Nasz pokój był niewielki, lecz posiadał wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Klimatyzacja była bardzo wydajna, łóżko bardzo wygodne, a łazienka była nieskazitelnie czysta i zadbana. Wystrój pokoju był bardzo stylowy, cały hotel jest harmonijnie urządzony. Położenie hotelu jest wyśmienite-wychodzisz i czujesz Alicante całym sobą. Śniadania serwowane w hotelu również odpowiadały naszym wymaganiom.

Overall, a great stay and good value compared with the alternatives. The location is excellent, right in the old town, with the beach and marina both around a five-minute stroll away. Our room (203) was spacious and spotlessly clean, with super-quiet AC, an extra-large comfortable bed and a small balcony.

The only real downside was the soundproofing. We could clearly hear every footstep, toilet flush and tap running from the room above. Parking and access were also more difficult than expected. The hotel parking was full, so we used the recommended Casino car park, which was only a five-minute walk away. It was also more expensive than we’d been told: €25 per day rather than the €16 quoted by the hotel receptionist. The bigger issue was dropping off our bags. The hotel is in a restricted-access area (Google Maps got us there, although some other navigation apps didn’t). Once there, however, there isn’t really anywhere to stop without potentially obstructing larger vehicles. Within five minutes of stopping, we had horns sounding behind us, and it took another five minutes to finish unloading. Had we known, we’d simply have parked at the Casino and walked over with our bags, as we did at check-out.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Les Monges from Sunday to Monday. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Deborah, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would happily stay here again!

Wifi functioneerde niet op de 3de verdieping waar onze kamer was. Signaal erg zwak; netwerk meestal niet te vinden. Ontbijt zag er sober uit en hebben daarom elders ontbijt gehad.

Een fantastisch verblijf gehad in hotel Les Monges Palace Boutique. De locatie is echt een 10+! Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, erg behulpzaam en attent. De grote zorgzaamheid heeft mij echt verrast, en het unieke interieur en fantastische ontbijt maakten het helemaal compleet. Dit hotel is een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die een fijne, sfeervolle en perfect gelegen plek zoekt.

Położenie. Boisko do plaży, komunikacji miejskiej i atrakcji. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja co przy 40 stopniach było bardzo ważne. Całkiem dobre śniadania.

Po uruchomieniu klimatyzacji był nieprzyjemny zapach. Brak warzyw i serów twarogowych na śniadanie. Zawyżony kurs euro przy płatności w złotówkach.

I booked a standard 2-person room, only to be later informed that it was really only comfortable for 1 person, though two could probably squeeze in. That meant a late cancellation and rebooking at a different hotel at a higher price.

Posizione comoda, vicina alla città vecchia e al centro e vicina anche al lungomare e al porto. Spiagge raggiungibili a piedi in 15/20 minuti. All'ultimo piano dell'hotel è presente un rooftop con bar dove è possibile bere qualcosa e avere una bella vista sulla città. Il rooftop è aperto solo nel weekend.

Accoglienza e indicazioni per il parcheggio poco chiare. Non è possibile arrivare in auto davanti all'hotel, la si può parcheggiare in un garage a pochi minuti di distanza e poi è necessario trasportare i bagagli a mano in hotel (inizialmente invece ci era stato detto che era possibile sostare davanti alla struttura in auto per lasciare i bagagli). Pulizia della camera molto superficiale e poco curata. Camera davvero molto stretta con lavandino fuori dal bagno direttamente in camera. Bagno strettissimo con pochissimo spazio per muoversi e per entrare. Accettabile per un soggiorno di massimo 1/2 giorni, non di più. Presente un piccolo balcone con fili per stendere la biancheria ma molto sporco.

El tener que llegar a las tres de la tarde y me tuve que marchar antes de las once de la mañana. No lo entiendo. Siendo así deberíamos pagar un poco menos.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città e per raggiungere in pochi minuti la spiaggia. Camera abbastanza spaziosa, letto comodo, ottimo sistema di climatizzazione, pulizia accettabile ma non eccezionale.

Uno dei balconi non si chiudeva bene, presenza di piccoli insetti, mancano piani d'appoggio. Dettagli che sarebbero stati trascurabili se il prezzo fosse stato inferiore, tuttavia se il costo è elevato aumentano anche le aspettative!

Alojamiento muy cómodo y las instalaciones muy limpias y bonitas, el hotel está cerca de todas las zonas de turismo y está a 5 minutos caminando de la playa. La verdad que muy cómodo y el buffet de desayuno mucha variedad y de calidad. Muy contenta con haberme quedado en este alojamiento.

Que en mi cuarto avía en el suelo un tomillo sacado casi me picho y me queje unos en recepción de una cosa y subieron a la habitación y ante de que yo abriera la puerta entraron me parece que el cliente siempre tiene razón. No volvería a repetir la verdad

Muy céntrico con muchos restaurantes, heladerías y locales de noche alrededor. Cerca de la playa a cinco minutos del postiguet, el paseo y el puerto, al lado del maravilloso barrio de Santa Cruz y de la plaza del ayuntamiento. 6 días que he estado muy cómoda y el hotel muy limpio, el personal es muy amable, guardan el equipaje tanto a la entrada y a la salida de la habitación, servicio de limpieza muy atento, disponen de una terraza con bar los findes de semana que tiene unas vistas muy bonitas, las salas comunes muy fresquitas con aire acondicionado. En resumen, muy contenta con este hotel y si tengo la oportunidad de volver a Alicante repetiría sin duda mi estancia allí. Por cierto disponen de sombrillas y toallas a un precio muy asequible para poder ir a la playa y venta de productos como agua, refrescos y demás.

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno casco histórico, entre el Ayuntamiento y la Concatedral. El desayuno fue francamente delicioso y variado. El personal fue muy amable, especialmente el recepcionista Guillermo, todo un encanto de persona.

Le racismes des gens qui juge des personnes qui connaissent pas. C'est la mauvaise expérience dans un hôtel. Après un long voyage être obligé de chercher un autre hôtel alors que j' ai bien réservé.

Pokój rodzinny superior był na 3 piętrze i posiadał skośne sufity, co przy wysokim wzroście 2 osób było bardzo dużym utrudnieniem, zwłaszcza PRZY PROBLEMACH Z KREGOSŁUPEM członków rodziny. Na recepcji poinformowano mnie, że rodzinne pokoje są tylko na 3 piętrze co było nieprawdą. Nie uznano mojej reklamacji dotyczącej obniżki zapłaty za to bardzo duże utrudnienie, a przy zamówieniu nie było podane o skośnych niskich sufitach. To było nie ładne ze strony hotelu, gdyż wprowadzają ludzi w duży błąd ! . Wybrałabym inny hotel !.

Aircon didn’t work. When we mentioned it we got a rather patronising response about how it works despite having four of the same system in our Spanish home. It wasn’t working. 34c so a very poor night’s sleep. Room tatty and bathroom needed a refurbishment.

Luftkonditioneringen var på och gjorde rummet för kallt. Stängdes av senare och öppnade fönstret för att få in värme. Bäddsoffan var inte så bekväm. Frukosten var dyr så vi skippade och hade den på ett ställe helt vägg i vägg som dock var mycket långsamt. Fönstren var väldigt små och det var lite svårt att röra sig i rummet pga låga takbjälkar

Wszystko bardzo dobrze zorganizowane. Kontakt z recepcją bezproblemowy. Możliwość wypożyczenia ręczników plażowych i parasola jest świetną opcją.

Az általunk kivett szobában a WC szélessége nagyjából 50 cm. Egy testesebb vendég számára ez komoly kényelmetlenséget jelenthet.

We really loved the location. The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of restaurants, the city centre, and the beach. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

In our opinion, the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it offers, especially considering that parking is charged separately. Breakfast was good, but quite limited. Our room was on the ground floor and the soundproofing was poor, so we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Since there is a bar that stays open until midnight, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. Even during the afternoon, when we wanted to rest because of the heat, there was a lot of noise from maintenance work. These are areas that could be improved to make guests' stays more comfortable, as the location itself is truly excellent.

We boekten 2 standaard kamers. 1 kamer was ok en volgens de foto's, desalniettemin dat de frigo zo goed als niets koelde. De andere kamer was veel kleiner en had enkel een klein hoog raam met uitzicht op buizen en een muur. Geen direct zonlicht. Toilet stond in de douche. De afwerking algemeen kon beter. Algemeen gevoel bij dit hotel is veel te duur voor wat het is.

Great location in the middle of city, and close to beach. You can get towels from reception. Room was small but well maintained and clean. Good shower. Didn’t have breakfast here so can’t comment.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, l'hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente, nel cuore del centro storico di Alicante, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dal porto e dai principali punti di interesse. La camera accogliente e arredata con gusto. La colazione è varia e di buona qualità, e la terrazza panoramica è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. Consigliato.

They gave as room ,what I didn't book.Room was under roof. Not comfortable. Very small windovs and dark in the room too. We was missing duets. And the street in night time was not to quiet.

This is our favorite hotel in Alicante; brilliant location in old town, super friendly staff and the rooms are beautiful!

Très bons et copieux déjeuners. Le personnel à l'accueil était serviable et on pouvait communiquer en français. Le quartier est très touristique et agréable à visiter quoiqu'il soit parfois difficile de s'y retrouver à pieds.

La chambre était beaucoup trop petite. Difficile de placer nos bagages, peu de rangement (valises sous le lit poussiéreux). L'environnement pour se rendre à notre chambre est un peu désorganisé et négligé.
