a damn on customer satisfaction here). In the second room I was offered, the air con didn't work. In the third the TV didn't work. Everything looks and feels as if there hasn't been any renovation done since the opening in the early 2000s. The bedcover was a scandal. Stone old open blanket instead a duvet. Scratchy and filthy and guaranteed not in a washer for long.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025*The general manager would not compensate us for our reservations due to unforeseen road closure from forest fire when all of the other hotels reservations we had to cancel did compensate us. All of our hotels were booked through a third party booking. Very poor customer relations at this Econo Lodge. Stay across the highway at the Best Western Plus-nicer hotel with cleaner rooms and a lovely breakfast for about the same price.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Beware of fake positive reviews! The hotel is actually run down, dirty and did not look anything like the pictures. The parking lot and exterior felt extremely unsafe as it was not well lit and there was police caution tape up along several walls and some exterior doors were off their hinges. I was concerned that our vehicle would be robbed and felt very unsafe at the hotel. Would NOT recommend this hotel whatsoever!
