the staff and location were the only 2 positive things i can say unfortunately

fridge and tv didn't work at all. the shower was just about working, it couldn't be adjusted at all. don't be fooled into thinking you will have a great view of Luxor temple opposite, because you wont, there is a cruise ship permanently docked right in front of it. great location for the public ferry, if you get to use it! i was constantly being told it was shut just so Id pay 100 egp to the touting boatmen

I recommend this place. Great location, nice neighborhood, and wonderful staff — very helpful and friendly. Good breakfasts and excellent value for money. It is really worth it.

L'emplacement c'est la seule chose de bien dans cet hôtel. Le personnel peut aimable, l'hôtel est très vétuste et sans entretien, le frigo ne marchait pas et très sale, la clim dans le même état, pas d'entretien et ne fonctionne pas tout le temps. Toutes les installations ne sont que bricolage. Je ne comprends pas les avis qui donnent une note de 8. J'ai un gros doute. Nous avons passés 3 nuits à notre grand désespoir. Très cher pour ce camping amélioré. Quand au petit déjeuner...il faut le voir pour le croire. Pas d'hygiène deux rondelles de tomates et deux rondelles de concombres et du pain dur et du café en poudre. Nous sommes loin du buffet annoncé. Ensemble horrible à fuir.

The hotel was a great location with an excellent clean pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. It has a great rooftop bar to eat and enjoy the view.

Locatie is fijn op de West bank. Ik had een eenvoudige kamer met balkon en uittzicht op de Nijl. Zwembad is heerlijk. In de buurt lagen een aantal restaurantjes. Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid op dakterras. Meneer die kamer poetste was vriendelijk en deed zijn best.

Ontvangst door eigenaren (?) was met momenten niet oprecht vriendelijk. Blijkbaar wist men niet dat ik gereserveerd had. Toen ik na mijn eerste nacht vroeg of mijn kamer schoongemaakt kon worden zei men mij dat dat niet meer kon na de middag. Ik was de hele ochtend afwezig geweest. Na enig aandringen heeft men toch nog de vuilnis opgeruimd op mn badkamer. Toiletpapier kan niet doorgespoeld worden en moet in een emmer. Er stond constant water rondom de wc pot. Het restaurant vond ik qua locatie geweldig. Alleen alle tafellakens waren vies.

Wonderful breakfast selected from a long table of fresh vegetables &fruit, wonderful bean stews & falafel ,eggs& different delicacies introduced everyday all presided over by a charming host on the covered rooftop overlooking the Nile.

The shower in the bath was powerful & hot but there was no cover to the large plughole & when I inserted my own plug to protect my shampoo bottle from disappearing unfortunately the water all came up from the drain cover near the bath BUT I was delighted to return from a hard day painting to find swans made out of clean towels welcoming me on my freshly made bed sprinkled with magenta bougainvillea petals by the lovely staff & all sorted in the bathroom .

When the only good thing about the hotel is that it’s easy to catch a ferry to leave it, then it’s got to be bad. The teenagers cooked me a decent beef shawarma in the rooftop bar.

The room was not clean when I checked in - the pillows smelled of someone’s sweat and had hair on them, and the covers were scratchy and old. The aircon didn’t work, and where there used to be a fan, there were just open wires hanging from the ceiling. This left just the balcony for ventilation, but it was mosquito season so I ended up with about 20 mosquito bites. I booked a tour of the West Bank through the hotel (€20). The driver picked me up on time (great), but at one point in the tour took me to his friend’s alabaster shop, during which time I was scammed out of over £100 (yes I’m clearly an idiot) on rocks. Please don’t fall for their tricks - I have since been told that this is a common scam. I then was repeatedly told “if I make you happy, you make me happy” and was expected to give a large tip on top of an expensive trip. I checked out a day earlier than expected and moved to the Iberotel on the East Bank - which was exceptional!!! Do not stay here!

The breakfast was very limited, birds were eating out of the tea and sugar pots, the spoons and plates were dirty, there were no shampoo or body wash, no tissues in the rooms, the water flow was so slow that showering took forever

La vue sur le Nil est exceptionnel C’est agréable d’avoir accès à la piscine mais elle mériterait d’être un peu mieux entretenue

We traveled as a group of 5 of us. We stayed 7 nights. This hotel suited everything we required. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was lovely . The service and help we received was second to none. Every effort was made to make our stay great. Fabulous views from restaurant. Everything nearby

Nice and helpful staff, not pushy and seemed genuinely concerned that my kids were eating enough for breakfast! Location was great, lovely spot to have a beer overlooking the Nile. Very much a case of getting what you pay for...rooms were fine for the price

Es war sehr praktisch, daß ich eine Frühstückbox bekommen konnte, wenn ich voraussichtlich später aufstehen wollte. Die Lage ist fantastisch so nahe bei den Booten. Taxis und Mototaxis sind vor Ort. Gerne habe ich im Restaurant auf dem Dach gegessen. Auch Zimmerservice war möglich. Abdallah und Hussein vom Housekeeping haben mein Bett wunderschön gestaltet mit Blumen und Schwan. Danke! Im Schwimmbad habe ich mich auch gerne aufgehalten. Außerdem genoss ich den Ausblick über den Nil zum Luxortempel und den schönen, großen Balkon.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was verzorgd en voldoende keuze. De koffie was wel gewoon zakjes nescafe. Alles werd dagelijks proper gepoetst. Het zwembad werd onderhouden.

De locatie: het hotel ligt aan een heel drukke weg. Moto's, auto's, bussen op de parking ernaast die de motor laten draaien. Egyptenaren zijn ook gewoon heel luid. En 5 keer per dag de gezangen op de minaret.: ook om 5u in de ochtend en om 23 u 's avonds. Verschrikkelijk. Mijn slaap heeft er onder geleden.

The location is excellent. The bed was super comfortable. There was always someone around to help. The swimming pool was great. The terrace where they serve meals and breakfast was spectacular. Breakfast was simple but good (butter, jam. Bread, cucumber, tomatoes).

The sink in the bathroom had mould. But I understand that for the price we payed you can not expect perfection. Breakfast included eggs, break, jam, butter, cucumber, tomate.

Emplacement parfait sur la rive ouest proche du ferry, petit déjeuner complet, belle vue de la terrasse, ambiance sereine, piscine agréable.... Bon restaurant avec belle vue Bonne prise en charge pour les excursions (demandez Mohammed comme conducteur/guide!)

Les odeurs de caburent dans la chambre on a eu mal à la tête , ce n' était pas propre , et la chambre était délabrée .

Wifi pas terrible mais surtout Comme partout les services proposés sont hors de prix. 20 euros pour l aéroport alors que c'est 7 euros en taxi, . La journée luxor est a 20 euros ? Prix de traversée en bateau 100 livres voire 50: par le ferry public. Tout le reste peut se faire à pied ou en taxi bien moins cher. Ce n'est pas spécifique a cet hôtel, mais c'est vrai aussi pour celui ci

L'hospitalité, les conseils, le restaurant sur place délicieux, l'emplacement ...tous étaient très sympathiques et agréables. En famille c'est ideal!

Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dai siti nella sponda occidentale. Staff disponibile, ristorante buono anche se non funziona spesso il POS.

Wifi was hard to reach.

The location was great. It was next to the ferry line that connects you to Luxor's east bank. Near the hotel there are restaurants to choose from. The touring guides organized by the hotel to the archaeology sites where good. The rooms in front of the property have a good view of you like to hang out in your balcony. The hotel had a private pool.

The hotel is 2 stars at most. The window frames are old and thin so expect noise from the road. The rooms in front of the property are noisy until 00.00 due to the multitude of motorcycles constantly revving. The breakfast meets the bare minimum and it's the same each day. The cleaning of the propertie's common facilities is mediocre at it's best. The restaurant on top is not good so go somewhere else to eat.

es war kein Hotelzimmer, es war riesig zwei große Schlafzimmer (gut geeignet für 4 Personen) ein geräumiges Bad und einer schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Nil. Das Personal auch hier sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit für alle unseren geplanten Unternehmungen. Die Lage Top! Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Pool war sauber und Handtücher wurden uns sofort gebracht. Es war auf unserem Trip, dass einzige Hotel, wo man auch mal ein Bier bestellen konnte:-)

La chambre était un peu vieillotte mais correct. L’hôtel est situé sur la rive ouest du Nil, il faut donc prendre le ferry public (25lep) qui fonctionne 24h/24 pour la traversée ou une petite felouque qu’il faut négocier sur place

Descuidado, instalaciones viejas. Reservamos dos habitaciones y nos dieron una especie de apartamento con dos habitaciones, un baño y lo que parecía una cocina. Todo bastante viejo y destartalado. La limpieza, justa.

Location was great with a view of the Nile to Luxor Temple and close to the ferry across to the east bank. The pool is small but clean and great for a cooling dip after a hot morning at the sites. The rooftop restaurant has a wonderful panoramic view of the Nile. The staff are friendly and helpful and will arrange visits to all the main attractions of Luxor

The fan and air con were a bit noisy

We got a way bigger room than we booked.

In that room was a gecko. But it was dealt with.

Location was excellent and staff very friendly. Good value for money with a nice breakfast included. The hotel also arranged trips for us which was helpful and not much more expensive than booking direct.

My sons had pizzas in the restaurant which weren’t cooked through and almost inedible.

De locatie is fantastisch, je kan direct met de boot naar de overkant en je zit in een klein stadje waar je van alles kunt kopen. Een Vodafone winkel voor een simkaart met Engels sprekende vrouw. Wij dachten een kamer met uitzicht op de rivier hadden geboekt, maar bij Booking hebben ze alleen kamers met gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de rivier. Ze hebben ons toen een betere kamer gegeven. Het eten is heel erg lekker en alles is vers. Hele goede kok!

Gutes Frühstück, Lage sehr gut direkt am Nil, sehr freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sauber. Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal dort

Es liegt direkt am Nil und das wars auch schon was uns gefiel. Das Frühstück ist ganz ok.

Das Zimmer war einfach nur dreckig, sowie das ganze Haus. Alle Böden, ob Zimmer, das Treppenhaus, der Eingang oder die Dachterrasse sind wohl noch nie mit Wasser und Reinigungsmittel gereinigt worden. Wir haben jeden Tag darum gebeten zumindest unser Zimmer den Boden mit Wasser zu reinigen, es hat leider nie richtig geklappt. Sie haben dann lieber unsere Betten mit Rosen verziert. Uns ist aber eine anständige Reinigung lieber, es ist nunmal viel Sand vor Ort, deshalb muss man jeden Tag feucht wischen. Das Bad wurde innerhalb der 4 Nächte nicht einmal geputzt und bei unserer Ankunft sah es nicht besser aus. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde erstmal zwei neue Matratzen geholt, wir haben dann mal die letzten Bewertungen gelesen, und da stand das einer vor uns Bettwanzen hatte. Der Pool bei unserer Ankunft war absolut nicht benutzbar und wurde aber einen Tag später gereinigt. Wir können dieses Hotel mit diesen Standards absolut nicht empfehlen!

The views of the Nile were stunning

It has an amazing location, river Nile’s view in the West Bank side of Luxor so more calm and authentic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is served at the terrace rooftop and this is the best part of the hotel. The food is traditional, fresh and food quality and the manager Mohamed is amazing along with all his staff.

Bed sheet can be improved.

J'avais réservé 2 chambres pour 2 nuits avec vue sur le Nil et la piscine, je n'ai jamais eu ces chambres. Fenêtre cassée, chambres sans table de nuit et sans lumière proche, la literie confortable mais c'est le seul point positif. Hotel vétuste et pas très entretenu. Personne n'est venu faire les chambres ! Je n'ai jamais vu ça dans un hôtel. Très déçue, aucune compensation nu explication. A FUIR !

Tesis çalışanları kibar ve iyi. Otel dışı ihtiyaçlar için dışarıdan yardım ayarlanabiliyor.

Ön masa bazen dışardan adama ihtiyacınız olduğunda pazarlık yapmaya yanaşmıyor yüksek fiyata zorluyor.Kişilerin kendisiyle pazarlık yaptığımızda fiyatı düşürüyorlar.veya aynı hizmet için dışarda pazarlık yaptığınızda daha az fiyata aynı hizmet alınabiliyor. Herkesin bu kadar yüksek fiyatlar ile pazarlığı açtığı bir noktada otelimizin misafirinin yanında durmasını ve en iyi fiyatı ayarlamasını beklerdik. Odalar eski , yalıtım az, oda içi olanaklar az kettle , su, şampuan ve duş Jeli koyulması gerekirdi.

Punaises de lit, 120 piqures en une nuit, on est partis au bout d'une nuit. L'hôtel répond que les punaises de lit sont "normales" à Louxor. Je vous passe la tentative d'escroquerie habituelle à Louxor de nous vendre des excursions à 10 fois le prix.

- Fenster gingen nicht zu - Balkontür war kaputt und konnte nicht geöffnet werden - Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage war ohne Batterie - Heizstrahler konnte nicht genutzt werden, da die Steckdosen zu hoch sind und der Heizstrahler ebenerdig stehen muss - 3 Tage keine neuen Handtücher oder irgendetwas - keine Reinigung der Räume und Haare von anderen Leuten - Duschvorhang alt - ungeölte laute Türen - im Schrank nur ein verbogener Kleiderbügel - Frühstück um 7:00 Uhr mehrfach nicht vorhanden - Frühstücksbeutel kostet Geld - sehr unsaubere Teller/Besteck - unsaubere Tischdecken - alter Toilettensitz - stehendes Duschwasser im Bad was nicht abfließt - schlafende Mitarbeiter im Eingangsbereich - Moskitos im Raum - altes Wasser im Swimmingpool -> für das Geld bekommt man bessere Unterkünfte

The location is amazing. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, very basic, but has taste.

The photo you seen in the picture it’s not the hotel. I stayed, they actually took me to a different hotel, which was three buildings behind. It was a very short walk, so I didn’t mind it. Also, the room was in top floor without any elevator. Staff is slow. I requested a pillow in the reception and I got it after 24 hours.

Prachtige plek met een mooi rooftop restaurant waar je heerlijk kan eten! We werden goed ontvangen. De gids en taxi chaffeurs die ze aanbieden zijn zeer gastvrij, doen alles om naar je zin te maken

Er waren geen lakens aanwezig om onder te slapen en er miste een handdoek maar werd gelijk geregeld!

Вежливый персонал, прекрасный вид на реку Нил из окон номера и с веранды на завтраке. В номерах есть балкон, холодильник, фен, кондиционер на холод и тепло, что важно зимой. Завтрак хороший, сытный, мы попробовали традиционные египетские блюда, фалафель, баклажаны и прочие. На завтраке есть фрукты, овощи. Около отеля есть парковка. Во дворе есть бассейн. На веранде можно отлично провести время, играя в бильярд и дартс. Расположение отличное для туриста, который хочет спокойно отдохнуть без толп повозок, таксистов.

В ресторане отеля цены немного выше, чем в большинстве ресторанов.

Excelente hotel en la orilla oeste del río Nilo en Luxor. El personal excelente, especial mención a Gabriel que estuvo atento a todo y nos gestionó la excursión en globo y al Valle De Los Reyes, etc. además de ayudarnos con el transporte de orilla a orilla. Las vistas del restaurante especatculares.

Les infrastructures vieillissantes, le personnel a te demander un pourboire pour te monter du papier toilette alors qu’il n’y en avait pas à l’origine, wifi nul, petit déjeuner plus que médiocre

Location was really good. They arranged a driver to valley of the king and the driver was so good. The scene was really good from the room.

The bed sheets were so dirty, with hairs etc. Bathroom was average. The wifi doesn’t work and tv was not working and it is not smart.

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel mit großer Terrasse und Blick auf den Nil und Luxor Tempel! Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn! Eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Restaurant und Chill-Ecke lädt zum Verweilen ein! Ebenso ein grandioser Ausblick! Bootsanlegestellen sind gleich vor dem Hotel und man kann sich auf die Ostseite Luxors fahren lassen! Viele Restaurants und Cafes sind fussläufig! Das Personal ist super freundlich, vor allen Dingen vielen Dank an Gabriel, er konnte immer alle Fragen beantworten und gute Tips geben! Komme auf jeden Fall wieder!!

W-Lan ist teilweise nicht sehr gut im Zimmer!
