Самое красивое тут - терраса на крыше с видом на Нил, Луксор, горы. Там подают завтрак и можно сидеть отдыхать в другое время. Отличный персонал, помогали нам, даже предлагали остаться до вечера в день отъезда, потому что днём на улице очень жарко. Номер чистый, просторный, есть ванна. Расположение хорошее, паром рядом, нашли легко.

Есть кондиционер и вентилятор, но они все равно слабо охлаждают, с летней жарой не справляются. Wi-Fi работает плохо, иногда подключается на крыше, иногда где-то на лестнице, иногда в номере. Но чаще всего не работает нигде. В ванной нет геля для душа, мыла, шампуня. Мы не брали с собой ничего, приходилось намыливаться жидким мылом для рук (закреплено у раковины), потом идти в душ смывать. Балкона, который был на фотографиях и был заявлен в удобствах, не было. Вернее, был какой-то технический/французский шириной несколько сантиметров, который упирается в недостроенное здание. Дверь туда как-то сложно открывается. Для нас это в принципе не было проблемой, мы приехали поздно вечером и утром уехали после завтрака.

La vista sul Nilo. Basta.

La camera era caldissima, il condizionatore non risulta rinfrescare. La notte è stata pessima. La mattina al check out c'era un ragazzo che non sapeva cosa fare con dolore ad una gamba, quindi non poteva aiutare con le valige. Era presto quindi nessuna colazione anche se pagata. Nessun take away. Assurdo in pratica e rimasto seduto senza fare niente.

mi è piaciuta molto la vicinanza a tutto e la possibilità di ammirare la fantastica vista dalla terrazza dove si ammira il nilo . il cibo è la colazione é molto buona e si assaggia cibo egiziano lo staff era molto ospitale e si metteva a disposizione per tutto con tour e assistenza

Très bon petit déjeuner, localisation idéal et personnel, disponible et réactif. Nous avons eu la chambre en avance et le gérant a été très arrangeant et accueillant.

Il n'y avait pas de wifi avec les travaux ce qui était un peu embêtant car non précisé mais je pense que ce problème a dû être réglé.

Lo que no me gustó fue que, al llegar al hotel, en lugar de darme la bienvenida y explicarme las instalaciones o las indicaciones básicas del hotel, lo primero que hizo la persona de recepción fue intentar venderme un tour muy caro, por 75 €. Lo que más me sorprendió es que ese precio solo incluía el transporte, sin guía ni entradas. Finalmente, arreglé el mismo recorrido con un taxista local por 15 €, por lo que la diferencia de precio me pareció excesiva y me dejó una mala primera impresión.

Peccato un po' nella pulizia, c e anche da dire che davanti stanno tirando su un palazzo e lavorano mattina e sera quindi rumore e polvere. niente wifi .

Presencia de aire acondicionado y la ubicación

No había TV, a pesar de decirlo en la reserva, refrigerador fuera de la habitación y tuvimos que hacerlo funcionar nosotras, sin secador, poca hospitalidad al momento de pedir comida o ayuda. Sin servicio de desayuno si uno sale a tour más temprano.

Wi-Fi non funzionante

Lo más a destacar han sido las vistas desde el rooftop. La ubicación tampoco es mala pero no excelente ya que no está a primera línea.

Habitaciones muy sencillas y el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y gotea. El anfitrión podría ser más agradable.

A alojamento estava limpo, o quarto bem organizado. O rooftoo é simplesmente sensacional. Mohamed faz o possível pra melhorar minha estadia, organizou passeios privativos com um bom preço, ele e Yousef estava sempre lá pra Ajudar.

Hôtel très bien placé (proche du ferry) avec une très belle vue depuis le toit terrasse et la chambre avec balcon. Mohamed a été très accueillant et serviable et surtout très arrangeant avec nous concernant notre départ. Merci pour l’accueil et peut être à bientôt

There were alot of insects (ants and cockroaches) everywhere the room wasn’t clean at all The tv was not working and no wifi

The structure is in good shape, and rooms are small but very nice! The position is perfect to reach the boat and ferry docks, but also for authentic and non touristic shops in the area. The staff was kind and available.

Our room was a bit noisy.

Stanza pulita, bagno privato e condizionatore. Colazione tipica egiziana molto buona (falafel ottime) che viene servita sulla terrazza esterna sul tetto vista Nilo. Il Wi-Fi purtroppo al momento del nostro soggiorno non funzionava, non sappiamo se per via dei lavori esterni alla struttura o per altro. La struttura offre anche servizi, ma non li abbiamo utilizzati. Posizione comoda per il Ferry Boat per andare sull’altra riva dove c’è più vita e locali

The location was perfect on the west bank side. Easy walk to the port if going to east bank and there are restaurants and cafe near the area. The room was big and the bed was comfy. Mohammed was super helpful will all the logistics and tours. We had a lovely time!

The location and the view from the roof top are exceptional The proprietor and the manager are very cooperative.

The people whom they work with are not always good. We were to visit the Nubian village 3 hrs drive from this property, the driver they gave us did not know the way he took 5.5 hrs drive. Had to struggle to get there and wasted have a day.

Super Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Nil und den Luxor Tempel. Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Fähranleger. Extrem komfortables Bett - wir haben richtig gut geschlafen. Die Unterstützung durch das Hotelpersonal war super und dennoch unaufdringlich.

The views are great, but above all, the staff were incredible, especially Mohammed. He’s very kind, always helpful, and always smiling. They allowed us to stay on the rooftop for nearly nine extra hours after check-out. They even kept our luggage while we walked around Luxor! We’ll definitely come back!

Great location near the ferry, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially Mohamed, Youcef, and Ahmed, who all went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality and professionalism really made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for both the perfect location, the excellent service and the great value for the price

Nous avons faits escale sur louxor pour une nuit. L’hôte nous a très bien accueilli, très serviable. Nous avons pris l’excursion avec Mongolfiere directement à l’hôtel . Je recommande ☺️. Magnifique vu du roof top avec un bon petit dejeuner Au plaisir, un rapport qualité prix excellent

The staff were excellent and the views of the Nile are good and the food is good qaulity.

The tour organised the you are with taxi drivers. The taxi driver may take you to a Abashalat factory (these are tourist traps) avoid them. Whilst the hotel have no influence/not associated with this. Just keep that in mind if taxi driver suggests them

We had a wonderful stay at Nile Sunrise Flats! A special thank you to Muhammed and Taha for their constant availability and for helping us organise tours - it made the whole experience completely stress-free The breakfasts are delicious, and the rooftop view is absolutely stunning. Great value for money - I fully recommend it!

La vista desde la azotea es genial, la habitación es cómoda y funcional, la hospitalidad de Taha y Mohammed es maravillosa. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Un peu l'emplacement est proche pour prendre Abbara pour partir au côté Est.

La maison étai toute salle pleine de poussière mes enfants on l'habitude de marcher les pieds nus et il étaient tout noirs tellement y avait de poussière. Meubles très vieux et salles, rideaux pareils... La cuisine manquait énormément d'équipements pas assez de couverts pour quatrez personnes y avait pas même de produits pour nettoyer ou laver les vaisselles après utilisation

The hotel is excellent, with a fabulous rooftop offering stunning views of the Nile and the Valley of the Kings. The staff is welcoming and attentive, always taking great care of us. The value for money is truly outstanding. We slept very well, and they perfectly arranged our hot air balloon trip. We will definitely come back to this hotel on our next visit to Luxor.

There is no elevator

The location and views from the room were especially noteworthy, offering a fantastic vantage point. The food, including the included breakfast, was very good, making it a great option for anyone looking for a satisfying meal. ​There were no negative aspects to report; the entire experience was as good as expected, especially considering the price. ​ This stay was ideal for solo travelers, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooftop view of Luxor. Very clean facilities, even the bathroom (which was not the case at many other Egyptian hotels).

The room and bathroom were clean. Fresh linen and towels provided. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every day. Beautiful view from the balcony - the hotel is right by the river mile. Our host, Mohemmed has been great - lovely, kind man, who was really helpful and treated us with upmost respect. The rest of the staff were as amazing as Mohemmed - you really feel at home! The hotel offers great deals on transportation around surrounding sites and temples - it’s worth a price as it’s save time and hustle ! Overall, the hotel is a beautiful gem in a beautiful city of Luxor and it’s highly recommended.

El hotel está cerca de la Rivera del Nilo. Su ubicación es bastante estratégica con respecto al emplazamiento de los complejos arqueológicos como el valle de los Reyes.

El encargado Mohamed nos trató bastante bien en lo que le solicitamos.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt very safe and secure at this quiet location.

The terrace has a good view for the Nile river. The place is located aroind 5min by walk of the public ferry allowing to easily acess the other side of the city. Breakfast is ok. For the price I think overall it is a good place to stay for a few nights.

A bit noisy.

From airport arrival to departure, everything about this stay was incredibly welcoming. I stayed for three weeks, which says a lot in itself, and it was the perfect base throughout. The location is ideal—great for visiting the main sights, yet peaceful enough for relaxing days. Everything is within easy walking distance, including plenty of restaurants, and the room was spotless. The staff were excellent, always helpful with organising trips and offering local advice. A real bonus was the accommodation’s own motorboat for trips, plus easy taxi arrangements. They also organised excursions further afield, including Cairo and Aswan, which were handled seamlessly. Breakfast was fantastic every morning. Overall, an excellent stay—I would highly recommend.

Hotel ist auf der ruhigen Nilseite. Gute Lage für Ausflüge ins Tal der Könige. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber.

Das Personal! Nach der Ankunft wurden wir direkt in sein sehr unangenehmes Verkaufsgespräch vermittelt. Die Angeboten Preise für Aktivitäten sind unverschämt hoch. Wenn man eine Ausflug ins Tal der Könige machen will sollte man morgens einfach zum Hafen gehen und mit eine Tuktuck Fahrer einen Preis für Hin-Rückfahrt (150 EGp) oder ganzen Tag (400 EGP) vereinbaren. (Nicht nur Hinfahrt, weil man dann schwer einen zum zurück fahren findet). Zweiter Kaffe zum Frühstück wird ebenfalls sofort berechnet.

Las vistas desde la terraza eran muy bonitas. El precio bastante barato. Vimos a un empleado planchando y tendiendo la ropa de la cama, lo cual nos genero mayor confianza. El desayuno estuvo aceptable.

La ducha era incomoda porque se salía el agua. Además el baño era pequeño. La habitación no tenía mucha luminosidad, hubo falta de luz natural.

Le manque de lumière de la chambre

La terraza tiene una maravillosa vista.

Las cobijas y las toallas estaban sucias, tenían manchas. El baño de la habitación tenia un fuerte olor a humedad al momento de abrirlo y el aire acondicionado no servía, estando a 30°. Esta situado cerca del Nilo y esa es una ventaja pero casi todo lo que hay por hacer esta del otro lado del rio. De ese lado solo esta el valle de los reyes y dos templos. Karnak y la parte céntrica de la ciudad esta del otro lado y todos los taxis cobran mínimo 500 libras por trayecto. No esta mal pero hay que considerarlo en el presupuesto.

The location was brilliant, service really good and everyone there extremely helpful and nice! They helped me with all my question and requests about visiting places and/or doing activities. There was lovey Egyptian breakfast and food was so good at dinner as well!

This is a perfect location to enjoy both the west and the east side of Luxor. Located few steps away from the main square and the public ferry, the terrace has a majestic view over the river Nile.

Quelques chaises ou tabourets dans la chambre seraient les bienvenus.
