Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, vooral poetspersoneel 13e verd en portier (oudere man). Heerlijk ontbijt, goed gelegen.

Zwembad: badmuts is verplicht maar moesten we aanschaffen - dit wordt niet vermeld bij de faciliteiten (138 Y). Er liepen mensen naast het zwembad rond met schoenen, de badmeester zei daar niets over. De ligstoelen zijn bekleed met oude stof. Qua hygiëne kan dit beter. Lounge: we bestelden twee biertjes en een warme snack. Na drie kwartier gingen we toch maar informeren waar die bleven. We kregen ons bier met een nog koude snack, die vervolgens werd opgewarmd. Toen waren we anderhalf uur verder ...

It was well situated, everything was relatively close. The staff were great especially Berenda. The rooms were spacious and comfortable whilst also having nice views of Chongqing. Very good value for money.

The breakfast wasn’t the best, it was okay. The sauna was also out of operation during my stay, but other than that it was great.

The location was superb and central. Staff Service was great and place was clean.

The facilities itself while clean but was expecting to be more modern and the cupboards were creaky cannot closed properly.

I arrived late and let the hotel know to which they said okay but there was no explanation as to when their service starts such as it starts at 6 am I arrived late tired and jet lagged Tina was the staff I was trying to understand her translation and explaining my story to which she was getting frustrated and later told her manager who spike aggressively.

El desayuno es muy bueno. La habitación estaba de buen tamaño y era cómoda.

En general todo bien, sin embargo el hotel es un poco viejo.

６月８日（月）に出発して１０日（火）から連泊の予定でしたが７日（日）２１：００ころに予約で使用したVISAカードの不具合を知らせる連絡が入りました。日曜深夜にVISA本部に問い合わせやっと繋がり不具合について質問しましたが不具合は確認されていないとの回答がありました。関空や杭州の空港でVISAカードを使用しましたが問題なし。さてチェックインするときに１５００元のデポジットを取られました。信用されていない証。チェックアウト時VISAで払いましたが問題なく決済できました。人騒がせなVISA決済の不具合通知。呆れます。

Room was excellent, very clean and with lots of space. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had a lot of amenities. Highly recommend!

Well maintain, room is big, elegant. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Check-in is fast and efficient, less 5 mins.

Breakfast spread is various, but a bit oily.

Bedroom is big and beg is comfy, nice localisation (5min from metro - direct line to city center and main attractions in just 3 stops)

Bathroom was quite run down, broken tiles, rust… first night was very noisy in the street (construction work or something alike), you could hear outside traffic even from the 13th floor

Near by attractive places, train stations. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Good restaurant. Spacy and clean room.

Impeccable service warmly greeted at check in. Received help with luggage to room. Generous Hhonors benefits. Absolutely huge rooms just look at the size from the photos. Had to check out for a guided tour early. Front desk Luke provided good help to stow my luggage until the evening and provided great advice getting access to breakfast before 7am start timing. Great Hhonors redemption booking and a wonderful first impression of Hilton Chongqing and the city. The front desk lady (didn’t get her name) who checked me in 25 April evening 9:30PM was really wonderful too. Thanks for the lovely stay

The breakfast room was nice with a lot of choise, but the staff dont understand nothing , even if you order food , they say yes, yes, yes but come with something else , frustration and los of time .

5stars hotel , at best 3 stars , dirty in the rooms , a lot off noice , cheat not been changed after 4 days stay and with big Visual spots !! Communication bad , reception not willing to help for solving problem. Not commercial thingking. Exc …. And I am waiting for my refond of money they blokked.?

Gute Metro Anbindung, ca 400m entfernt, man kommt überall gut hin, Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Umgebung, englischsprechendes Personal, hilfsbereit, tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück, für jeden was dabei. Sauberkeit war auch top. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen

We chose this hotel for its prime location in Yuzhong District about a 30 minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station. As Diamond members, we were upgraded to an apartment suite. It was my first time staying in this type of suite, and the space was enormous: a full living room upon entry, a separate bedroom, and even a bathroom with a bathtub. Having two toilets was also a nice touch. We also got two bottles of drinks anf one was a coke made with Chinese herbs. That said, this is the first Hilton property in Chongqing, and it does show its age. The facilities feel dated and could benefit from a refresh. On the positive side, we enjoyed the amenities, including the pool and a complimentary Saturday yoga flow class, which was a fun one-hour session. The standout, however, was the breakfast—exceptionally extensive with a wide selection of both Western options and local Chongqing specialties. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Service throughout our stay was excellent. Vivi, the restaurant assistant manager, was friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. The executive lounge was also great that they served hot food items from 6 pm to 8 pm during happy hour. In terms of location, it’s hard to beat. We relied mostly on Didi taxis for convenience, though the metro is only a few minutes away. From the hotel, it was easy to visit major attractions like Hongya Cave, Kuixinglou Square (the famous 22nd floor that feels like ground level), and Liziba Station. Overall, the location and service are standout strengths, but the property would greatly benefit from a renovation to keep up with newer Hilton standards.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Hilton Chongqing. The hotel is in a convenient location and made it easy for us to explore the city. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start each day. The staff were generally very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. I would especially like to give a special shout-out to Luke and Brenda, who assisted us most of the time with our concerns and questions. Since it was our first time visiting Chongqing and we have limited Chinese proficiency, their help meant a lot to us. They were extremely patient and went out of their way to help us navigate the city, assist with placing Meituan food orders, and even help us collect our Taobao deliveries. Their kindness and support made our stay much smoother and more enjoyable. Thank you to the team at Hilton Chongqing for the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing.

There was a day where there was a cigarette smell in the room. we suspect it came from the vents since we do not smoke

Que nos cobren 2l desayuno de los niños. No se explica en la reserva. Nonse si Booking o el Hotel cometen el error. Todo lo demás excelente! Menudo, lo más! Las camas son pequeñas. No contamos con cama matrimonial.

We absolutely loved the breakfast. The variety was incredible. It was a short 5 minute walk to the metro. The room and hotel in general is very clean.

A bit pricey but worth the extra for the breakfast buffet alone. It would be nice for a hotel of this size to have an English speaker available for answering questions about Chongqing tourist attractions.

The hotel is a well-maintained property by Hilton in the main “island” of Chongqing and is situated next to a metro station. Walkable The check-in is swift and fast, attended by Mr. Luke. Which is very professional and able to converse fluently ( he is a gem ). You will be given Chongqing’s favorite beverage item, which I took two items that are recommended by Mr. Luke - a Chongqing cola and Plum Juice drink. Both are so good, and he offered me an extra bottle upon check-out. Thanks, Luke ! Due to our Hilton Honor status. Our room was upgraded to a higher category, an executive room with lounge access. The breakfast is good and has a wide variety. Vegetarian dishes are plenty for muslim travellers. It is a recommended place to stay.
