Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Awesome location and I was upgraded to a room with a bay view. This is my second visit to this hotel and it is my preferred place to rest my head when I am in Luneta. It's not the Ritz, but it is a great affordable hotel that is convenient to Rizal Park, Robinson's, jeepneys/tricycles to Divisoria, Binondo and Intramuros.
The remote for both the A/C and TV had dead batteries...it wasn't enough of a concern to contact the front desk but when I mentioned it on checkout they confirmed that they would address it. The down button for the elevator didn't work but after waiting quite a while I realized I could use the up button to summon the elevator...they also said that they would get maintenance to fix that. Neither of these things made a huge difference to my visit.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Absolutely outrageous and a complete rip-off! At checkout, we were accused of staining a bedsheet with a pen, even though we are 100% sure we did not cause it. We were still forced to pay an absurdly overpriced amount for the sheet. Very disappointing and honestly unacceptable. It felt like a complete scam. Definitely not recommended!

Location is perfect as your base of going around Manila, also just opposite to the USEM if that’s your goal. I will definitely recommend to others and will for sure stay again. Someone on the other room next to us banged the wall. We werent noisy. Just talking in regular modulation. It seems the paneling is too thin and noise issues come up.

I love everything about the hotel, but there is one thing that's missing, there is no sleeper to use which is low-key sad especially when the floor is freezing.

1.只有花灑，沒有蓮蓬頭，洗澡不是很方便，且水壓不足，用花灑不太好洗。 2.浴廁有一點很像通風不良或洗劑的味道，個人較為敏感，覺得味道淡淡的但持續。 3.只有2樓有飲水機，非常不便。 4.非常環保的飯店，沒有任何備品，只有衛生紙，其他的都要額外購買，個人比較在意拖鞋，建議或可提供可重複使用的拖鞋，畢竟旅行不是搬家，所有的東西都帶的話，有點不方便。 5.窗戶完全密閉，剛進房間時無法開一小縫換氣（因浴廁有點味道）。
