I liked the room. It was spacious and clean, though i feel the cleanliness could have been a bit betty, especially for the bathroom. It was good that there was a restaurant below. It made things convenient.

Výborná poloha. Přímo v hotelu je skvělá restaurace. Velmi ochotný personál. Wifi fungovala, klimatizace taky. Teplá voda tekla. Pokoj byl čistý.

Vybavení je poměrně opotřebované, ale to odpovídá ceně. Docela mě pobavilo, že pokoj sice byl uklizený, ale koš nevynesli.

Neat & Clean! Very close to all visiting points. This property shares the compound with house where Vasco da Gama once lived! Enjoy!

Lovely property. Well maintained. Comfortable room. Staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They helped us with our broken shoe and weighed our luggage to make sure it wasn't overweight. Complimentary breakfast on rooftop was a delight...from hot string hoppers and fresh pineapple juice to freshly made eggs, dosas and even tea was freshly prepared.

Staff are very friendly and attentive.

This is nothing to do with hotel. Do NOT travel to Fort Kochi if you are a single woman. You will be harassed, chased, and followed by Tuk Tuk drivers. Stepping out of hotel on your own is dangerous. Stray dogs and drivers will harass you constantly. It is also Filthy. Such a shame, I left early and went back to Bangkok. Safe and clean.

A welcoming hotel in an excellent location to explore Fort Kochi. Very comfortable with a good breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. The restaurant on site is also very good.

Awesome Experience

全てにおいて素晴らしいホテル。清潔な部屋、親切なスタッフ、臭くないトイレ、ロケーションどれをとっても全く文句なし。特にスタッフは、バスの予約、車の手配、ローカル情報など懇切丁寧に教えてくれた。あとルーフトップでのんびりと食べる朝飯もおいしく、特にオムレツは絶品だった。値段もお手頃だし、こんな素晴らしいホテルなかなかない。

隣のレストラン？の音が夜少し聞こえるのが難点かもしれないが、疲れていたので特に問題なく寝れた。

The infrastructure, location and they have Restraunt by the name " rasoi" which serves the taste for vegetarians atleast. The location is so so so much prime and near to all attractions.

Water supply was restored during the early morning, but the staff were unable to resolve the issue independently. They had to wait for a plumber or a qualified individual familiar with the water connection to arrive and address the problem, which resulted in a negative impression.

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé à proximité immédiate des filets de pêche chinois, de la jetty pour rejoindre par ferry Fort Vypin ainsi qu’Ernakulam par le Water métro. Style colonial avec de très belles boiseries, les matériaux sont nobles et la chambre très bien équipée. Les lits sont immenses et la literie impeccable. Le personnel est d’une incroyable gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner servi sur le rooftop est un plus assez sympathique pour commencer la journée.

A beautiful old hotel right in the centre of Fort Kochi. The location was great, and the staff were super friendly. The rooms were of a good standard and had tea/coffee making facilities. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. Overall, a great stay.

Emplacement

Right in the centre of Fort Cochin you can access all the main sites with ease. The hotel has a rustic feel to it, but the rooms are fresh, clean and have everything you need. The staff were friendly and replied to all my messages quickly prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were all lovely and so helpful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and comfortable and being able to leave fan on while I was out in the heat was a bonus.

While the restaurant was excellent breakfast on the rooftop was disappointing. Very basic and limited choice although there was an egg station. Ordered a masala dosa one morning which was tasty.

Loved the location, the quietness yet in the centre side street. Close to everything. Lovely view from balcony rooms. Lovely view from terrace. Great terrace. Didn't get to sample breakfast as not open early enough. Great comfy beds. Staff were wonderful, attentive & helpful warm & welcoming & friendly.

We had a trip where we had to arrive at the travel agent by 8.30am & breakfast didn't start until 8ish which wasn't quite giving us enough time. They did try to be ready earlier but it didn't quite happen. Not many places seemed to open for breakfast before 9am!

It's in a great location, the staff are welcoming, it was clean, and looked just like the pictures. Beaches, shopping, and sites are all close by. Would definitely choose to stay again.

The building has good character, but the rooms are comfortable and spacious with a balcony to go out on and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast on the rooftop in the breeze is a treat. The staff welcomed us after a very long journey and had us quickly to our room which was very appreciated.

Room was clean and relatively quiet. Beds were comfortable. The Indian restaurant downstairs was very nice. breakfast was basic but on a lovely balcony. Staff were very nice, efficient and helpful. Location was great

Nothing really. I think the price /quality ratio was good. As i said breakfast was basic but this is S India and I think for the price you cannot expect much more

Location is great - right at the heart of Fort Kochi. Staff is very welcoming. Helped us with early check-in, as a room had got free that day. The rooms and bathrooms are better than in photos - clean, comfortable, functional. We slept well after long days at Biennale.

Virkelig godt hotel med den bedste beliggenhed i Fort Kochi. En lille smule slidt, men for mig er det en del af charmen. Der er superrent, og værelserne bliver rengjort hver dag, ikke en selvfølge i Indien. Den tilknyttede restaurant er efter min mening den bedste i Fort Kochi.

Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden in diesem schönen Hotel. Vor allem der super Service hat uns überzeugt und die einzigartige Lage in Fort Kochi. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber , alles hat wunderbar funktioniert, wir kommen gern wieder.

The staff were exceptional. So helpful and accommodating. Restaurant was really good so was breakfast

Wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Das Zimmer war schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. An der Rezeption hat man uns an der Rezeption freundlich und kompetent Auskunft gegeben. Fürhstück auf der Dachterrasse ist ein toller Morgenstart.

It is a full service hotel in the middle of town. Reception staff was very helpfull. Beds are good and big. Cleaning is sufficient. Shower was good after I cleaned the shower head. Room service from its restaurant was fast and good.

During our stay a movie was taken for a few days at our street. Have visited this hotel many years ago and then it was - a really well taken care of - hotel. However, it clearly went down the last years; maintenance is lacking and the once beautiful roof terrace (for breakfast) is not beautiful anymore. Breakfast was not too bad, but again not really well taken care of by the breakfast staff. Room and bathroom are relatively small. Price is relatively high, hence no value for money.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good as well. The breakfast food was fresh and delicious. The setting upstairs on the roof was very nice. Staff has umbrellas available to use and use for rain or protection against the hot sun. Location was excellent. Shower had a curtain but it had a good distance from the toilet. The floor did not get wet where it wasnt supposed to.

The refrigerator did not cool down enough to keep our bottled waters cold. Also, for the price, $72 US dollars was high for 3 star hotel.
