Todo estaba muy limpio, el trato del personal muy amable, buena ubicación. Cuando dejas la habitación facilitan dejar el equipaje y duchas.

Tutto molto accogliente, ho trovato puro relax dopo un ano di lavoro, servizi spettacolare di tutto, colazione buonissima e lo staff molto disponibile. 😍

War klein aber fein, sehr zentral, einfach bei der Tür raus und links gerade aus, schon ist man in der mushroom street, am Ende der Straße links und schon ist man auf der Explanada, sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Könnte mich über nichts beschweren

Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel. Die Lage ist super, 5 Minuten zum Strand und zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, perfekt für den Shuttlebus C6 zum Flughafen. Nettes Personal, wir konnten die Taschen bis zum offiziellen check-in abgeben. Das Frühstück war mega, alles da, von Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, über süßes, Rührei und Chicken Nuggets, Obst usw. sogar Sekt... die Zimmer waren sauber und zum Glück mit Klimaanlage, die Betten bequem. Einziger Abzug, es war sehr hellhörig. Wird auf jeden Fall abgespeichert, sollten wir noch mal Alicante fliegen. 👍🏼🇪🇦

Wie oben beschrieben, das einzige was etwas gestört hat, war das hellhörige...

A very stylish, clean hotel with very pleasant staff, always ready to help with any questions. I'm also grateful for the complimentary beach umbrellas and towels. Even after check-out, you can leave your luggage, go to the beach, and return to the hotel to shower and change. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, everything is within walking distance, yet still very quiet and cozy.

The room was clean, nice, and perfectly adequate. The staff were very friendly. The location was ideal—right in the city centre, yet quiet and peaceful.

Väldigt fräscha rum, otrolig balkong, väldigt bra läge, toppen med vattenmaskin och möjlighet till dusch efter utcheckning. Smidigt att boka flygtrantransfer via boendet och lån av solparasoll till stranden.

Chuveiro não tinha pressao de água e o acustica dos quartos não eh boa.

Une chambre pour trois adultes qui était en fait un vrai appartement avec kitchenette, four, vaisselle, machine à café, même un gaufrier ! Très propre, lit très confortable, très calme, tout proche à pied du front de mer et de la vielle ville, tout était parfait avec un accueil très sympathique du réceptionniste.

The location was perfect! Very central, close to the beach , the lift for the castle and the marina! Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and of a reasonable size. Staff was very helpful, especially Cesar who gave us lots of useful information!

The room was smaller than expected. As we were out it was not a big issue.

Our stay was awesome! Really close to the beach, shops, restaurants…breakfast served next to the hotel and it was really good with amazing view, just next to the cathedral! In case of late flight, you can go to the beach and come back and use shower! This was awesome!

A környezet és a szálláshely szép és központi elhelyezkedésű, a szálláshely étterme barátságos és hangulatos. Klíma megfelelően lehűtötte.

A szoba mérete 3 ember számára kissé zsúfolt volt (2 főnek megfelelő) és a WC-zuhanyzó kissé szűkös (szűk zuhanyból kifröccsen a víz) és közvetlenül az ágy mellett nyílt, egy üveges tolóajtóval ami nem zár légmentesen.

Hermoso hotel, muy bien ubicado y con una atención maravillosa. Zona para estar antes del check in y después del check out, hasta con duchas y cafe. Super recomiendo!!!

Super fijn hotel, vlakbij het strand en midden in het oude centrum. Je kijkt uit op het kasteel. Bij aankomst was de kamer nog niet klaar maar ze stuurden een appje zodra ik erin kon. Ontbijt is op de hoek en prima verzorgd. Je kunt na het uitchecken nog douchen en mag kosteloos een parasol lenen voor naar het strand. Ideaal als je een late vlucht hebt!

La posizione dell'hotel è a pochi passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia El Postiguet. La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi e puliti. Il balcone molto ampio presenta anche una tenda elettrica per potersi riparare dal sole. La struttura possiede un parcheggio privato e una convenzione con un parcheggio sotterraneo 24h nelle vicinanze.

Le fait d'avoir du café et de l'eau glacée à volonté. L'impression d'une organisation rationnelle impeccable. Le personnel est très serviable. Et surtout, la proximité de la plage du Postiguet .Elle est superbe et immense.

Muy limpio, cómodo y con una ubicación excelente. El personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. Además, tienen el detalle de facilitar sombrillas para la playa, algo que se agradece muchísimo si no llevas una. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable.

Hotel jest umiejscowiony dość blisko plaży, windy do zamku i łatwo dojść od niego do lokalizacji w mieście. Same pokoje są dość małe, ale w zupełności wystarczające. Wszystko było czyste i zadbane. Personel jest bardzo miły, w razie problemów zawsze pomagają. W pokoju była zapewniona kawa I herbata, a na dole za recepcja była możliwość kawy z ekspresu oraz nalanie wody do butelki.

Ubytovanie je v skvelej lokalite. Pekne, moderne zariadené až na pár drobností, ktoré si, ale ani nevšimnete, ak ste neni perfekcionista. Veľkou výhodou je možnosť odložiť si batožinu alebo sa ísť osprchovať pokiaľ prídete skôr alebo odchádzate neskôr

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war bequem und die Badezimmer sehr schön und sauber! Die Lage ist super direkt im Zentrum und ganz nah zur Beach! Die Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

La struttura è molto pulita e in ottime condizioni, infatti è nuova. La posizione è centrale, ma poco in disparte dalla movida. Siamo una famiglia di 3 persone di cui una bambina di 2 anni e mezzo con trattamento di mezza pensione. La colazione era a buffet e aveva di tutto, dal dolce al salato e di qualità, la struttura era vicinissima, dietro l' angolo; ci siamo tornati anche a pranzo e hanno cercato di accontentare le necessità della bimba. La cena oltre le mie aspettative, 3 pasti molto curati, un servizio sempre accogliente e premuroso, soprattutto nei confronti della bambina. Tornerei volentieri e lo consiglio a tutti.

So che siamo in Spagna, ma avrei preferito il bidet in bagno.

Rummet låg på bottenvåningen, utan balkong, så det var problem med att torka handdukar.

Très belle location, idéalement située à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Le personnel est disponible, accueillant et très professionnel. La chambre est confortable, décorée avec goût et la literie est excellente. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec de délicieux produits locaux. Les quelques soucis fonctionnels dans la chambre ont été résolus immédiatement par le personnel, avec efficacité et professionnalisme.

Notre chambre ne disposait pas de terrasse. Il n'était donc pas possible de faire sécher nos maillots de bain et nos serviettes, ce qui est dommage, d'autant plus qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre supérieure et de la seule à ne pas avoir de terrasse. Pour un long week-end comme le nôtre, on s est arrangé. En revanche, pour un séjour plus long, il serait appréciable de prévoir une solution, par exemple un fil à linge dans la salle de bain, afin de permettre aux clients de faire sécher leurs affaires.

Great location, room was clean and comfortable.

The balcony door couldn’t be locked properly, so some street noise was coming through. There was also noise from the corridor, which could be disturbing if you’re a sensitive sleeper. Another thing to keep in mind: the sliding door to the bathroom is transparent, and the corridor light switches on automatically whenever someone walks by. As a result, the room is never completely dark. This is worth considering if you need a completely dark and quiet room to get a good night’s sleep, especially if you’re catching a flight the next day.

Obiekt pod względem opieki nad klientem wypada bardzo dobrze. Zarówno zameldowanie przystępne i łatwe do zrozumienia. Sprzątanie codziennie wykazuje duże zainteresowanie komfortem pobytu. Polecam serdecznie

A clean apartment but with a lot of ants on the balcony. A pleasant and friendly staff at the reception desk. Breakfast was satisfying but you have to come very early in the morning because later there's just leftovers.

The room was spacious but too bright with an uncovered small window on the other side of the room (near the toilet) - didn't know about that when making the reservation. An extremely bad water pressure in the shower, we could barely wash ourselves.

Excelente hotel, perfecta ubicación cerca de la playa, el personal amable y atentos en todo momento. El servicio de desayuno tambien muy agradables y buena comida, habitacion limpia y cómoda, lo recomiendo 100% y repetiría sin dudarlo !!!

Dicht bij het centrum,dicht bij het strand en de schone kamers.

Parkeren was iets verder weg,maar ook goed geregeld door het hotel met een mooie prijsafspraak.

Ottima posizione per visitare le principali attrazioni di Alicante. La spiaggia "El Postiguet" si trova a 5 minuti a piedi. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. La pulizia eccellente. Noi abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti perché al ristorante "la Cova", dove si fa colazione e si cena, si mangia davvero bene. La nostra camera aveva una vista bellissima sulla basilica di Santa Maria e sul castello di Santa Barbara.

Na plus zdecydowanie zasługują bardzo dobra lokalizacja oraz czystość obiektu.

Niestety pobyt bardzo mnie rozczarował. Odniosłam wrażenie, że zrobiono wszystko, aby gościowi było jak najmniej wygodnie. Wybrałam ten obiekt, ponieważ liczyłam na kameralny, butikowy hotel z duszą i historią – właśnie takie miejsca najbardziej lubię. Niestety obsługa i organizacja pobytu całkowicie zepsuły to wrażenie. Jeszcze przed przyjazdem prosiłam o możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania – nawet za dodatkową opłatą. Zero odpowiedzi. Na miejscu jedynie wskazano tablicę z informacją, że check-in rozpoczyna się o 15:30, bez próby znalezienia jakiegokolwiek rozwiązania. Po bardzo długiej podróży z Kolumbii, z dzieckiem i po nieprzespanej nocy z powodu jet lagu, skończyło się na spaniu na ławce w parku, ponieważ recepcja jest bardzo mała i nie ma tam miejsca, aby komfortowo poczekać. Dostaliśmy pokój naprzeciwko windy, przez co było bardzo głośno. Każde otwarcie drzwi windy było słyszalne, a od samego rana panie sprzątające skutecznie budziły mnie i dziecko. Klimatyzacja ledwo działała – w pokoju przez cały pobyt było bardzo gorąco. Równie uciążliwe okazało się wymeldowanie już o 11:30. Tym bardziej, że już ok 10.00 dobijały się sprzątaczki. Recepcja była mało komunikatywna. Dopiero w trakcie pobytu przypadkiem dowiedzieliśmy się, że na dole znajdują się łazienki z prysznicami oraz miejsce, gdzie można wygodnie usiąść. Nikt z obsługi nie wspomniał o tych udogodnieniach, choć mogły znacząco poprawić komfort oczekiwania. Panowie w recepcji sprawiali również wrażenie mało sympatycznych i niezainteresowanych pomocą.

The location is great as it is in an area within the old town and has lots of bars and restaurants just a few minutes away from the hotel as well as the beach which is easily accessible to get to. The facilities and staff were excellent and allowed us to store our cases while we had our last day. We really enjoyed our stay and the room was lovely and clean.

We booked a room that was clearly described on Booking.com as having 2 single beds. Instead, we were given a room with a bunk bed. * After contacting Booking.com, we were informed that a bunk bed should not be classified as two single beds. In addition, the room listing did not include any photos showing a bunk bed, so there was no way to know this before arrival. * The room description should accurately reflect the actual bed configuration so that guests know exactly what they are booking and can make an informed decision.

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è stata la comodità di poter fare una doccia prima della partenza. Inoltre, al ritorno dal mare, quindi prima di partire lo staff mette a disposizione anche gli asciugamani, un servizio davvero molto apprezzato. La colazione è buonissima, ricca e abbondante, il tutto accompagnato da una vista eccezionale. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole

La posizione vicinissima al centro in ZTL con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito e la disponibilità dello staff della reception che ci ha accompagnato personalmente al parcheggio. Camera piccola, ma accogliente, pulita e comoda con una cabina doccia veramente grande.

Direi tutto benissimo.

Aufgrund von Umbauarbeiten war unser Frühstück im angrenzenden Cafe. Eine eher kleine Auswahl aber lecker. Die Zimmer waren klein aber gemütlich und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
